Valeology for preschoolers

According to the World Health Organization, health is a state of complete physical, spiritual and social well-being, and not just the absence of disease and physical defects.

Currently, it is customary to isolate components health:

1. Somatic health is the current state of the organs and systems of the human body, the basis of which is the biological program of individual development.

2. Physical health– the level of growth and development of organs and systems of the body, the basis of which is morphological and functional reserves that provide adaptive reactions.

3. Mental health is a state of the mental sphere. The basis of mental health is a state of general mental comfort that ensures an adequate behavioral response.

4. Moral health is a complex of characteristics of the motivational and need sphere, the basis of which is determined by the system of life values, attitudes and motives of behavior in society. Moral health determines a person’s spirituality and is associated with the universal human principles of goodness, love and beauty.

Each of us leads our own way of life. Lifestyle is a certain type of human activity, characterized by labor activity, everyday life, the form of satisfying material and spiritual needs, the rules of individual and social behavior.

A healthy lifestyle is a lifestyle aimed at developing, maintaining and strengthening health.

Valeology– a new integrative field of knowledge about the patterns, methods and mechanisms of formation, preservation, strengthening and reproduction of human health.

Term « valeology» proposed by I. I. Brekhman (1980) to denote health science. Preschool the period of childhood is the main period in a person’s life, and the extent to which the child’s health is formed depends on preschooler, a lot depends.

Child development problem preschool age and maintaining their health is one of the current areas of social rehabilitation pedagogical activity V social institutions 24-hour stay for children left without parental care. In order for a healthy lifestyle to become the norm, it is necessary to prepare children to understand basic valeological knowledge.

Nowadays, children need a system of knowledge about man, his health, methods of its formation and preservation, man’s place in the natural world and his interaction with the environment.

Many of us wonder why we suffer from so many diseases at a relatively young age? Answer simple: We failed to maintain our health. After studying the literature and while working on this topic, I came to some conclusions. If a child is taught to take care of his health from childhood, then as an adult he will avoid many troubles. Cooperation between social educators and center specialists, I am sure. will give good results.

The main goal of my work: formation in children of the need for a healthy lifestyle.

Tasks:

1. Formation of ideas about the structure of the human body and the functions of the main organs and systems.

2. Formation of basic hygiene skills.

3. Development of ideas about the relationship between health and environment.

4. What is good and what is bad (good and bad manners).

5. Ethics and culture of behavior.

After the first lessons I understand valeology: The topic is successful, the work needs to be continued. The children took the games, game situations, and the activities themselves with interest.

Valeology (the name of the term comes from the Latin valeo - “to be healthy” and the Greek logos - “teaching”) is a section in pedagogy, as well as one of the sections of preventive medicine, dealing with the formation of people’s desire for a healthy lifestyle. In relation to preschool education, valeology aims to teach children basic hygienic rules and norms, strengthen health and instill healthy lifestyle skills: active work, rational rest, hardening, physical education and self-development, rational and nutritious nutrition, personal hygiene, timely access to doctor, etc.

It is necessary to distinguish between medical valeology, pedagogical valeology and various pseudo- and pseudo-scientific teachings that use this term for their own purposes. It is pedagogical valeology that studies issues of educational and educational work to preserve and strengthen the health of children, and also introduces children to the basics of anatomy and the structure of the human body.

It seems to us quite justified to use the successful term “Valeology” within the framework preschool pedagogy exclusively for educational purposes - without fanaticism, instilling a “cult of the body,” or philosophical and religious interpretations. The optimal concentration of the material should lie within the triangle “hygiene - health - healthy lifestyle”, with small excursions into anatomy and ecology.

In the near future we are going to expand the number of notes in this section. We hope that these notes will help you in your work with preschoolers in kindergarten.

If you notice any inaccuracies or omissions, please let us know. Also, if you have your own classes, then share them with others, write to us, send us the material and we will add to the number of notes.

Modern studies of both adults and children show that the level of human health these days is significantly reduced, life expectancy has decreased, and the tendency to become ill has increased, especially during periods of epidemics. Success at work and in your personal life largely depends on your health, both physical and psychological. Basically, the state of a person’s body and spirit depends 50% on his lifestyle. That is why one of the important tasks for parents and teachers is maintaining health in the process of learning, education and play. And since the laying of the foundations of personality occurs in preschool age, the art of strengthening and maintaining health must be practiced with kindergarten. This is precisely the goal of valeology.

Valueological education in kindergarten

Valeology is the science of a healthy lifestyle, as well as the formation, strengthening, preservation and management of it. The valeological model of raising preschool children sets the goals of familiarization, implementation of basic rules and norms, as well as instilling healthy lifestyle skills. It includes:

  • physical education classes;
  • instilling in children the consciousness that a person is part of society and nature, building harmonious relationships with nature;
  • familiarization with the rules rational nutrition;
  • hardening of children;
  • developing personal hygiene skills;
  • prevention and elimination bad habits;
  • timely seeking medical help.

It is clear that the development of valeological skills in a child requires the presence of appropriate conditions. For preschool children, it is important to use visual aids and create valeological corners (“Health Corner”), in which, for example, the rules for caring for the oral cavity and teeth, hair, skin and hands will be presented in the form of drawings. There you can also use diagrams illustrating the structure of the human body, as well as a set of exercises.

