Exercises to develop creative thinking. Types of interesting creative works and tasks in lessons and as homework Tasks for children to develop creative thinking

Developmental tasks for junior schoolchildren in classes at a creative association artistic orientation

Teacher's work experience additional education. Methodological material

Sokolova Svetlana Sergeevna, teacher of additional education, MBU DO Center for Children's Creativity in the village of Syava, Nizhny Novgorod region.

The cycle of developmental activities for primary schoolchildren is a set of specially designed games and exercises aimed at developing memory, attention, perception, speech, thinking, creative imagination, and activity.
You can work with the proposed tasks in extended day groups; the teacher can use individual exercises as additional material for art lessons.
This material can be recommended to parents who pay attention to the development of children.

Target: creating conditions for development creativity children.
Tasks:
- acquaintance with the role, organization and content of developmental tasks in classes in a children's creative association.
- development of the creative potential of each child.
- creating a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere in class.

The place and role of developmental tasks in the classes of the artistic association “Palette”

The world surrounding a child becomes more diverse and complex from year to year and requires from him not stereotyped, habitual actions, but mobility of thinking, quickness of orientation, and a creative approach to solving large and small problems. Therefore, one of the defining tasks of education becomes the task of forming and developing the creative abilities of children.
Abilities are understood as individual psychological characteristics of a person, which are expressed not only in the knowledge, skills and abilities a person has, but also manifest themselves in the speed, depth and strength of mastering methods and techniques of activity. According to psychologists' research, creative process proceeds in the same way both in a scientist making discoveries in science and in a child engaged, for example, in building a mosaic new figure. Children's creative work occurs at the level of subjective novelty - “discovery for oneself.” “Discoveries for oneself” made by a child are the basis for future creative activity person. The basis of any creative activity is a well-developed intellect. It is important to ensure such an organization of educational work in which cognitive skills would develop most productively. mental processes: perception, attention, thinking, speech, imagination, the creative abilities of children, the individuality of each child would be revealed, which ultimately develops the child’s intelligence.
In the period from 7 to 10 years, the child’s creative abilities actively develop: imagination, creative thinking, curiosity; the ability to observe and analyze phenomena, make comparisons, generalize facts, and draw conclusions is formed. The child becomes more active, independent, and begins to show interest in various phenomena of the surrounding world.
In younger children school age there is a surge in creative activity, a thirst for knowledge and research activities. The more diverse the content of a child’s activity, the greater the number of social roles he receives for social experience, the more versatile he develops.
Therefore, it is pedagogically very important not to miss this time and make the most of it to identify and develop the abilities of each child.
Abilities develop only through activity. Of course, in an artistic circle it is not possible to cover all aspects of a child’s development to the same extent or to take into account all the interests and potential abilities of each child. However, it is possible to create conditions for the development of children’s creative abilities in circle classes and one of effective means This includes developmental tasks that include games, because at primary school age, play still occupies one of the most important places in the consciousness and activity of children and is the most mastered activity by them.

Organization of developmental tasks in the classroom

Developmental tasks are carried out from 5 to 10 minutes during the circle classes. The duration of tasks is determined by the level of development and preparedness of each child and the group as a whole.
Taking into account the interests of the children, relying on their capabilities and skills, the teacher determines the tasks of a specific task and chooses the most appropriate methods and techniques of work. There are options to make the tasks more difficult or easier. At the same time, the teacher must clearly define the knowledge, skills and abilities that need to be developed, based on what is already available.
The tasks given in this work are simple, short and clear. The teacher only guides and stimulates the development of the child’s abilities in the right direction.
The developmental possibilities of the proposed tasks are not always equivalent, the result is not always visible immediately, however, most of the tasks are aimed at developing qualities such as curiosity and the ability to express one’s thoughts, i.e. those qualities that a child needs in later life.
Very often, when children and adults communicate, it is the adults who do the talking, but it is extremely important to be able to listen to the child and invite him to talk. Games - tasks contribute to expansion vocabulary and activation of the child’s speech activity.
Many tasks and exercises contribute to the development logical thinking child. The child learns to define, compare, recognize the purpose, and establish a causal relationship between phenomena.
The readiness to understand the world around us, the ability to reason gradually develops: motor skills and coordination of movements develop. Children begin to better navigate their surroundings, concentrate better, and their behavior becomes more independent and independent.
A child’s ability to perceive the world will develop if he is taught to notice details environment. This ability is very important for the mental development of a child - after all, an inquisitive child can be easily captivated if he has learned to carefully observe and evaluate the phenomena occurring in life.
Many tasks involve using visual arts, since visual arts have a strong impact on the development of a child's mind. Children's drawings, like nothing else, reflect the child's worldview.
The children get acquainted with games that captivate them more and more; children begin to come up with their own versions, adding new details to them.
The teacher needs to improve gaming technology, which helps maintain interest in the game and in performing various tasks.
It is also necessary to remember about ways to stimulate children: evaluate the result of a completed task; praise for originality, non-standard solution to the problem, highlighting creative moments.
The game forms the basis of developmental tasks, the priority tasks of which are:
- identifying the personal and creative characteristics of each child.
- development of attention, perception, speech, memory, thinking, imagination.
- development of the emotional-volitional sphere.
- formation and development of such personality qualities as: independence, initiative, creative activity.
- development of communication skills.
- expanding the child’s horizons, shaping his interests and needs.

