How to choose the right men's sportswear. The right choice of fitness clothing is an important condition for successful training.

Many people need sportswear, and this is especially true for those who lead an active lifestyle. Even for a jog in the morning you will need not only comfortable sneakers, but also a practical tracksuit. What then can we say about those who periodically go to train at a fitness club? Therefore, you need to go to the website https://forstrong.com.ua/ and see what sportswear is offered in this online store? But you need to know how to choose it correctly.

How good is cotton?

Very often you can find information that sportswear should be made from natural fabrics. Firstly, it is in close proximity to the body. And secondly, most people begin to sweat during active movements. And if the clothes are made of synthetics, they will cause some discomfort. So the opinion arose that there is nothing better for sewing tracksuits and overalls than cotton. But is this really so?

There is nothing bad to say against cotton, but it is not entirely suitable for sewing such outfits. More precisely, sportswear should not be made from fabrics that contain only cotton. If the clothes are made only of cotton, a person feels quite comfortable in them. But this is only until he begins to actively move. When exercising, the body begins to produce sweat, which is immediately absorbed into the fabric. And it, in turn, will not only stick to the body, but will begin to sag due to the increasing weight.

This option is not suitable for either summer or winter. In summer, the body will not cool down, and in winter, a person will immediately begin to freeze in sweaty clothes. But synthetic materials are more preferable for sewing sportswear. And this applies not only to T-shirts, but also to tights and even socks. Their cotton socks are warm and comfortable, but because they immediately absorb sweat, calluses will begin to form very quickly.

How to choose sportswear?

Those people who often go to workouts should first of all think about choosing special sportswear.

They must immediately decide which brand is most preferable. It is very good if Teflon technology is used in the manufacture of such outfits, thanks to which during the cold season the body will be well protected from both cold and wind.

But Anti UV technology can protect against ultraviolet solar radiation. This is especially important for those who play outdoor sports.

When choosing sportswear, you must be guided by certain criteria. They will help you avoid mistakes when shopping for such outfits.

  1. The athlete should feel free during any active movements, the fabric should not rub or squeeze anywhere.
  2. The fabric must quickly remove excess moisture and not absorb it, so clothing should contain a large proportion of synthetic threads.
  3. You need to pay attention to the style so that the clothes are selected according to the athlete’s figure.
  4. You should worry about the variety of outfits, because you have to play sports not only indoors, but also outdoors.

As for the last point, it is very important, since the most basic sport inherent in most active people is jogging in the morning. And this needs to be done both in summer and winter, so sportswear should be distinguished by its variety.

Rule 1

Don't wear casual clothes to class.

I admit, I once showed up in my boyfriend’s T-shirt to my first ballet class. And I honestly hated my reflection in the mirror the entire lesson. Looking at the fit girls in leg warmers and bodysuits, I thought about where I could buy such equipment.

I was already getting ready for the next lesson as if I were going on a date, spending a long time trying on all the T-shirts, tops and sweatshirts in my wardrobe. But bad luck - they were all decidedly unsuitable. Sometimes there’s a bow on the side, sometimes there’s a lot of sequins, sometimes there’s a deep neckline. Finally I found a Matthew Williamson flying ballerina T-shirt and realized that it was... finest hour has arrived. And here I am again at the machine: the super-fashionable T-shirt is treacherously riding up... I have no time for classes.

Rule 2

Choose your things more carefully.

Here's another story. To the fitness club I wore the notorious leggings and a T-shirt, which, as it turned out on the spot, was too short for me. The entire time I was in the hall, I had the feeling that I forgot to put on a skirt. But suddenly a savior paraded past me: a girl in a Catwoman costume. Her black tight jumpsuit attracted close attention even from the staff, and I felt better. So learn from my mistakes. Before leaving the house, make sure that when you jump, run, bend over and do swings, nothing will distract you from the process.

Keep in mind that clothing should be elastic, because during training you will probably do sudden lunges and stretching. Also pay attention to the fabric’s ability to wick away moisture, especially during intense workouts. After consulting with experts, I chose a uniform made from Dri-Fit fabric. It doesn't trap moisture and leaves your body relatively dry (unlike your favorite cotton SpongeBob T-shirt). Choose light clothing and make sure it does not chafe your skin. Seamless technologies for ventilation zones are one of the innovations this season.

