Pedagogical credo of a preschool teacher (briefly). Essay “My pedagogical credo My pedagogical credo for educators

Essay on the topic: “I am a teacher! My pedagogical credo."

Learn to love someone else's child. Never do to someone else what you would not want done to yours. (Janusz Korczak)
Children should live in a world of beauty, games, fairy tales, music, drawing, fantasy, and creativity. (V. A. Sukhomlinsky)

The question always remains open what qualities are needed for a teacher in connection with the demands of the “new” time. In this regard, questions arise: “What kind of teacher should work in modern kindergartens?”, “What kind of teacher do modern children need?”, Find answers to such simple questions not so easy. Modern educator? Who is he? A professional is a person who lives by his profession, in which he achieves significant success and receives the predicted result? A creator or a creative person who, through creative activity, strives to find himself, the core of his personality, his deep essence? Educator... As soon as we say the word “Educator”, we imagine all the most beautiful and kind that can be in a person. You probably won’t find people like teachers anywhere: artistic, creative, endlessly devoted to children, erudite, energetic. People of this most important profession on earth, without sparing themselves, do everything possible so that their students are joyful and happy children today and become happy people in future. When necessary, we are artists, painters, but when necessary, we are writers, singers. At the same time, we are always students. An educator is someone who always learns creativity and creates himself as an individual. My goal is to see, to discern, not to miss in a child all the best that is in him, and to give an impetus to self-improvement through the development of creativity coming from the very depths of his soul. I am grateful to fate that I came to this profession, because while raising children, I study with them, I try every day to cultivate the most in myself. good qualities person. Sometimes thoughts creep into your sleep, and in the morning you want to bring them to life. And when you see the results of your work, you receive true professional satisfaction. I am a mother myself. And how touching it is to receive gifts from children. Which they diligently did together with the teacher, how interesting it was to listen to their stories about their day in kindergarten! I am always pleased to note the joyful smiles on the faces of the parents of my students! This means that another day was not lived in vain! Creativity is an essential component of a teacher’s life. The talent of a teacher, as a master, is revealed when every day he manages to captivate a child into the world of the unknown, to interest him so much that he himself wants to learn something new, to solve the problem posed to him on his own. So that the child’s eyes sparkle, so that he feels confident, strong and desires to create. Why did I choose this particular path in life for myself? I often ponder this question. Perhaps it was destined to be so. I want to start my story with the fact that I have always been involved in creative activities, since school. I loved and love to draw, embroider, in general, do something with my own hands. After graduating from school, according to the trends of the 90s and the advice of my parents, I entered Tomsk State University to become a lawyer, but after studying for 4.5 years I dropped out. After all, at the same time I received the profession of a teacher. And, apparently, in my case, nature and my inner “I” took over.
I chose the path of a teacher for myself! When I started working in a kindergarten, I understood perfectly well that being a teacher is a huge responsibility. Children are interesting and bright creatures. The first classes I took convinced me that you should always create everything the necessary conditions for children, thanks to which they will be interested in spending time with me. Do not force, but interest, you need to make any activity entertaining, giving interesting activities - this leads to a certain success in creative activity. When I go to work, I am driven, first of all, by curiosity, interest: How will our common day with the guys go today? Who will surprise you today? What I expect from my children is not obedience, but discovery!