The essence and features of developmental tasks in creative association classes

It is no coincidence that developmental tasks are called so, since with all their diversity they proceed from the general concept of the classes and have characteristic features.
1. Tasks are given to the child in various forms: written or oral instructions, flat drawing - and thus introduce children to different ways of transmitting information.
2. The tasks are arranged in order of increasing complexity, according to the principle “from simple to complex.”
3. The tasks have a wide range of difficulties: from easy to difficult. Therefore, they can arouse and maintain interest for a long time.
4. Most tasks are oriented towards independent completion, which develops the child’s activity and responsibility.
5. The algorithm for completing tasks has sufficient variability, which provides the child with the opportunity to choose independent decision, to find a non-standard approach to the task.
6. Developmental tasks also vary depending on individual characteristics every child. It is necessary to focus on the child’s “zone of proximal development”, to offer tasks of such a degree of complexity that would challenge the child within his or her capabilities. mental stress and contributed to its further development.
7. The results of the child’s activities are expressed in a specific, visible, tangible form: in the form of a drawing, a pattern, a solved problem.

Block 3 “Let’s play together”

Block objectives: development of attention, strong-willed personality traits, communication skills, and creativity.
The block includes a list of tasks that are specified taking into account the topics of the lessons.
“Colored Centipedes” - a game to reinforce knowledge about color
"Colors" - a game for uniting children's teams
“Three cheerful colors” - a game for developing attention
“Drawing a Cat” - a game to strengthen drawing skills
“What is THIS like” - a game to develop imagination and fantasy
"Merry Men" - a game for coordination of movements
“Draw a picture with chopsticks” - a game on the ability to highlight the shape of an object

Game "Colored centipedes"
A group of children is divided into two teams. Each team selects an Artist, Water, Brush, Paints: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Blue, Purple - “Every Hunter Wants to Know Where the Pheasant Sits”
The task of the participants in the game: to the text of the presenter, line up in order, while standing at the back of each other’s heads, bend over, give one hand to the player standing behind (the hand goes between the legs), the second to the player standing in front, who also extends his hand between the legs. The first and last players each have one hand free. Thus, without opening their hands, the teams must reach the pins (cubes) under the leader’s text, then return to the starting place, walking the path again by bending over. Whose team arrives before the other is the winner.
Presenter's text (reads slowly so that children have time to line up):
“Waking up early in the morning, the Artist decided to draw a picture, poured Water..., prepared a Brush..., laid out paints in front of him: Red..., Orange..., Yellow..., Green..., Blue..., Blue..., Violet. The artist began to work (at this time the children run to the pins, run around them or line up cubes). I drew a picture (children moving to the starting point). Ugh - f. Nice picture!

Game "Paints"
The game is interpreted as a "Zoo" game.
To play the game, the leader puts the guys in a circle. They should take each other's arms and form a tight ring.
Game conditions: the entertainer names in each child's ear some color of paint: red, yellow, pale blue, and so on, or some kind of paint: gouache, watercolor, oil, etc. Then he begins to say it out loud, the player who hears his word must suddenly, with all his weight, hang on the hands of his neighbors and break out of the circle. The rest need to be very attentive and try not to let anyone out of the circle. So lose several times. The whole thing is that for the last time the presenter tells only two participants the names of paints or colors, for example: one - purple, another - black, and the rest - red! But they don't know about it!

Game "What does it look like?"
Didactic task: development of children's imagination and fantasy through the depiction of various objects using geometric shapes.
Game material: cards with schematic images of various objects.
Progress of the game.
The teacher shows the children several cards one at a time and asks them to come up with what toys or objects the images on the cards resemble. When asking children, the teacher pays attention to ensuring that the answers are not repeated; original responses should be especially distinguished. At the end of the survey, the teacher invites the children to independently draw various objects from geometric shapes, consisting of:
- circles;
- triangles;
- squares;
- triangles and squares;
- triangles, squares and circles.
Combinations of geometric shapes can be different.
Children can play, completing tasks individually or as part of a microgroup.