Sneakers should not restrict the foot. Make sure that they provide natural movement, allow all muscles to work and create the feeling that you are exercising barefoot. When choosing a form, remember that bright colors give vigor and improve mood.

Rule 3

Clothes for dance and yoga are made by specialized brands, and ideally you should look for equipment from them.

Let me remember the mood again. Where, where, and he definitely won’t be lost in oriental dance classes. Bright tops, skirts with flounces, gold shoes, catchy makeup - this is the outfit for a belly dance fan. If you prefer modern dancing, then choose a more modest outfit: no heels or makeup, but multi-layered clothing, leg warmers and special soft shoes.

A professional choreographer explained to me the purpose of such equipment. A layered outfit is a great way to warm up your muscles, and you can gradually take it off while dancing. This could be a swimsuit, overalls, shorts, trousers, some kind of “warm-up” clothing, such as a seamless jacket, sleeves or leg warmers. The basis of a dancer's wardrobe is a ballet leotard, which is worn down. It is desirable that it contains microfiber for elasticity and softness. Plus, there is a specially designed type of nylon fabric that absorbs moisture - Microlux. The right tights can withstand multiple rehearsals, so forget about tights in class.

Yoga is also not easy. “The best clothing to practice is made from natural fabrics: organic cotton and fibers found in combination with other materials. In such clothes, the body breathes and moves freely,” says Katya Kushner, owner of NYM Yoga centers. On my own behalf, I would like to add that it is better to choose calm ones for the lesson. natural colors, promoting the right mood. Here, brightness is of no use, so clothes with Khokhloma prints are unlikely to be appropriate.

Rule 4

Pay attention to details and accessories.

Believe me, pleasant little things that add comfort during training will make your sports activities more productive and increase your desire to improve.

MARKETING RESEARCH OF DEMAND FOR SPORTSWEAR

Abstract. The article presents the results of a marketing study conducted in December 2018.

The purpose of the survey was to analyze the demand for sportswear from residents of Nizhny

Novgorod. Identified options for sportswear purchased for classes in the gym and on the

street, the frequency and cost of purchases of sportswear per year, fame and preference

Keywords: marketing research, sportswear, consumers, questioning.

Choosing sportswear is quite difficult. It should be comfortable, practical and made of quality material. This choice is especially difficult for girls who need not only a comfortable, but also a beautiful uniform. But sportswear must meet not only these two criteria.

Main requirements for sportswear

Clothing for tourism and hiking

If you are planning a walk around the city, then you can choose shorts (if the weather is warm outside). If you plan to take a long walk in the mountains or forest, then it is better to opt for long sports trousers. In this case, sneakers are required; they should not have very heavy soles to make walking more comfortable. The top should be chosen according to the weather: it can be a T-shirt or a tank top with long sleeves; but take a sports jacket in case of unexpected weather changes. Also take a cap or Panama hat with you to protect yourself from the scorching sun.

For yoga and fitness

During fitness, we perform various physical exercises on different groups muscles, so clothes should first of all be elastic. It should not be too restrictive or limit movement, because when doing stretching exercises, clothes will only get in the way. It is best to choose capris from lightweight material and a T-shirt made of equally light fabric.

For swimming

Girls do not have to buy one-piece swimsuits; now there are separate swimsuits on sale, but they fit well. Such swimsuits do not restrict movement, they are very convenient and comfortable. Be sure to take a swimming cap and goggles.

For active sports

The choice here is very large. These can be comfortable shorts, sweatpants, T-shirts, tracksuits. It all depends on the weather and the type of sport or outdoor game. Choose shoes with non-slip soles.

  • In addition, girls must pin up their hair so that it does not interfere during training.

If you approach the choice of sportswear with all seriousness, then it will not be difficult for you to choose a good uniform for sports. The main thing is to buy clothes made of high-quality material, and, of course, in your size. :)
