These are the roots that connect him with his home and immediate environment. The feeling of the Motherland is also connected with admiration for what the baby sees in front of him, what he is amazed at and what evokes a response in his soul... And although many impressions are not yet deeply realized by him, but, “passed through the child’s heart,” they play a huge role in the formation patriot personality. It should be emphasized that the moral and patriotic education of preschool children is most fully realized with an integrated approach to solving this problem, i.e. includes solving problems not only directly moral, but also mental, labor, aesthetic and physical education. Thus, the selection of material and systematization of children’s knowledge should be carried out taking into account the level of mental abilities of preschoolers, the development of their thinking, ability to generalize, analyze, etc.

This work includes a whole range of tasks:

Fostering a child’s love and affection for family, home, kindergarten, street, city;

Formation of a caring attitude towards native nature and all living things;

Fostering respect for people's work;

Developing interest in the traditions of your people;

Expanding ideas about Russia, its capital, getting to know the symbols of the state;