Game "Merry Men"
Didactic task: development of imagination, coordination of movements, ability to correlate human poses with their schematic representation.
Game material: cards with a picture of a person in various poses.
Progress of the game.
The teacher explains the rules according to which all children must move around the room, and on the command: “One, two, three - freeze!” - stop. While saying these words, the teacher shows the children one of the cards depicting a diagram of a person in a certain pose (for example: legs together, right hand down, left hand to the side), children should freeze in the same position. The game is repeated several times, but each time with a new card. Instead of a countdown, you can use a musical signal (playing a soundtrack on a tape recorder).

Game "Three cheerful colors"
The players follow the leader and read the poem and perform the appropriate movements. Repeat several times, speeding up the pace each time.
Three cheerful colors (show three fingers with one hand, smiling)
Walked around the yard (step in place)
Three cheerful colors (show three fingers)
Started a game:
Made with heads -
Nick - nick - nick, (Turn your head to the sides three times)
With dexterous fingers
Chick-chick-chick! (Snap your fingers three times)
Made with palms -
Clap - clap - clap, (clap your hands three times)
They stomped their feet -
Top - top - top! (Stamp your feet three times)
After the last time you can end like this:
Suddenly drops started dripping (claps)
Rain is coming (applause turning into applause)

Game "Draw a cat"
A player is selected, blindfolded, and draws with chalk on the blackboard under dictation.
Draw a big circle
It's small at the top.
On the top of the head there are two ears -
This will be the head!
Let's draw for beauty
Give him a fuller mustache.
Here the fluffy tail is ready...
(The headscarf is removed and participants see their photograph or their reflection in the mirror)
You are the most beautiful of all cats!!!

Game “Draw a picture with chopsticks”

Didactic task: development of the ability to abstract from minor details, highlighting the main shape of an object through their schematic representation.
Game material: Pictures depicting various objects, a set of counting sticks (several sets), cards with a verbal description of the objects.
Progress of the game.
The teacher hands out sets of counting sticks to the children and shows several pictures. Then he asks if the children can use sticks to place the objects they see in the pictures on the table. Having received an affirmative answer, the teacher suggests laying out simple shapes with chopsticks, and then more complex ones. Students individually “draw” with sticks different groups subjects corresponding to thematic cycles of classes. For example, different plants: bush, tree, flower, or house, pyramid, ship.
The teacher can invite children to complete objects by listening to their verbal description, or they can come up with some composition from various objects themselves.

Effectiveness of developmental tasks

The results, both personal and collective (group), are summarized at the end of each task, because the main part of the tasks has a logical completeness and the ability to be completed in a limited period of time. The main thing is the child’s desire to get involved in the task and achieve a certain result.
The results of the work carried out can be judged by:
- “products” of creative activity (drawings, crafts, solving crossword puzzles, problems, puzzles, etc.);
- speed and quality of their implementation;
- participation of children in creative competitions and games, educational events creative association and Children's Creativity Center;
- level of creative activity and independence.
Game results can be considered:
- expansion of horizons and the child’s acquisition of experience in creative activity, fulfillment of various social roles.
- manifestation of independence, initiative, creative activity.
- at the behavioral level - the manifestation of positive dynamics in communication with adults and peers.

Creative games

There are games that determine the creative capabilities of everyone together or each individual. In such games you need to go out and draw a picture, show a pantomime, make up a story or show a comic performance. It happens that there are not immediately those willing to participate in such games. The guys are embarrassed by each other, afraid to express themselves, to seem funny or ridiculous. Everything depends on you. We need to stir up, convince, lure, and involve the company in the game. Stop those who like to make fun of their friends, otherwise not a single game will work out.

The princess was... terrible!

Who? Who's the entertainer?

Fiction reading

Continuation of funny pranks with a mouth full of lollipops. The volunteer receives as many lollipops as can fit in his mouth. After that, they give him a book and ask him to read it with expression. Poems are best. Holding the lollipops by the sticks, the contestant tries to complete the task. This is very funny. But the sequel is even more fun. What is heard and translated from the “gibberish” language is recorded by another contestant. When the first one finishes, the second one reads out loud what he understood. After this, the original is read for comparison. All participants are rewarded with applause.

I am a Hollywood star!