My pedagogical credo: “There is no limit to perfection!” - therefore, I always want to create, and only then reap the fruits of my creativity. I share my knowledge not only with children, but also with teachers, with those who, like me, strive for excellence. And I myself learn something new from my more experienced colleagues. The value of communication with colleagues in the creative process at master classes is prohibitively high. New ideas in professional development arise. I try to approach each child with an optimistic hypothesis, I believe in him Creative skills. It is important for me and the children that our activities are not only exciting, but also functional, effective, and bear fruit in the form of crafts that can be used in everyday life, given to loved ones, for participation in creative events, and competitions. My teaching experience I’m still very young, but I’m trying to influence children, Firstly, my personality, because, as they say, my eyes should glow, my face should glow, only then everything will work out, then everyone will want to follow me; and secondly, the content play activities. I believe that if a child lives in understanding and friendliness, he learns to find love in this world. I like it when children feel free, relaxed, and at ease. The teacher must be listening and hearing, sensitive and friendly, creative and active. Must have a wide range of interests, skills and a sense of humor! My students are my pride! I rejoice with them in their achievements. But there are also failures, then I am support and support for them, inspiring confidence in their own abilities. The profession of a teacher requires enormous work, constant, tireless. To gain respect, you must know a lot, be able to convey this to your pets, work hard, sparing no effort and time. And love not only your job, love your children, respect them! The teacher faces a difficult task - to maintain the health of the child, i.e. his physical, mental and social well-being, create conditions for his development in accordance with his individual abilities. One of the most important roles that a teacher should play is to be a friend to the child. And perhaps even those the only person who will understand him, say a kind word and support him. I would say this: “The teacher should not keep up with the times, but one step forward!” I chose an interesting profession, which requires enormous strength from me. No matter what, I will continue to give children the warmth of my heart, the warmth of my soul. And may the world that surrounds my children become more interesting and kinder! Let their sincere smiles and inquisitive eyes illuminate our world!

The current stage of development of the preschool education system takes the work of the teacher to a completely new level. Among the most important skills of any teacher, they note, first of all, the ability to analyze, realize, and draw conclusions. Regular certification requirements preschool teacher The first and highest qualification category also includes proficiency in self-analysis.

In addition to this most important requirement of the federal state educational standard, the teacher must understand for himself the main directions of his work with preschoolers. Having decided on them, the preschool teacher will be able to formulate his credo.

The pedagogical credo of a preschool teacher is the motto of working with children, so it should sound short, but figurative, clear, strong and individual. Almost every certification portfolio of a preschool teacher contains a pedagogical credo, in which the leading idea should be love for children and one’s profession.

It is not the requirements of state standards, certification procedures and preschool institutions that should be an incentive to write a credo. First of all, it is important for the teacher himself to understand the thoughts of his credo for self-knowledge and self-development in professional and personal terms.

The role of the preschool teacher in the development of children

Raising preschool children is a big responsibility. Each child is a unique personality, in whom lives a talented artist, a tireless experimenter, and an inquisitive observer.

Therefore, the role of a preschool teacher can be stated in several postulates. The teacher must:

  • contribute harmonious development children's abilities;
  • create conditions for the realization of the individual inclinations of each child;
  • develop in the child creativity, independence, desire to learn and experience new things;
  • help the child become aware of himself as an individual in relationships with other people and society;
  • comprehend your actions, predict and evaluate results.

Children are open to everything new and, first of all, to beauty and goodness, but at the same time they are sensitive to lies and injustice. It is important for a preschool teacher to come to children with pleasure and to begin any activity with enthusiasm. Giving children their first knowledge, playing with them, developing them and teaching them goodness will not work if the teacher does not like the process itself.

However, it is a mistake to imagine the work of a teacher in preschool institution just as a game with children. The development of children requires a lot of patience and painstaking work, so that every child in the team has the opportunity to grow up as a real person.

Observation and sensitivity are no less important qualities. The eyes of a child reflect the state of his soul; you can see a lot in them. In order to understand the child’s condition, be aware of his difficulties and be able to help in time, the teacher must be not only kind, but also sighted or, as they say today, empathic.

It is important not to be afraid to praise your child once again, even if his successes are very modest. This will help instill in children confidence in their strengths and capabilities, and will make them want to take the next step. It is necessary that the child trust the teacher, feel respect and gratitude. But it is important to justify his trust always, even in the most insignificant matters.

Any preschool teacher, working with a group of children, puts a piece of his soul into each child. Calm and restless, serious and restless, self-absorbed and inquisitive “whys” - it is important for the teacher to find his own approach, his own key to each of them.

Children, under the guidance of an adult, learn together to distinguish between good and evil, get to know themselves, their comrades and the world. The role of the preschool teacher in this process is enormous, because a preschool child spends most of the day in kindergarten. Day after day, next to the teacher, they walk together along the path of knowledge, learn and experience the world not only during classes, but also on walks.

