Forms of training organization

Peculiarities

Individual

Allows you to individualize learning (content, methods, means), but requires a lot of nervous effort from the child; creates emotional discomfort; uneconomical training; limiting cooperation with other children.

Group

(individual-collective)

The group is divided into subgroups.

Reasons for recruitment: personal sympathy, common interests, but not according to levels of development. At the same time, it is first of all important for the teacher to ensure the interaction of children in the learning process.

Frontal

While working in a kindergarten, a teacher in his professional activities must be guided by certain documents regulating his work. In addition, he must develop a number of documents for interaction with students. This article will talk about these types of documentation in more detail.

Any preschool institution hires only a qualified and conscientious specialist. A teacher in any kindergarten works on the basis of an employment contract concluded between him and the organization.

Kindergarten requires professional Teacher Education. In this case, secondary as well as higher specialized education is allowed. At the same time, the highest qualification category can be assigned to a person only as a result of certification of his activities.

While working in a kindergarten, a specialist must be guided by certain regulatory and legal documentation that regulates his activities. In addition, his work is regulated by local acts of internal regulations adopted in each specific institution included in the system preschool education.

Regulatory documentation that regulates the activities of a teacher in a kindergarten includes:

  • Constitution of the country;
  • UN Convention on the Rights of Children;
  • norms of the adopted law “On Education”;
  • all federal laws that guarantee the rights of the child in the country;
  • all regional or federal programs aimed at improving preschool education;
  • a list of sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the maintenance, creation and organization of the kindergarten’s operating regime;
  • standard provisions. Each kindergarten develops its own regulations, determined by its type;
  • local types of acts: charters, basic internal regulations, concluded collective or labor agreement, as well as established job descriptions.

In addition, the teacher must know what is discussed in the following documents:

  1. instructions for protecting the health and life of pupils;
  2. norms and rules of protection labor activity, fire protection, safety basics;
  3. various educational programs;
  4. proprietary educational technologies;
  5. standards of professional ethics;
  6. work culture.

The kindergarten gives preference to specialists who have basic knowledge in the following areas: age-related psychology, preschool pedagogy, hygiene and physiology of children. A huge advantage will be having knowledge of basic methods of personal, physical and intellectual development children. You also need to know the basics medical care before the doctor arrives.

Mandatory set of documents for work

The set of documents that a kindergarten teacher must have for his professional activities is determined by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. This list was developed to determine a strict procedure for the preparation and maintenance of documentation in all types of preschool organizations.

To work in a kindergarten, a specialist must develop and execute the following documents:

All working documentation can be systematized accordingly. Systematization should be carried out according to the following plan:

  1. documents for analysis, planning;
  2. information- regulations;
  3. developments necessary for conducting educational activities.

Information and regulatory documentation includes:

  • all job descriptions;
  • all service instructions;
  • all seasonal safety instructions adopted for a particular site;
  • instructions for organizing physical education classes in accordance with safety precautions.

In addition, the specialist must have documents regarding the group of children entrusted to him:

  1. general information;
  2. information about parents and their children;
  3. group list. Here you should indicate the data on the child’s admission to the preschool educational institution, as well as his date of birth;
  4. network of classes. This includes information regarding all types of classes in specialized clubs and studios;
  5. a mode designed for warm and cold, gentle and adaptation, as well as holiday seasons;
  6. children's adaptation sheet. This document is created for children who have just entered the institution.

The methodological implementation of the educational process requires the teacher to have the following documentation:

As you can see, kindergarten staff devote the lion’s share of their time to planning methodological and pedagogical interaction with preschool children. This is necessary in order to adjust educational activities and achieve a positive result.

The plan is a mandatory part, since only in this way can children achieve the assigned tasks determined by their age group. If the planned activities are strictly followed, the specialist can short time achieve proper physical and mental development in children.

Solid knowledge of the program and strict adherence to its requirements will allow specialists to carry out their professional activity in accordance with the current legislation adopted in the country.

Remember, knowledge of the program is the main, but not the fundamental condition for good work of a preschool employee. Here the leading role is played by the teacher’s attitude towards children and his responsibilities. The specialist must get along well with his wards, know each child well and study his development over time.

Only with the comprehensive application of regulated documentation, developed work plans and a conscientious attitude towards their direct responsibilities, a teacher can achieve excellent result in terms of the growth of their charges in all main areas of development: logical, physical and intellectual.

The kindergarten teacher is a key figure. The entire microclimate of the group and the condition of each child individually depend on his literacy, competence, and most importantly, love and faith in children. But the work of a teacher does not consist only of communicating and raising children.

Like any other position, it requires certain documents, plans, notes. Due to the fact that they are now found in educational institutions state standards, then documentation preschool teacher in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard, it is a necessary part of the work.

Without properly executed plans, diagrams, and filled-in information, it is impossible to carry out educational and health work in kindergarten.

Let's consider the basic documents that the preschool teacher adheres to and maintains.