There is a legend that the great orator of antiquity, Cicero, had very poor diction as a child. In order to improve it, he put smooth oval stones into his mouth and, overcoming the inconvenience, tried to pronounce the words clearly. So you try to conduct such an activity. Several competitors compete. Everyone pronounces the phrase as purely and emotionally as possible: “I am a Hollywood star!” After this, the exercise becomes more complicated: everyone receives and puts one in their mouth, then two, then three lollipops, repeating this phrase each time.

The competition continues until the contestants, with their mouths full, are able to utter something similar to the given phrase. The prize for the contestants is the lollipops they receive. Important addition. Let the little contestants hold the lollipops by the sticks while they compete, so as not to choke.

"Mysterious" prize

Give the guys sitting at the table a voluminous package and tell them that there is a prize inside. But only those who complete the task hidden under the wrapper can get it. The person who wishes removes the wrapper and discovers a riddle written on a piece of paper and glued to the edges of the next wrapper. If the contestant knows the answer, he says it out loud. If the answer is correct, he can remove the next wrapper, but... under it is not a prize, but the next riddle. The guesser moves forward as long as his answers are correct. But if he does not know the correct answer, then he reads the riddle out loud. The one who gives the correct answer continues the game. The more layers of wrapper there are, the more interesting it will be. There must be at least ten of them.

The prize is to go to the studio!

This competition requires preparation. We need to select items that will become prizes for the most insightful.

For the competition you will need four opaque bags. Place or hang them nearby. Each of them has one letter: “P”, “R”, “I”, “Z”. Together they form the word “PRIZE”. Let everyone know there's a win in each of these packages! And its name begins with the letter indicated on the package. In the first round, the letter “P” is played. So the prize starts with “P”. The package may contain a pencil case, a pistol, a locomotive, a cannon, a puzzle, a package, lipstick, a wig, a poster, etc.

Prizes starting with “P”: pen, belt, shell, elastic band, novel (book), shirt, backpack, roll toilet paper. Think about what you can put in the last two bags. You can win prizes throughout the holiday. Oral answers or notes are accepted. In this case, it is better to summarize at the end of the evening.

Monkey

A game in which you can't do without imagination. Everyone who wants to have fun is divided into two teams. The players of the first team confer and think of a word for one of the players of the second team. Having learned the word, the player tries to show its meaning with gestures so that the members of his team name the mystery. No words or sounds can be made.

As soon as the word is guessed, the teams will switch places. The younger the participants in the game, the easier and more accurately it is necessary to guess the word. Adult players can guess the name of a movie or book.

What's your name, beauty?

If girls come to visit, they will be happy to take part in the drawing of such a prize. You need to prepare a beautiful doll.

At the beginning of the holiday, announce that the one who guesses the name of the doll, which is in a prominent place, will receive a prize. The doll's name is written on a piece of paper and placed in a sealed envelope that she holds in her hands. There is a small box or box nearby, and anyone can put a piece of paper in it with their answer and their last name. If there are several identical answers, then all those who answered correctly will receive prizes, or an additional competition will be held. If the correct answer is not received, the presenter gives a hint: “This is the name of a popular TV presenter” or “This name appears in the film …”.

Through five points

Through five points Fold identical sheets of paper into a stack and pierce them through with a needle in five places. Each participant in the game receives a piece of paper and marks the punctures on it with dots. Then he makes a drawing - any one, but so that the line of the drawing passes, without interruption, through five points. This is a competition not only in the ability to draw, but also in intelligence and wealth of imagination.

Competition "Ball Gown"

Call two couples and offer to make a “ball gown” using only newspaper, tape, paper clips and scissors. The winners are determined by other guests. Here it is also necessary to conduct a “defile” and commentary from the “fashion designer”. It will take 10-15 minutes to make the dress. To keep others from getting bored, hold an art competition at this time.

What a zoo!

A competition of artists... blindfolded will give you many fun minutes. Invite the children to draw all sorts of animals with a felt-tip pen on sheets of whatman paper. Each contestant is blindfolded and secretly told the name of the animal that he must portray. The competition lasts 1–3 minutes. In order for the “zoo” to be representative, there must be at least 5 people participating in the competition. How much joy the children will have when they see their “art”! “Zoo” can be left as a souvenir to the winner of the competition.

Chicken Ryaba

This creative competition is usually very emotional and spectacular. To carry it out, prepare small props: a scarf for Baba, a hat or three-coat for Grandfather, a funny beret with a comb and a bright scarf on the shoulders for the Ryaba Hen, a “golden” egg, a plastic container for two dozen eggs.