What does it mean to be an educator

The most important feature of any teacher is that he must sincerely love children, all children, regardless of their personal qualities. To be a teacher means to have compassion, patience, and a desire to come to work and see children.

It is important to love any child exactly as he is, even if he is the only one in the whole group who does not know how to tie his shoelaces or spills compote on himself. The teacher knows that the child’s development process is always individual and cannot be equated with the general collective. Taking into account the characteristics of each child is a necessary component of the work of a preschool teacher.

The credo of any educator should include the idea that one must always believe in the capabilities of each child, see and cultivate the good that is inherent in him by nature. It is important to instill in them a sense of self-esteem and responsibility for themselves and their actions.

A children's team is a special world and it is necessary to create and maintain a positive and creative atmosphere in it. Praise, encourage, approve and reinforce the child's productive behavior both in a group and individually.

The secret of the skill of a preschool teacher lies in the organic management pedagogical process so that children do not feel educational influence. But at the same time, interaction with the teacher would contribute to the formation of the child’s harmonious “I”, an integral personality.

The fruits of the work of preschool teachers do not appear immediately; they naturally appear only years later. This profession provides society with children prepared for future life, self-confident, and willing to develop further.

In modern living conditions, it is not easy to be a teacher; it is a complex and responsible job, since it requires not only versatile knowledge and experience, but also enormous patience. It is important for a preschool teacher to constantly be in creative search, to bring something new into work and communication with children. Also, the teacher constantly learns from them devotion, openness, sincerity, and manifestations of love.

Examples of the pedagogical credo of a preschool teacher

A creative approach in kindergarten is necessary in everything, including in formulating one’s credo. The following examples of such mottos can be given:

  • A teacher is a magician who illuminates the world of childhood with kindness.
  • Loving children and your job is the most important thing.
  • The personality of the teacher means everything in the matter of education.
  • The teacher is always young, because he lives in childhood.
  • If you do something, do it creatively! Otherwise, why?
  • Each child has his own characteristics and is talented in his own way. The teacher's task is to find this talent and develop it.
  • It can take a long time to explain something, but it’s faster to teach it in practice.
  • Tell the child - and he will forget, explain - and he will remember, let the child do something himself - and he will understand.
  • If the teacher believes in a fairy tale, the children will believe in it too.
  • Create, create, invent for children and with them.
  • It takes a long time to wait for the results of a teacher’s work, but how good they are!
  • You can't learn anything without example.
  • The educator contributes to the future of life on the planet.
  • If you don’t make big demands on your child, you shouldn’t expect big results.

The credo of a preschool teacher should reflect the essence of this calling, the need to help children and develop them. Often this path is not easy. But those who have found themselves in this field are united by an invaluable quality - they joyfully give their hearts to children and cannot imagine their lives without it.

Teacher's Essay.

What does profession mean? a kindergarten teacher, teacher extraordinary children whom parents trust, the most precious and most priceless?

It is very difficult and difficult to answer this question, to choose the right words and formulate them into sentences, in what letters to express that happiness when a child gives you a warm palm, trustingly snuggling and rejoicing at you. You need to have great patience and compassion for children, a desire to see "your children", worry about their successes and failures, rejoice at personal achievements and small victories. In fact, these children are not relatives, but you are with them "grow together", you begin to think with them, be surprised and admire how they are, and now - this is already "my children"

The teacher is like a potter, in whose hands soft, pliable clay turns into an elegant vessel. Task teacher– fill this vessel with goodness, creativity, knowledge and skills. After mom teacher first teacher, which occurs on life path child. This is the same profession when teacher at heart, always remains a child, otherwise the children simply will not accept him into their world, they will not let him near their hearts. I believe that the most important thing is to love children, give them your heart, love just like that, for nothing, just because they exist!

Teacher - who is he??

Mentor or edifier?

Or maybe he is a creator and soul sculptor

Or maybe just a person

Leaving a mark forever?

And simplicity and depth of soul

Capable of building bridges to our lives!

There are thousands of professions in the world, all of them necessary and interesting. But every person must choose the one that would please him and bring him pleasure. Choosing a profession is a very important step in the life of every person. It resembles the starting point in the route of future life; the more successful the choice is made, the more interesting, eventful and successful the path of life will be.