Plan for the academic year

Before each school year, the teacher, together with the senior, draw up a plan for training and activities carried out in the group. It is based on the goals and objectives assigned to this

To implement the set plan, effective and efficient methods for teaching children are selected. Must be taken into account individual sessions with each baby, depending on its specific characteristics. And also a must-have item is kids.

Before drawing up a plan for the next year, the teacher analyzes the past year. Identifies all successes and shortcomings, and, taking this into account, plans work for the next year.

Plan for the current month

The plan drawn up for the year is forward-looking. Depending on the specific situation, it may be slightly modified. And it’s difficult to take everything into account a whole year in advance.

For more specific tasks, a monthly plan is drawn up. As a rule, he schedules it literally by day, and the day is divided into two parts.

When working with children, in the first half of the day they plan to conduct physical exercise, group and, if necessary, individual lessons.

Be sure to spend this time doing didactic games, reading books and observing nature. During breakfast and lunch they plan to reinforce cultural skills.

Be sure to plan walks and activities during them.

The second half of the day includes consolidation of skills, role-playing games, individual conversations with children. In the evening, if necessary, work is carried out with the parents of the students.

Children's attendance sheet

Every day they must write down which of the children came to the group. For this purpose, the children's attendance sheet is used. Firstly, this is necessary to provide children with meals and, accordingly, to calculate parental fees.

Secondly, it is easier for the teacher to focus on conducting classes and distributing material. In addition, the nurse monitors the children’s morbidity level (by period) using a report card, and also outlines her work aimed at improving health.

Health sheet

Inextricably taking into account attendance, a health sheet in kindergarten is also maintained. After all, as a rule, children do not attend preschool educational institutions due to illness. The nurse and teacher must work closely with each other. Without this relationship, competent health work is impossible.

All children are different, so an individual approach is needed. For example, depending on the height of the children, a table and chair are selected so that their posture does not deteriorate. For this purpose, children are measured and weighed twice a year. Accordingly, children can change their furniture set twice a year.

In addition, there are so-called health groups. Preventive examinations are carried out:

  • in early age groups (nurseries) - 4 times a year;
  • in kindergarten groups - 2 times a year.

Identified diseases are necessarily recorded in the child’s cards and recommendations are written for working with each of them.

At the same time, the disease itself can be hidden by parents from the teacher, since this is a medical secret. But the teacher only needs recommendations, and it is based on them that the work is based.

Individual information about parents and pupils

Documentation of a preschool teacher in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard necessarily involves identifying information not only about children, but also about parents.

The teacher should, in a tactful conversation, find out information from the parents and reflect it in the journal. Moreover, the obtained data cannot be widely disclosed, because this can harm the child.

The information received helps the teacher neutralize the child’s poor living conditions, if any. And you can understand the child better if you know more about his living conditions and the status of his parents.

The Federal State Educational Standard of Preschool Education provides for the identification of the following data:

  • Last name, first name and patronymic of the child.
  • Year and birthday.
  • Actual place of residence.
  • Cell phones (home, work).
  • Last names, first names and patronymics of parents or legal representatives, as well as grandparents.
  • Mom and Dad's places of work.
  • Family status.

Educational work grid

The documentation of a preschool teacher in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard requires the mandatory maintenance of an educational work plan. In his work, the teacher uses the SanPiN indications, which regulate not to exceed the time of all classes. IN junior groups classes should take no more than 30 minutes, in middle classes - 40 minutes, in senior classes - 45 minutes, in preparatory classes - 1.5 hours.

Mandatory breaks between classes, the duration of which is at least 10 minutes. During the lesson, breaks are also taken to conduct physical education.

Diagnostic work

Each teacher constantly studies his students while working. Such work must be carried out on an ongoing basis and systematically.

For this purpose, the documentation of the kindergarten teacher includes cards for recording the acquired knowledge, skills and abilities of each child. At the end of each year, a table is compiled, according to which the child’s assimilation of the program, his shortcomings and successes can be seen.

The teacher needs summary tables to draw up plans for next year, and preliminary data - for making plans for the month.

Diagnostic work is carried out twice a year. At the beginning of the school year and at the end. This technique helps the teacher to timely outline necessary work and adjust plans for the new academic year.

Interaction with families

The documentation of a preschool teacher in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard assumes the availability of all data about the children’s parents. The teacher must constantly communicate with the adults who come for the child.

Parents are introduced to the tasks and goals of the program conducted in the kindergarten, told about the lives of their children, and asked about the behavior of their children at home.

In addition to conversations, the Federal State Educational Standards of preschool educational institutions require mandatory meetings, involving parents in the life of the group, advising mothers and fathers on issues of upbringing and education, as well as holding leisure evenings and meetings.

Self-education

Any profession requires self-improvement, and even more so work related to children. Therefore, the teacher must constantly improve his skills.

It is advisable to keep a notebook where you write down the books you read and the thoughts you liked or caused confusion. They are then brought up for discussion with other educators.

Controversial issues or difficulties in work are brought up for general discussion and a plan is drawn up to overcome the difficulties.