Invite the children to act out the fairy tale “Ryaba Hen”. Start with the distribution of roles. If there are many volunteers for each role, then a competitive selection takes place. All adults - parents, older brothers and sisters - are members of the selection committee. A performer is appointed only after three rounds.

First round: candidates show how Grandfather walks to music. Second round: what Grandfather does, what work he does. Third round: how he talks to Baba - praises her or scolds her. After each round there are fewer and fewer applicants. Who is worthy of getting the role is decided by the “selection committee” (by clapping their hands loudly or not very loudly). The performer (or performer, which is quite possible and even funny) of the role of Baba is also selected. But for the Ryaba Hen, there are special requirements: in the first round, applicants for the role must show how the hen cackles, in the second - how she looks for a worm or grain, in the third - how she will call Grandfather and Grandmother when she lays an egg.

After all the roles have been assigned, invite the performers to change clothes. You can limit yourself to a small set of props, but it’s better to show your imagination and give Grandfather a bright Russian shirt, boots, a beard on a string, etc. Grandmother’s old sweaters, boots like “Farewell to Youth!”, and an old woolen scarf are suitable for Baba. Try to cope with the role of a leader.

The presenter begins: “Once upon a time there was a Grandfather and a Baba.” Grandfather and Baba, at the prompting of the presenter, further imitate the “labor process”. Grandfather, for example, chops wood, and Baba does laundry. “And they had Chicken Ryaba,” continues the presenter. Ryaba the hen, standing in the center, cackles and flaps her “wings.” The presenter watches for a while, and then says, just like a director: “Stop! No good! They worked in this rhythm a hundred years ago. Now life has changed, speeds have increased, we need to work faster. Come on, let’s try new rhythms!” To the tune of a cheerful dance tune, the “artists” begin to work at an accelerated pace. It looks extremely funny, and the presenter praises: “Well, well done!” But then he interrupts: “They lived, and then what happened?” The audience prompts: “The chicken laid an egg!” The presenter moves a chair with a plastic container for eggs in a fabric bag, which looks like a pillow from the outside. Presenter: “The Ryaba Hen laid an egg, as the fairy tale says. It needs to be demolished." The chicken sits on a chair, flaps its wings and cackles. The presenter asks her to stand up and quietly removes the “golden” egg from the container. He picks it up and announces to the applause of the audience: “The Ryaba Hen laid an egg. Not simple, but golden! What's next? Grandfather beat and beat...” Grandfather pretends to beat. The presenter asks the audience to help - to say in unison: “Boom-boom!” Presenter: “Grandfather didn’t break it. What about Baba? She beat me too!” Baba takes the egg and hits it with her fist. The audience helps: “Boom-boom!” Presenter: “And Baba didn’t break it!” Grandfather tries to take Baba’s golden egg, but she won’t give it up. Presenter: “They beat and beat, the mouse ran, waved its tail, the egg fell and broke. (Hides the “golden” egg.) Grandfather is crying, Baba is crying. Let's help our artists!" The audience "cries" loudly.

Presenter: “What a sad fairy tale we have. Who helped Grandfather and Baba, who rescued them? That's right, Ryaba Hen! What she said?" Chicken Ryaba: “Don’t cry, Grandfather, don’t cry, Baba! I will lay another egg, not a golden one, but a simple one!” Presenter: “Since you promised, go ahead! Let’s all help Ryaba together!” Spectators: “Ko-ko-ko!” Presenter: “Let's see how the chicken fulfilled its promise! Wow! (He takes out the entire container for eggs to the laughter of the audience.) Grandfather and Baba, thank Ryaba the Hen! And they began to live and live and make good things! That’s the end of the fairy tale, and whoever listened (all together) - well done!” The children bow and take off their costumes.

Taking pictures of friends

Continuation of the game “Rocktail Hen”. Now we will memorize multi-figure compositions. The contestant turns away, and the guys compose a composition, as if for a friendly photo. “Photography” freezes and the contestant turns around. He has the right to look at this picture for five seconds.

This is the “shutter speed” of our “camera”. After that, he turns away again, and the guys change something in the “photo”: someone turns the other side, someone clenches his hand into a fist, etc. The driver can turn around. Now his task is to restore the previous “photo”.

The one who identifies the most distortions wins. To ensure that everyone is on an equal footing, agree that players can only make ten changes to the “photo”. To practice, hold a competition like this. Everyone is looking attentively at one person. He leaves the room and changes something in his clothes: unbuttons one button, rolls up his sleeve, etc. When he returns, the guys tell him what has changed.

Ask your neighbor!