My profession - a kindergarten teacher. This profession makes me forget all my problems, always feel healthy, energetic and always be in the world of a fairy-tale childhood.

Yes, teacher - star destiny,

There is a search in it, the joy of insight,

Fight for children's souls

The work is simply inspiration!

Working teacher, you understand that all children are individual, and you, like teacher, must find the key to each child. And it is impossible to deceive them. They will always see everything. They will immediately understand how you relate to them you relate: with or without love. And they will answer you the same. For me, my profession is an opportunity to constantly be in the world of childhood. You are especially aware of the importance of the profession teacher when you see the children’s eyes wide open, greedily catching my every word, my glance and gesture; eyes ready to take in the whole world. Looking into these children's eyes, you understand that they need you, that you are the whole universe for them, that it is you who lay the sprouts of future characters, support them with your love, and give them the warmth of your heart.

During my work, fate brought me together with wonderful people. For more experienced and senior teachers learned a difficult skill, because being teacher- a huge responsibility, such work is only possible for those who love children and are dedicated to their profession.

Great teacher G. Pestalozzi, who practiced pedagogy of love, said: “If you don’t love, then you have no right bring up» and every day I am convinced that he is right.

Educator must work creatively, apply new innovative technologies in work, be energetic, talented, sociable, young at heart, create coziness, warmth and comfort for every child, have high patience. Only then will the kindergarten be able to transform "to the island of happy childhood".

Necessary qualities of modern teacher - patience, goodwill, tolerance, erudition, erudition, because teacher I have to work not only with children, but also with parents.

I try to treat my little charges the way I would like others to treat my children. In my work, I strive to plan the day so that children never get bored. To the teacher have to perform in different cast: he is for children and a teacher who knows everything, teaches everything, and a playmate, and a second mother who will understand everything and help in difficult times.

I try to be a friend to children, to find my own approach to each, to understand the individuality of each, in order not only to give them new knowledge about life, but also educate a positive attitude towards the world around them, towards themselves. And I hope that mine pupils will grow up literate, educated and worthy people. After all, parents give children a start in life, but I help them take the second step - teacher.

When working with children, I use a wide variety of directions and forms in my work. To make your activities fun creative process and interest the kids, I strive in my work to more often use a toy as a leader, turn on music, ask riddles, arrange surprise moment, and also motivate children with artistic words. Children become animated and begin to take an active part in direct educational activities. I always try to talk to children politely and kindly and make sure that they communicate with each other in the same way.

I share the opinion of Jan Korczak that “children deserve respect, trust and friendly relations“I am pleased to be with them, in this clear atmosphere of affectionate sensations, cheerful laughter, first good efforts and surprises, pure, bright and sweet joys.”

And that's why I chose a profession - a kindergarten teacher, because I like constant live contact with children, I absolutely love these kids, as well as the ability to be a versatile specialist. The psychological aspect is also very important. It is also necessary to find not only individual approach to the child, but also to get along with the parents. Every day, meeting in the morning and saying goodbye in the evening, do not allow them to doubt for one second the safety and love for their children.

Finish yours essay I want in words B. A Sukhomlinsky: “Our most important pedagogical tool - the ability to deeply respect the human personality in one’s pupil. With this instrument we are called to create very gentle, subtle, thing: the desire to be good, to become better today than yesterday. This desire does not arise on its own; it can only be educate».

"I'm in the right place"

My acquaintance with the teaching profession began with the work of an assistant teacher. While working as an assistant, I was sure that working as a teacher was not for me - I couldn’t stand it! The worst thing, as it seemed then, was to constantly be with children, “creatures from another world,” who have an absolutely crazy pace of life: they ask a hundred questions a minute, at the same minute, quarrel five times, fight, make up, start several games right away, they give up, they laugh, cry, ask for something, and sometimes it is very difficult to understand what. But, watching day after day, the work of the teacher, the attention with which the teacher treats each student, how he simply communicates with them , plays, at this time the children’s eyes simply sparkle from communicating with their mentors, and this fear slowly began to disappear from me. And I began to understand that not everything was as scary as it seemed. All this interested me so much that I decided to go study to become a teacher.