Every day in kindergarten, teachers spend physical education minutes on fresh air or in the gym, outdoor walks and outdoor games are organized. The groups maintain optimal temperature conditions due to frequent ventilation.

But besides this, it is important to consolidate in children knowledge about their body, about the connection with nature, a kind attitude towards it, which is the main task of environmental and valeological education. Teachers conduct group activities aimed at conveying to children how they differ from animals and other people. These could be the topics “We are a family”, “Who am I?”, “I am tall”, “I am a boy”, “I am a girl”, “Little and adult people” and others. Kids get acquainted with the parts of their body, sense organs, their meaning and care for them. Personal hygiene skills are reinforced in role-playing games(“Home”, “Mothers and Daughters”).

A variety of activities are also used in the form of quizzes (for example, “Where does vitamin live?”, “What does our heart love?”), games (for example, “Healthy - Harmful,” during which children name harmful or useful product, the model of which is demonstrated by the teacher).

The role of parents in educating the valeological culture of preschool children

For the success of developing a healthy lifestyle, it is important to involve parents in educational process in kindergarten. Firstly, at kindergarten meetings they are introduced to the principles of valeological education, and conversations are held on the topic hardening, proper nutrition, stands are placed for them with a description of the child’s daily routine. Also held sporting events and competitions in which children participate together with their parents (for example, “Dad, Mom and I are a sports family”, “Health Day”). Parents are invited to thematic matinees (“Journey to the Land of Health”, “What is good for teeth and what is harmful?”).

In general, the foundations of health are laid from the very beginning. early age. Therefore, educators and parents need to make joint efforts to reinforce the necessary skills and knowledge in children.

For children, just like for adults,

I want to be healthy and strong,

Only children don’t know what it’s for

Need to do. Let's explain to them and they

They will be careful.

"Pedagogy of the heart." Janusz Korczak

We all love our children and want to see them happy and healthy. Unfortunately, recent medical studies indicate disappointing indicators of their health. Health is influenced by a number of factors. One of them is habits and behavior. It is very important that life-safe and health-safe behavior skills are developed on time.

According to domestic and foreign researchers, human health depends 50–55% on one’s own lifestyle, 20–25% on the environment, 16–20% on heredity, and 10–15% on the level of healthcare development in the country.

Therefore, an important link in the work of a kindergarten is the valeological education of preschoolers.

Valeology - a science and sphere of human activity that studies the possibilities of the best adaptation of a person to environmental conditions by leading a healthy lifestyle.

Health , as defined by WHO, is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not simply the absence of disease or infirmity.

Valueology claims that every person has health reserves that he must learn to use. Therefore, the essence of valeology is expressed by the motto: “Man, know and create yourself!” The motto of pedagogical valeology is: “Health through education.”

Valeological educational work is based on the following approaches and principles:

  1. Systems approach. Man is a unity of the physical and spiritual. It is impossible to keep the body healthy if you do not improve the emotional and volitional sphere of the child. Successful solution of the problems of valeological education is possible only with interaction between preschool educational institutions, parents, public
  2. Activity approach. Valeological culture is mastered by children and the teacher in the process joint activities. Do not direct children on the path of health, but lead them.
  3. The principle “Do no harm!” Provides for the use of safe healing techniques, tested and officially recognized.
  4. The principle of humanism. In valeological education, the intrinsic value of the child’s personality is recognized. The moral guidelines of education are universal human values.
  5. The principle of altruism. If you learn it yourself, teach it to a friend.
  6. The principle of measure. Anything in moderation is good for health.

Objectives of valeology education:

  1. Formation of a conscious attitude towards health as a leading value and motivation for a healthy lifestyle.
  2. Accumulation of knowledge about health.
  3. The formation of a child’s valeological competence as a readiness to independently solve healthy lifestyle problems and safe behavior in unforeseen situations and providing basic medical and psychological assistance.

The tasks of valeological education must be solved in all types of children's activities: play, work, etc.

Forms of organizing children's activities

1. GCD with valeological orientation.

Tasks:

  • Forming in children the consciousness that man is part of nature and society.
  • Fostering a caring and careful attitude towards personal health.
  • Building harmonious relationships between children and inanimate and living nature.
  • Developing personal hygiene skills.
  • Hardening children.
  • Prevention and elimination of bad habits.
  • Implementation of valeological monitoring.

Stages of concept formation:

The second junior group is the formation of the concept of “healthy person”.

Middle group – information environment (human structure, organs), formation of attitude towards oneself.

Senior group – introduction to life safety, formation of preventive thinking, training in self-regulation.

  2. Use health-saving technologies.
  3. Implement a person-centered approach to children.
  4. Eliminate stressful situations, maintain a favorable psychological climate in the group.
  5. Use a variety of forms, methods, and means.

Objectives of valeological education.

“System of work on valeological education of children and education of parents in preschool educational institutions”

(report of the senior teacher).