A joke game that makes you laugh will successfully fill the pause between active, dynamic games. All players sit in a circle. The presenter invites one of the guys to ask the neighbor on the right: “Where is Marya Ivanovna?” And the neighbor on the right answers: “I don’t know, I’ll ask the neighbor.” After that, he asks the same question to his neighbor on the right.

The whole point of the game is how to ask the question. And you need to speak by sucking in and biting your lips, without showing your teeth.

Another important condition games: all those asking and answering must be very serious and polite. The one who laughs is out of the game. Therefore, the task of the players is to “split” their neighbor.

Charade performance

A creative team game in which children will demonstrate their acting skills by performing short skits.

Invite the guys to split into two teams. Each one comes up with a word that consists of several significant parts. Teams think of words in turns. Players come up with a word and how to “play” it. Opponents must guess the word encrypted in a skit or pantomime. There should be as many skits as there are “small words” in the hidden word, plus one in which the whole word will be heard. If a word contains one letter between syllables or at the end of a word, then it can be depicted by performers alone or together or in threes.

The letter “F” will be depicted by one participant, “M” by two, and “Y” by three. The more invention and surprise, the more fun the performance. If you have to play with younger kids, you can't do without tips. Give the children ready-made assignments. Write the appropriate words on the sheets of paper. And then let them improvise themselves.

Let's say the team came up with the word baritone. It is necessary to show: bar-and-tone. The first scene will talk about the bar, the second scene will be dedicated to the union and, and the third will play on the word tone. In the fourth miniature, the word baritone should be heard in its entirety. The task of the opposing team is to guess what word the guys were showing, to find and select the main thing from the stream of speech. For example: radio broadcast; barometer; caramel; sausage; bot-monk; collection; badger; pestle; ghost; report; circuit; laughter.

Usually the charade is made in poetic form.

My first syllable is a sea animal, It is sometimes hunted. And the interjection is the second. Everything is the state. But which one? (Kit-ai) The preposition is at the beginning of me, At the end is a country house. But we decide everything, both at the board and at the table. (Za-dacha) The first syllable is forest, the second is a poem. But the whole grows, although it is not a plant. (Beard)

Try to take the suggested words and come up with a rhyming charade: mouse-yak, par-us, po-da-rock, kit-fir, bale-rice, picture, kon-ura, o-len, ha-mak, o-sechka , seven-ya, pa-u-tina, compass, fa-sad, air-breathing, hunger-satchel, meter-dot-hotel, thing-Turk, obsessive-pressure, square-nose-loving , container-corvée, concentration-radio.

If rhyming is beyond your ability, ask the children to replace the words in brackets so that the “equality” is correct: (Group of singers) + (insect) = Russian folk game with singing and dancing - (choir-gadfly). (Imprint) + (practically acquired knowledge, skills) = hunter tracking an animal - (trace-experience). (Measure of weight equal to 16 kg) + (Christmas tree) = breed of dog (pud–spruce). (Crow’s favorite word) + (main card in the deck) = headdress (card–ace). (That against which there is no technique ) + (nervous twitching) = piece (crowbar). (Note) + (limb) = fish (E–leg). (Punishment) + (shallow place) = type of candy (caramel). (Alcoholic drink) + (precipitation) = fruit (wine–hail). (Note) + (bone growths on the heads of some animals) = path (road). (What oxygen is) + (conifer) = antelope (gas–spruce). (Main song of the country) + (part of the world) = educational institution(anthem – Asia).

Make the game of charades a little easier. Write in advance on pieces of paper the words that make up the parts of the charades: trace, steam, experience, us, pass, port, floor, sack, wasp, round, hay, gas, shaft, spruce, dock, yar, fret, mark, mouse, weight, yak, period.

Place the sheets of paper with these words on the table in any order. Let everyone take the two words that make up the charade. The winner is the one who collects the most charade words.

Crocodile

A wonderful creative game that both adults and children love to play. At the beginning of the game, the host should be very active in helping the competitors until they get the hang of it. The point is that you cannot say a word or phrase, you can only show it. First, it is stipulated that? players will show: only one word or a whole phrase. They play Crocodile in teams, and each for himself.

The game is lively, using quotes from famous children's songs. You can play against the clock: who will show their line faster (4-6 words). Spectators must be very attentive and, as soon as they guess, immediately pronounce the intended word. The contestant listens carefully to the audience's answers and clearly indicates who guessed correctly. The dialogue begins with the contestant showing on his fingers how many words there are in his phrase. The audience must respond. Then the player shows on his fingers which word from the quote he will show. This is done in order to start the game with an easier word.