Who is a teacher? Of course, man! A person who raises children, loves and understands them. This is the creator, the creator, the main casket is open to him - a casket with children's hearts that are waiting for warmth, kind words, new knowledge and are always ready to reciprocate. And how much knowledge and skills a teacher should have! He tends to draw, glue, sew, knit, do floriculture, sing, dance, have some acting and directing skills, and perform in front of his parents. The teacher must also have artistic taste, diction, know the rules good manners, constantly improve your teaching skills, and engage in self-education. The more a teacher knows and can do, the simpler, easier and more interesting it will be for him to communicate with children and their parents. I received almost all this knowledge at a pedagogical college, and, of course, my practice in kindergarten helped me.

K.D. Ushinsky wrote: “If you successfully choose your work and put your soul into it, then happiness will find you on its own.” A happy teacher is immediately visible - he lives among children, understands their needs, knows how to establish contact with parents, and is thoughtful about everything that surrounds him.

The work of a teacher can be difficult, sometimes taking all the strength, both physical and moral, but it cannot be called routine or uninteresting. In my opinion, a teacher is, first of all, a friend to children, their assistant, adviser, ally. Being a teacher is a serious responsibility, but also great happiness. After all, the essence of the profession is to give. To give a child this colorful world, to surprise with beauty.

You now have confidence in the correctness of your choice of profession, in the fact that your business and your knowledge are needed not only by you, but by someone else on this earth! This happens when you see the curious and trusting eyes of children, when you are in such a warm, sincere and cheerful atmosphere that you want to throw away all prejudices and simply guide, be needed and live only so that the sparkle in the eyes of children never fades. Children - they are all so different, so interesting and sensitive. I want to get to know everyone, find myself in their world, find out how they live. This is incredibly interesting! And together we can find answers to all their questions, and you think that they will succeed in everything in life, and your participation will be in this. Sometimes it can be very difficult, but the hope that you will be remembered, loved and appreciated by your children, precisely those for whom you opened the way to an interesting, great life, gives strength.

In my work, love and kindness come to the fore, I try to help students see the beautiful, interesting, caress them, sympathize, talk heart to heart, because the greatest value on earth is children, in whose name we live. After all, if we plant a tree, build a house, but do not raise a son, then what is the point in all this “construction and planting?!”

It is generally accepted that the mission of a teacher is “to sow the reasonable, the good, the eternal.” But what and how will grow from what is sifted? Nobody knows the answer to this question. But it is very important to grow what you sow. Knowledge, life experience, love for children, faith in them - these are the tools of a sower, not even a sower, but a gardener. In every little man certain abilities are inherent. The teacher’s task is to discover and develop them, introduce the child to the world around him, satisfying his cognitive interest, expressed in countless questions “Why?”, “Where from?”, “What is it?”, “Why?” etc.

In my teaching practice I devote Special attention classes visual activities, which has a great influence on the development of perception, imaginative thinking and fine motor skills child. Main activity visual arts is a design activity. My motto in my work is the words of V.A. Sukhomlinsky “...How childhood passed, who led the child by the hand during his childhood years, what entered the mind and heart from the world around him - this decisively determines what kind of person today’s child will become.”

My principles in work are to provide children with more independence and the right to choose, the ability to take the position of a child, to see personality and individuality in him, to help children be socially significant and successful, to teach them to understand that everything new is interesting.

It's been six years since I started working with children. More than once the thought arose: “Have I found my place in life?” Today I can say with confidence that my purpose is to be close to preschoolers, to give them a piece of my heart and soul. And it is a great happiness to lay the foundation for the future generation! I am in my place, it is mine, and I will not give it up to anyone!

I will distribute happiness drop by drop,

I will give you the warmth of my soul,

Let bad weather pass them by,

And the kids grow up.

I know it's my job

Like a charge for a new day,

Caregivers breed

He doesn’t know the words – anger and laziness!

And imagine, I'm younger

I become from year to year,

Immortality seems to me

Every little one gives!