The significant deterioration in the health of the Russian population, especially children, observed in recent years has become a national problem. The health of each person largely depends on his lifestyle, and no doctors, no medications will help if the person himself neglects his health and violates the norms of a healthy lifestyle.

It is known that the formation of healthy habits begins in childhood and this is, first of all, an educational problem. Therefore, this is my job. To scientifically support the health-improving function of preschool educational institutions, the concept of pedagogical valeology has been developed. Its basis is valeology - the science of health. Health is a state of complete physical, spiritual and social well-being. Academician V.P. Petlenko defines health as “a state of balance between the adaptive capabilities of the body and changing environmental conditions.”

Valueology claims that every person has health reserves that he must learn to use. Therefore, the essence of valeology is expressed by the motto: “Man, know and create yourself!” Pedagogical valeology combines valeology and pedagogy in a single scientific and methodological concept. It can be called “the science of health development.” pedagogical means" The motto of pedagogical valeology is: “Health through education.” Valeological educational work is based on the following approaches and principles:

    Systems approach.

Man is a unity of the physical and spiritual. It is impossible to keep the body healthy if you do not improve the emotional-volitional sphere, if you do not work with the soul and morality of the child.

Successful solution of the problems of valeology education is possible only by combining the educational efforts of preschool educational institutions, parents and the public.

    Activity approach. Valeological culture is mastered by children and the teacher in the process of joint activities. Do not direct children on the path of health, but lead them with you.

    The principle “Do no harm!” Provides for the use in valeological work only of safe healing techniques, tested by thousands of years of human experience and officially recognized.

    The principle of humanism. In valeological education, the intrinsic value of the child’s personality is recognized. The moral guidelines of education are universal human values.

    The principle of altruism. If you learned it yourself, teach it to a friend!

    The principle of measure. Anything in moderation is good for health.

Classes in valeology are held from the second junior group in a block of classes on familiarization with the environment, once a month. From the middle group, integrated classes on healthy lifestyle and lifestyle are conducted.

The priority direction of valeological educational work should be the formation of the moral qualities of the child, which are the foundation of health. Therefore, it is so important to develop in children kindness, friendliness, endurance, determination, courage, an optimistic attitude towards life, a sense of the joy of existence, the ability to feel happy, believe in their own strengths and trust the world. To form these qualities, spiritual harmony and adequate positive self-esteem are necessary, which arise if the child is free from feelings of anxiety and fear and lives with confidence in his own security and safety. Equally important for health are reflection skills, i.e. the ability to consider oneself and one’s condition from the outside, to understand one’s feelings and the reasons for their occurrence. To motivate a child to engage in healthy behavior, it is necessary to interest him, create positive emotions when mastering knowledge, make him feel pleasure from healing methods, use positive examples from life, the personal example of the teacher, collective forms of classes and other psychological and pedagogical techniques. Physical education is a powerful source of developing a healthy lifestyle and motivation for children’s health behavior. To achieve this, we conduct physical education classes, morning exercises, and outdoor games, both in the gym and on walks. Lesson strategy physical culture comes from the fact that pleasure from physical activity develops into a habit, and from it into a need. An essential element of valeology culture that children must master are the basics of personal hygiene - body care skills, self-massage techniques, hardening methods, etc. An important task of valeology educational work is to master the skills of psychoprophylaxis, self-regulation and activation of the body's reserve capabilities. To do this, it is necessary to develop and improve the functions of analytical systems in children. (hearing, vision, tactile sense, etc.), teach them the skills of voluntary control of breathing, muscle tone, imagination, inner self, and develop the ability to express their feelings using words. Facial expressions, gestures, etc. By mastering this knowledge and skills, children learn to manage their emotions and mental activity. This helps reduce psychological stress and anxiety, increases the level of comfort of children in preschool educational institutions and facilitates the transition to school. Valeological water management forms the foundations of life safety in children. They learn not to do things that are dangerous to life and health. Valueological education of children serves to strengthen their parental family. Children need to know the best family traditions, understand the meaning and importance of family in a person’s life, the role of the child in the family, master the norms and ethics of relationships with parents and other family members. It is necessary to develop interest in the professional and everyday activities of family members, to form an understanding of their social significance, to create the need to proudly talk about their grandparents, parents, and the good traditions of their family. Valeology sees health as the main source of happiness, and represents the acquisition of health as the path to spirituality, the ascent of a person from physical health to spiritual health.

It is the kindergarten that is the place for pedagogical education of parents. The forms of interaction with parents are varied; they can be both individual and group, traditional and non-traditional.

In accordance with this, valeological education of parents includes:

    familiarizing parents with the results of diagnostics of the child’s health status and psychomotor development;

    participation in the preparation individual programs (plans) children's health;

    targeted sanitary education work promoting general hygienic requirements, the need for a rational regimen and a complete balanced diet, hardening, optimal air and temperature conditions, etc.;

    familiarizing parents with the content of physical education and health work in kindergarten, aimed at physical, mental and social development child;

    training in specific techniques and methods of healing (physical therapy, breathing exercises, self-massage, various types of hardening, etc.);

    familiarization with treatment and preventive measures carried out in preschool educational institutions, training in individual unconventional methods healing the child's body (herbal medicine, aromatherapy, etc.).