  • If the player shows a fist, this means that the root of the word has been guessed.
  • If he waves his hand behind him, imitating a bird's tail, this means that the ending is incorrect.
  • A tap on the fingers of an outstretched hand means an incorrect prefix.
  • An arm extended forward is the future tense, a hand thrown back is the past tense.

If the game is played with the participation of teams, the spectators help the competitor. Then the player and spectators are members of one team and guess the task of the other team.

Who am I?

To play this game you will need clothespins and signs on which the names of any objects or animals are written. Instead of inscriptions, you can use drawings. Invite all the children to stand in one line, and walk behind them and hang a small sign on each of them using a clothespin. None of the guys should know what role he got. After that, ask everyone to only answer “Yes” or “No.” Each person can ask three questions in one exit.

For example: “Am I an object?”, “Am I a living being?”, “Am I a pet?” After this, you can guess who he is, but if the answer is wrong, the player is eliminated. Therefore, it is better to answer only if you are confident in your decision. The game is played in four rounds. Maximum amount questions – twelve. Everyone who guesses correctly receives a small prize.

Guess how many?

Place a transparent jar of nuts or caramels (in wrappers) next to the doll. Make an inscription on the jar: “Guess how much?” Everyone should put their answers written on a piece of paper in the same box where they put the answers with the expected name of the doll. Fill the jar at least two-thirds full. The more items there are, the less likely there are to be the same answers. The results of both competitions are summed up simultaneously, at the end of the holiday. For correctly guessing the number of nuts or candies, the winner can receive the entire jar. This condition of the competition can be announced at the beginning of the holiday or written on the can. What if no one guesses the exact number? Then the winner can be called the one who indicated the number closest to the correct one.

More fun with pantomime

Elephant bathing Four people participate in it. The three walk out the door. The remaining one acts out a pantomime that he will now wash the elephant. One person returns, he carefully watches all the movements of the “washer” and then must repeat them to the second, and that person to the third player. At the end of the performance, all four take turns explaining their versions of what they did.

Justification for the pose

The competition develops imagination and facial abilities. Invite all participants in the celebration to stand in a circle and then turn to the right. After this, ask the guys to run in a circle.

On the command “Stop!” they must immediately stop and freeze in the position in which the team finds them. Using claps and commands, you need to speed up the movement of the players, and then suddenly shout: “Stop!” Participants stop in a wide variety of positions. Now ask everyone to imagine that they were not running before, but were doing completely different things. Which ones? This is what you need to imagine, based on the position in which they are.

Invite participants to: “Let your body tell you what you were doing. And based on this, continue your action.” The result is interesting facial scenes. The most original ones are rewarded with prizes.

Nightingale-robbers

In this competition, participants need to show their brave prowess and whistle so that no one has any doubts: “Here he is, the nightingale the robber!” When all the contenders for this title have proven themselves and the prize has been awarded, invite the contestants to forget that they are “robbers” and let them become just “nightingales.”

The winner is the one who:

  • will be able to beautifully imitate a bird's whistle;
  • will be able to whistle some famous melody;
  • Whistle the best melody after listening to the soundtrack.

"Cool" story

This is fun in which everyone can participate at once, and everyone becomes co-authors. The day before, write a short story about the upcoming holiday or some event. Replace all adjectives used in the story with ellipses. During the holiday, ask the children to name any adjectives and write them instead of dots in the order in which the children pronounce them. Read the resulting funny collective story. More often than not, the story will be a resounding success.

The princess was... terrible!

In the company of children of any age, this competition is very fun among girls and boys. For the competition, prepare two drawings of the princess’s silhouette on sheets of Whatman paper and markers.

Tell the competition participants: “And now you, young artists, will help me finish drawing beautiful princess. I didn’t have time to draw her face and color her dress.”

The guys are divided into two teams. The captains are blindfolded and given markers. They are led to sheets of whatman paper on which silhouettes of the princess are drawn. The captains draw, and the teams tell them. Cheerful confusion reigns, all you can hear is: “The nose is higher, lower, lips to the left!” and loud laughter. After 2-3 minutes, the presenter invites the “artists” to look at the paintings. The princesses really turn out to be terrible, but very funny.

Who? Who's the entertainer?

This game causes a lot of delight if the guys are attentive and manage to clearly, accurately repeat the movements and confuse the driver. Just make sure that the guys don’t get dizzy - they shouldn’t walk in one direction for a long time.

