Finding such tricky puzzles is half the battle; arousing children’s interest in solving them is a more difficult matter. It’s difficult because the classes are very strictly time regulated; they are not designed to solve non-standard problems. I still manage to do something, but I always want more.

Last academic year parent meeting V preparatory group I suggested an option: at the end of the week, each child will receive an envelope with a task. This problem must be solved within a week and the answer sent to me in an envelope. This is a voluntary matter, if you want to participate, if you don’t want to, it’s your choice.