To achieve these tasks, the following are widely used:

    information in parent corners, in mobile folders, in the preschool library;

    consultations;

    oral journals and discussions with the participation of psychologists, doctors, physical education specialists, as well as parents with experience in family education;

    workshops;

    business games and trainings involving listening to tape recordings of conversations with children, analyzing problem situations based on video recordings, solving pedagogical crossword puzzles, etc.;

    “open days” for parents with viewing and conducting a variety of classes in the gym, at the stadium and in the pool, hardening and therapeutic procedures;

    joint physical education leisure and holidays, etc.

Also, special importance in promoting a healthy lifestyle in preschool educational institutions is given to visual aids, which are designed to introduce parents to the conventional tasks, content and method of raising healthy children, overcome their often superficial judgments about the importance of a healthy lifestyle for children, and provide practical assistance to the family.

A special form of visual promotion of children's health among parents is valeological newspapers, booklets, and memos. The material for them is selected by educators, compiled and included in the plan for valeological work with parents. They reflect the most pressing problems of a healthy lifestyle for children. Visual aids help parents better understand the conditions, tasks and methods of raising healthy children. Recommendations from specialists on the problem of children’s health that interests parents, as well as articles for parents taken from other newspapers and magazines can also be selected. The topics of newspapers can be varied: “Daytime naps: is it necessary and when to give it up”, “Breathing exercises and child health”, “Secrets of healthy food”, “Home aromatherapy. Recipe for aromatherapy in children’s health”, “Prevention of visual fatigue disorders”, etc.

Increasing the psychological and pedagogical competence of parents, involving them in active participation in the educational process is an integral part of valeological education for introducing a healthy lifestyle.

Thus, the technology of valeological education of parents allows not only to actually implement individual approach to each child, but also to involve parents in joint systematic efforts to improve the health of the child’s body during the entire stay in a preschool institution.

It is known that the beginning of everything in raising children is the family. Every parent wants to see their children healthy and happy, but not everyone thinks about how to make sure that their children grow up to live in harmony with themselves, the world around them, and other people. But behind all this lies, among other things, a healthy lifestyle. It is he who gives physical and spiritual strength, healthy nervous system, the ability to resist harmful influences, to feel the joy of being alive.

Preschool is also an important educational institution. The educational functions of the family and the preschool educational institution are different, but in order for the child to grow up fully developed and healthy, their interaction is necessary.

Not a single, even the best health program can give positive results if its tasks are not solved together with the family, if a “children-parents-teachers” community has not been created in a preschool institution.

It is the kindergarten that is the place for pedagogical education of parents. Forms of interaction with parents are varied: meetings, round tables, discussions, etc.

    Know yourself - understand how your body grows and develops.

    Keep your body clean - you are responsible for it. Wash often, brush your teeth and nails, wash your feet, toughen up.

    Move more - do physical exercise and sports.

    Eat well - your body must grow. Love fruits and vegetables. Eat a varied diet. Don't eat a lot of sweets.

    Follow a daily routine - know how to properly organize mental and physical work.

    Play with caution, try to avoid accidents.

    Make friends - be a good friend.

    Learn to manage your mood.

    Keep your world clean.

    Learn to say NO. If you are asked to do something that makes you feel awkward, say NO.

    Don't play with medications. Take only what your parents or doctor give you.

    If you feel sick, tell your parents or doctor. Learn how to care for those who are sick.

    If a child is often encouraged, he learns self-confidence.

    If a child lives with a sense of security, he learns to believe.

    If a child manages to achieve what he wants, he learns hope.

    If a child lives in an atmosphere of friendship and feels needed, he learns to find love in this world.

The basis of happiness and spiritual health is Faith, Hope, Love.

Modern health-saving technologies,

used in the preschool education system

Today in preschool institutions much attention is paid to health-saving technologies, which are aimed at solving the most important task of preschool education - preserve, support and enrich children's health. In addition, a serious task is to ensure maximum high level real health of kindergarten students, education of valeology culture to form a child’s conscious attitude to the health and life of both their own and other people. To date, leading psychologists, teachers and medical professionals have created many different health-saving techniques that can be classified into several separate groups. These are medical, preventive and physical education technologies, health-saving technologies for preschool teachers, technologies aimed at ensuring the socio-psychological well-being of pupils, and valeological education of children and parents. All these technologies are aimed primarily at raising physically and psychologically healthy children.

Modern health-saving technologies used in the preschool education system reflect two lines of health-improving and developmental work:

    introducing children to physical education

    use of developmental forms of health-improving work.

Principles of health-saving technologies in preschool education:

    In relation to a child ensuring a high level of real health for a kindergarten pupil and fostering valeological culture as the totality of a child’s conscious attitude towards human health and life, knowledge about health and the ability to protect, support and preserve it, valeological competence, allowing a preschooler to independently and effectively solve the problems of a healthy lifestyle and safe behavior, tasks related to the provision of basic medical, psychological self-help and assistance.

    Applicable to adults promoting a culture of health, including a culture of professional health preschool teachers and valeological education of parents.