For the game they choose a driver, and secretly from him - an “entertainer”. The driver stands in the center of the circle. Everyone else stands in a round dance, turns to the right and walks in a circle. The “entertainer” is among them, he raises and lowers his arms, bends them at the elbows, stretches them to the sides unnoticed by the driver when he turns away. It is difficult for the driver to determine who the “entertainer” is if all the children carefully and clearly repeat the movements of the “entertainer.” In order not to give away the one who sets the movement, everyone should look only at the comrade walking in front. The driver has three attempts to find the “entertainer”. If he guesses right, then the “entertainer” becomes the driver.

On New Year holidays It’s difficult for parents to get schoolchildren to study. Children want to take a break from school and spend time in an interesting and unusual way. We offer 12 creative thinking exercises from the book Rice Storm. Try completing the tasks with your child. I wonder which of you will do it faster? Think about each question for at least two minutes and don’t rush to look at the answers that you will find at the end of the article.

Answers

Task No. 1

When you let go of ingrained patterns, you quickly realize that there are many solutions. One of them is to cut the cake in half and place one half on top of the other. After this, you need to successively cut the pieces twice more and pile them on top of each other. Or you can divide the cake into four parts and then cut them horizontally. Or you can cut the cake as shown in the pictures below.

Task No. 2

The animal depicted can be perceived as both a duck and a rabbit. If the nose is on the right, there is a rabbit in front of you; if the nose is on the left, then it is a duck. Depending on what you tune in to, you will see either a rabbit or a duck. It is very difficult to see both animals at the same time.

Task No. 3

The drawing simultaneously shows the face of a man and a rat. Take a closer look: the glasses are the ears, the nose is the muzzle, the ear is the hind legs, and the chin is the tail.

Task No. 4

The first formulation might be: “How can you reach the other rope?” After this, you will most likely spend a lot of energy, but all to no avail, because it is simply impossible to reach the second rope. If we formulate the question differently: “How can I and the ropes connect?” - then this already brings us closer to a solution.

Tie a small object (key, keychain, ring, etc.) to the end of one rope and swing it like a pendulum. And then, holding the second rope with your hand, grab the swinging rope with your free hand.

Task No. 5

This is the letter E. It is difficult to identify due to the stretched and bold. Some people have the ability to see certain symbols in surreal pictures. It seems like it comes out of nowhere, but in fact there is a logic to it too. This construction of images is called hypnagogic. This ability can be trained: try to see something original in familiar images. Interpretation of abstract drawings gives rise to new thoughts and ideas.

Task No. 6

Ask, “How else can you get four?” or: “What is four?” - and the puzzle is solved. Remove the matches from above, to the right and below - here is your answer (you get the Roman numeral 4 - IV).

Task No. 7

To solve this problem, we must abandon the usual way of looking at things. Always sticking to one perspective, you yourself outline the circle within which your thoughts wander. To solve a problem, you need to look at it in a new way.

Turn the book upside down - then everything will be correct.

Task No. 8

There is a hint in the task itself: if you look at the drawing for one or two minutes, the beetle will somehow end up in the box! And the checkered wall will turn into the floor. Sometimes our superficiality, which leads to haste, prevents us from solving a problem. If you sit down and think about a problem for a few minutes, it can solve itself.

Task No. 9

Possible answers: rope, cobwebs, spilled coffee, McDonald's logo. And any answer you have!

    Composer's";

    "Teacher's"

    shake;

    waltz;

    sirtaki;

    handkerchief;

    tablespoon;

    clothespin;

    sewing needle;

    Toothbrush.

According to the laws of this game, you can create a whole sentence. For example, this: “Carlson drew swallows pecking at halva. Or something like “Thumbelina carefully peeled the orange.” Try to make the same chain word sentence about the heroes of A. Tolstoy’s fairy tale “The Golden Key”. It turns out that you can make many interesting things from foil: for example, if you crumple the foil like plasticine, you can make dishes for a doll from it. Let this set include...

    fruit bowl;

    saucer and cup for coffee;

    jam socket;

    juice glass;

    large pie dish.

36. INTONATION

When we talk, we, of course, pay attention to the meaning and content of messages. But the intonation with which we pronounce this or that phrase is no less, if not more important. Any sentence can be pronounced with a huge number of shades, and each time, due to intonation, the sentence will have a new meaning. Try saying a simple phrase: “Well, that’s all!” But it needs to be said...

    joyfully, as if you had finished writing the essay assigned for home;

    bloodthirsty, as if you had exterminated all the flies flying around the apartment;

    sad, as if you watched to the end the last episode of your favorite television series;

    scared, as if you were caught up by a wolf you were trying to escape from;

    tired, as if you had just peeled two buckets of potatoes.

37. UNWRITTEN QUAPARTE