Adults are always responsible for what happens to children under their care. This also applies to children's health. It is in kindergarten, under the “supervision” of teachers, that children spend a significant part of their time, and not helping them maintain their health would be a manifestation of callousness and unprofessionalism.

To implement these principles, a complex of effective treatment and preventive measures is needed, a system of reliable means of correcting psychophysical development throughout the entire preschool childhood.

From the point of view of modern approaches to pedagogy, collaborative creative activity children and the teacher is the internal basis of the unity of the physical and spiritual in the life of a child.

The principles underlying the formation of unity:

    principle of developing creative imagination internal condition of health-improving work, here the child conditionally appears as an object of certain pedagogical and medical influences. And, as statistics have shown, thanks to the child’s inclusion of imagination, it is possible to achieve significant results in the prevention and treatment of a number of diseases: acute respiratory infections, diathesis, anuresis, certain disorders of the cardiovascular system and gastrointestinal tract;

    the principle of forming meaningful motor skills – movement can become voluntary and controllable only when it is meaningful and felt. The child has to learn to listen, understand, respect and love his body;

    the principle of creating and consolidating a holistic positive psychosomatic state when various types activities, which is implemented through multifunctional developmental forms of health-saving work;

    the principle of developing children's ability to empathize and assist.

Also highlighted three groupshealth-savingtechnologies:

1. Technologies for preserving and stimulating health: Stretching, rhythmoplasty, dynamic pauses, outdoor and sports games, relaxation, aesthetic technologies, finger gymnastics, eye gymnastics, breathing gymnastics, invigorating gymnastics, corrective gymnastics, orthopedic gymnastics.

2. Technologies for teaching a healthy lifestyle: Physical education, problem-based games (game training and game therapy), communicative games, conversations from the “Health” series, self-massage, acupressure self-massage, biofeedback (BF).

3. Corrective technologies: art therapy, musical influence technologies, fairy tale therapy, color influence technologies, behavior correction technologies, psycho-gymnastics, phonetic and speech therapy rhythm.

It is very important that each of the above technologies has a health-improving orientation, and that health-saving activities used in combination would ultimately form a strong motivation in the child for a healthy lifestyle, full and uncomplicated development.

Why it is necessary to applyhealth-savingtechnologies in the modern educational environment?

Preschool age is rightfully considered the most important period in the process of human personality formation. At this age, various abilities develop more intensively, moral qualities, character traits are developed. It is in this age period that the foundation of health and development of physical qualities necessary for the child’s effective participation in various forms of physical activity is laid and strengthened, which, in turn, creates conditions for the active and targeted formation and development of mental functions and intellectual abilities of a preschooler. That is why the application in work of the preschool educational institution health-saving technologies can increase the effectiveness of the educational process and form value orientations among teachers and parents aimed at preserving and strengthening the health of children.

An analysis of the health status of preschool children shows that over the last decade the number of absolutely healthy children has decreased from 23 to 15% and the number of children with chronic diseases has increased from 16 to 17.3%. On average in Russia, every preschooler experiences at least two diseases per year. Approximately 20-27% of children fall into the category of frequently and long-term illnesses. Almost 90% of preschool children have standard deviations in the structure of the musculoskeletal system - poor posture, flat feet, unbalanced muscle tone, weakness of the abdominal muscles, non-optimal ratio of static and dynamic movements. Neurotic manifestations are observed in 20-30% of children of senior preschool age. According to forecasts, 85% of these children are potential patients with cardiovascular diseases. About 50% of children need psychocorrection and are characterized by serious psychological distress. The vast majority of children, starting from preschool age, suffer from a lack of movement and reduced immunity. Their muscle load decreases due to objective reasons: children have practically no opportunity to play outdoor games while walking, and some parents get too carried away intellectual development their children (computer games, visiting various clubs).

It is undeniable that The main task of kindergarten is prepare the child for independent life, giving him the necessary skills and abilities for this, cultivating certain habits. But can every professionally trained teacher, just an adult responsible person, calmly relate to the unfavorable state of health of their students, its progressive deterioration? One of the answers to this question was the demand for teachers educational institution health-saving educational technologies.

Thus, health-saving technologies in preschool education– technologies aimed at solving the priority task of modern preschool education - the task of preserving, maintaining and enriching the health of subjects pedagogical process in kindergarten: children, teachers and parents.

The goal of health-saving technologies in preschool education in relation to a child - ensuring a high level of real health for a kindergarten pupil and nurturing valeological culture as the totality of a child’s conscious attitude to health and human life, knowledge about health and the ability to protect, support and preserve it, valeological competence, allowing a preschooler to independently and effectively solve healthy problems lifestyle and safe behavior, tasks related to the provision of basic medical, psychological self-help and assistance. In relation to adults - promoting the establishment of a culture of health, including a culture of professional health for preschool teachers and valeological education of parents.

The tasks of health care workers are:

1. Preservation and strengthening of children’s health based on the integrated and systematic use of physical education means available to kindergartens and optimization of physical activity in the fresh air.

2. Ensuring an active position for children in the process of gaining knowledge about a healthy lifestyle.

3. Constructive partnership between the family, the teaching staff and the children themselves in strengthening their health and development creative potential.

Types of health-saving technologies:

Types of health-saving technologies in preschool education - classification of health-saving technologies according to the dominance of goals and tasks to be solved, as well as the leading means of health-saving and health-enrichment of subjects of the pedagogical process in kindergarten.

· Medical and preventive technology

Medical and preventive activities ensure the preservation and enhancement of children’s health under the guidance of preschool medical personnel in accordance with medical requirements and standards using medical supplies.

Objectives of this activity:

Organization of monitoring of children's health and development of recommendations for optimizing children's health;

Organization and control of children's nutrition, physical development, hardening;

Organization preventive measures that contribute to the resistance of the child’s body (for example, immunization, gargling with anti-inflammatory herbs, gentle treatment during the adaptation period, etc.).

Organization of control and assistance in ensuring the requirements of sanitary and epidemiological standards - San PiNov

Organization of a health-preserving environment in preschool educational institutions.

Monitoring of the health status and physical development of children is carried out by kindergarten medical workers. All work on the physical education of children in preschool educational institutions is based on their physical fitness and existing deviations in health. To do this, based on individual medical records, the doctor preschool draws up a summary diagram for each age group that helps educators and medical workers have a clear picture of the health status of children in the entire group and each child individually. This analysis scheme and specific recommendations are entered into the group “Health Journal” - “ Individual route child” - so that each teacher plans physical education and health activities in accordance with the health characteristics of children.

· Physical education and health technology

Physical education and health activities are aimed at the physical development and strengthening of the child’s health.

Objectives of this activity:

Development of physical qualities;

Control of motor activity and development of physical education in preschool children,

Formation of correct posture, prevention of musculoskeletal disorders;

Cultivating daily habits physical activity;

Improvement by means of hardening. Physical education and health activities are carried out by a physical education instructor during physical education classes, as well as by teachers - in the form of various gymnastics, physical education sessions, dynamic breaks, etc.;

· Technologies for ensuring the socio-psychological well-being of the child

The purpose of this activity– ensuring emotional comfort and positive psychological well-being of the child in the process of communicating with peers and adults in kindergarten and family; ensuring the social and emotional well-being of a preschooler, because emotional mood, mental well-being, cheerful mood of children is important for their health. In its activities, the “escort service” is guided by the Regulations on the medical-psychological-pedagogical service and aims to create an integral system in a preschool institution that provides optimal conditions for the development of children, taking into account age and individual characteristics, the state of somatic and mental health. In this system, diagnostic, advisory, correctional and developmental, treatment and preventive and social areas.

· Technologies for health conservation and health enrichment of teachers

Improving the health of children and their favorable physical development is influenced by the entire way of life of a child in kindergarten, the caring and attentive attitude of adults towards him, and the high sense of responsibility of the entire team for each pupil. Therefore, much attention in our preschool educational institution is paid to the selection and placement of personnel into groups, taking into account their business qualities, experience and psychological compatibility. Bearing in mind that the results of physical development depend primarily on the professional training of teachers and their pedagogical knowledge, a system of comprehensive methodological work to improve skills.

A teacher who guards the health of the child, who fosters a culture of health for the child and parents, must first of all be healthy himself, have valeological knowledge, not overworked, must be able to objectively assess his own strengths and weaknesses associated with professional activity, draw up a plan for the necessary self-correction and begin to implement it.

· Technologies of valeological education of parents

The main educators of the child are the parents. The child’s mood and state of physical comfort depend on how the child’s daily routine is properly organized and how much attention parents pay to the child’s health. The healthy lifestyle of a child, to which he is taught in an educational institution, can either find daily support at home, and then be consolidated, or not be found, and then the information received will be unnecessary and burdensome for the child.

Information and educational activities are expressed in the formation of a healthy lifestyle as a value among parents, as well as in introducing parents to various forms of work on physical education in a preschool institution, informing about the state of health and physical development, about the level of motor readiness of their child; involving parents in participating in various joint physical education and holidays.

Health-saving educational technologies are the most significant among all known technologies in terms of the degree of influence on children’s health. Their main feature is the use of psychological and pedagogical techniques, methods, and approaches to solving emerging problems.

Educational activities involve conducting classes and conversations with preschoolers about the need to maintain a daily routine, the importance of hygienic and physical culture, about health and means of strengthening it, about the functioning of the body and the rules of caring for it, children acquire cultural and healthy lifestyle skills, knowledge of the rules of safe behavior and reasonable actions in unforeseen situations.

Preparing a child for a healthy lifestyle based on health-saving technologies should become a priority in the activities of every educational institution for preschool children.

Forms of health-improving work in a preschool institution.

In preschool every day in all age groups Several forms of physical education for children are provided, which promotes health and allows children to ensure the necessary physical activity throughout the day.

Special attention The daily routine should be devoted to hardening procedures that promote health and reduce morbidity. Hardening activities, as an important part of physical culture, contribute to the creation of mandatory conditions and habits of a healthy lifestyle. The hardening system used provides various forms and methods, as well as changes due to seasons, age and individual health conditions of children.

When working with children, the basic principles must be observed. hardening principles:

    Implementation of hardening provided that the child is healthy;

    It is inadmissible to carry out hardening procedures if the child has negative emotional reactions (fear, crying, anxiety);

    Careful consideration of the child’s individual characteristics, his age, and the possibility of increased sensitivity to hardening measures;

    The intensity of hardening procedures increases gradually and consistently, with the expansion of impact zones and an increase in hardening time;

    Systematic and consistent hardening (and not from case to case)

One of the most effective hardening procedures in Everyday life is walk. In order for the walk to be effective, the sequence of children’s activities may change depending on the nature of the previous activity and weather conditions. So, in the cold season and after the lesson in which the children were sitting, the walk begins with a jog or an active game; in the warm season or after physical education and music lessons- from observation, quiet games.

Walking is one of the most important regime moments, during which children can sufficiently realize their motor needs. The optimal form for this is outdoor games and physical exercises.

Outdoor play occupies a special place in the development of a preschool child. It helps to consolidate and improve motor skills and abilities, provides an opportunity to develop cognitive interest, and forms the ability to navigate the surrounding reality, which is so important for a child to gain life experience.

A variety of game actions develop dexterity, speed, coordination of movements and have a beneficial effect on emotional condition children.

The need for movement in preschoolers is great, but the fragile body is extremely sensitive not only to a lack, but also to an excess of movement. That is why when choosing outdoor games and game exercises you need to try to maintain the optimal mode of physical activity, adjust the permissible load, changing the game situation, increase or decrease the number of repetitions.

In addition to outdoor games, a variety of exercises in basic types of movements can be widely used in kindergarten:

Running and walking

Throwing, throwing and catching the ball

Obstacle course exercises

Physical exercises carried out in the fresh air contribute to the functional improvement of the child’s body, increasing its performance, and developing protective forces in relation to unfavorable environmental factors. For every two weeks there are 3-4 sets of physical exercises in the air:

For good weather (seasonally);

In case of wet weather;

In case of gusty winds.

Of course, special importance in education healthy child In a preschool institution, emphasis should be placed on the development of movements in physical education classes. Moreover, in each age period, physical education activities have a different focus:

They bring pleasure to young children; they teach them how to navigate in space and basic belay techniques;

In middle age – they develop physical qualities, primarily endurance and strength;

In older groups, they form the need for movement, develop motor abilities and independence.

Has great health and educational significance for children. swimming , which is one of the important types of cyclic loads, which has a powerful health-improving general developmental effect. Swimming differs from all other sports exercises in its unlimited age range of application and has a beneficial effect on cardiovascular, respiratory system: improves thermoregulation, gas exchange, sleep, increases performance. Swimming is also effective means prevention and even treatment of poor posture and stoop. During swimming, the child's spine straightens, the muscles of the arms and legs perform rhythmic movements that affect the flexibility of the spine.

When conducting classes in the pool, it is necessary to take into account age and individual characteristics children, ensure compliance with rules and instructions, carry out systematic medical and pedagogical control over the implementation of the regime and organization of swimming lessons, over planning and methods of implementation.

One of the most important components of strengthening and improving the child’s body, as well as organizing the child’s motor regimen, aimed at raising the emotional and muscle tone of children, is morning exercises .

Daily physical exercise under the guidance of an adult contributes to the manifestation of certain volitional efforts, develops in children a useful habit of starting the day with morning exercises. Morning exercises gradually involve the child’s entire body in an active state, strengthen breathing, increase blood circulation, promote metabolism, create a need for oxygen, and help develop correct posture. To prevent the occurrence of flat feet, exercises are suggested to strengthen the arch of the foot - raising on the toes, on the heels.

The music that accompanies the movements creates a cheerful mood and has a positive effect on the child’s nervous system.

Morning exercises are carried out daily before breakfast, for 10–12 minutes outdoors or indoors (depending on weather conditions). During the entire morning exercises carried out indoors, the windows remain open, children practice in physical fitness and barefoot.

During breaks between classes, especially in older groups of kindergarten, motor warm-up. Its goal is to prevent the development of fatigue in children, relieve emotional stress during classes with mental stress, which contributes to a faster perception of program material. Motor warm-up allows you to actively relax after mental stress and a forced static posture, and helps to increase the motor activity of children. The game exercises used in warm-up are well known to children, simple in content, with a small number of rules, do not last long (no more than 10-12 minutes), and are accessible to children with different levels of motor activity.

In order to prevent fatigue in activities associated with prolonged sitting in a monotonous position, requiring concentrated attention and maintaining children’s mental performance at a good level, kindergartens conduct physical education minutes.

Physical education sessions increase overall tone and motor skills, help train the mobility of nervous processes, develop attention and memory, create a positive emotional mood and relieve psycho-emotional stress.

Physical education sessions are conducted by the teacher as needed during classes on speech development, the formation of elementary mathematical representations etc. Duration is 3-5 minutes.

Physical education sessions are carried out in numerous forms: in the form of general developmental exercises (movements of the head, arms, torso, legs), outdoor games, didactic game with different movements, dance movements and game exercises. A physical education lesson may be accompanied by text related or unrelated to the content of the lesson.

Along with various recreational activities, the preschool institution also conducts gymnastics after nap , which helps improve children's mood, increase muscle tone, and also helps prevent posture and foot disorders. Gymnastics are performed with the windows open for 7-15 minutes. Used throughout the year various options gymnastics

    Warm up in bed. Children gradually wake up to the sounds of pleasant music and, lying in bed on their backs on top of the blanket, perform 5-6 general developmental exercises. Exercises are performed from different positions: lying on your side, on your stomach, sitting. After completing the exercises, children get up and perform several movements at different paces (walking in place, walking on massage mats, gradually turning into running). Then everyone moves from the bedroom to a well-ventilated group room and performs arbitrary dance, musical-rhythmic or other movements to the music.

    Gymnastics of a gaming nature. Consists of 3-6 simulation exercises. Children imitate the movements of birds, animals, plants, and create various images (“skier”, “skater”, “parsley”, “flower”).

    Jogging along massage paths. They are combined with contrast air baths and are carried out 2 times a week for 5-7 minutes. The massage track consists of aids and items that promote foot massage. Children exercise barefoot, walk at a fast pace along the path and smoothly switch to running (1-1.5 minutes) and again switch to calm walking with breathing exercises. This contributes to the development of endurance, coordination of movements, formation of the foot and strengthening of the children’s body.

Breathing exercises. A person’s health, physical and mental activity largely depend on proper breathing. Breathing exercises increase ventilation, lymph and blood circulation in the lungs, reduce spasm of the bronchi and bronchioles, improve their permeability, promote sputum production, train the ability to voluntarily control breathing, form correct breathing biomechanics, and prevent diseases and complications of the respiratory system.

In preschool children, the respiratory muscles are still weak, so a special system of exercises is needed in natural rhythmic breathing, as well as in the correct use of inhalation and exhalation during simple and more complex movements, and the rhythm of breathing and movement form one rhythmic whole. Gymnastic exercises that form correct breathing include exercises for establishing correct breathing through the nose and developing muscles chest to increase its elasticity, to actively stretch the spine. All exercises are carried out in your own breathing rhythm, slowly, following inhalation and exhalation and a compensatory pause after exhalation. Inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth into closed lips, combine breathing exercises with general developmental exercises, form a mixed type of breathing.

Acupressure – a basic self-help technique for your body. Acupressure exercises teach children to consciously take care of their health, instilling in them the confidence that they themselves can help themselves improve their well-being. Along with the acupressure is prevention colds.

During a finger massage, irritation of receptors in the skin, muscles, tendons, and fingers occurs, impulses from which pass simultaneously to the brain and spinal cord, and from there a command is sent to various organs and structures to start working. Massage increases the protective properties of the membranes of the nasopharynx, larynx, trachea, bronchi and other organs. Under the influence of massage, the body begins to produce its own medications (for example, interferon), which are often much more effective and safer than pills.

Health-improving work in kindergarten must also be carried out in summer period , carrying out a set of measures aimed at restoring the functional state of the child’s body.

The central place in this complex is occupied by the daily routine, which provides for maximum exposure of children to the open air, age-appropriate duration of sleep and other types of rest. All activities related to physical activity (outdoor games, work, physical education classes) are carried out during the hours of least insolation.

When carrying out summer health work in kindergarten, it is necessary to adhere to the following principles:

· integrated use of preventive, hardening and health-improving technologies;

· continuous implementation of preventive, hardening and health-improving measures;

· predominant use of non-drug means of health improvement;

· use of simple and accessible technologies;

· formation of positive motivation in children to carry out preventive, hardening and health-improving activities;

· integration of the hardening prevention program into the family;

· increasing the efficiency of the system of preventive, hardening and health-improving measures through compliance in preschool educational institutions with sanitary norms and rules, optimal motor mode and physical activity, the sanitary condition of the institution, catering, air-thermal conditions and the use of various forms of health-improving work.

Thus, one of the aspects of improving the health of participants in the pedagogical process of preschool educational institutions is the creation of a health-preserving environment. The development of conceptual directions for a health-preserving environment is based on the following tasks:

– formation of children’s health based on the integrated and systematic use of physical education means available for a specific preschool institution, optimization of physical activity in the fresh air;

– use in educational activities Preschool educational institutions of the spiritual, moral and cultural potential of the city, microdistrict, immediate environment, raising children in the traditions of Russian culture;

– constructive partnership between the family, the teaching staff and the children themselves in strengthening their health and developing creative potential;

– ensuring children’s active position in the process of gaining knowledge about a healthy lifestyle.

As means to solve these problems, can act:

– direct training of children in basic techniques of a healthy lifestyle (health, finger, corrective, breathing exercises, self-massage) and the simplest skills of providing first aid medical care for cuts, abrasions, burns, bites; as well as instilling in children basic cultural and hygienic skills;

– rehabilitation measures (herbal medicine, vitamin therapy, aromatherapy, inhalation, functional music, physical therapy, massage, psycho-gymnastics, trainings);

– specially organized physical activity child (physical education sessions, health-improving physical education classes, outdoor games, sports and recreational holidays, themed health holidays, outings, excursions).

Thus, preparing a child for a healthy lifestyle based on health-saving technologies should become a priority in the activities of every educational institution for preschool children.
