Croquet holes are made from large curved cards attached to a cardboard base. In the fairy tale, instead of sticks there were flamingos, so you can attach images of these birds to the sticks. The holes are placed at some distance from each other. Children try to score balls at them.

Hatter: Ho-ho! Talented, athletic, wow what kind of guests did I get? What about fantasy? Here in Wonderland you need to be able to use your head. Therefore, now we will come up with a couple of dozen new animals.

Mysterious animals

Two teams of participants receive paper and pencils. In turn, each of them comes up with, draws and names an animal. It must consist of parts of real-life animals. The second team guesses the name. For example, it could be an elephant cat (elephant + cat), or a kitoguru (whale + kangaroo).

Hatter: It seems that the March hare came running to our noise and laughter and left some instructions for you. Look, this is sugar for tea drinking and it needs to be transferred to these cups.

Sugar race

Children remain on their teams. The task is that you need to transfer cubes of refined sugar with a tablespoon from chairs located two to three meters from the players. The winner will be the team that completes the task faster.

Hatter: So, have you really completed this task? I’m even a little upset, because the time of our communication with you is coming to an end, I need to rush to the Red Queen’s castle. But I want to ask you to do one more thing. I really want to please the White Queen, who at this time is always sad and looks out the window. The theme of the quest coincided with the theme of the entire camp session - “Alice through the Looking Glass”. Surely you remember this work by Lewis Carroll. Through the mirror, Alice finds herself in another world, which is very similar to a chessboard. This is where her exciting adventure begins. Initially, Alice stands on the second square; the third one can be passed by train. On the fourth, she will meet Tru-la-la and Tra-la-la. The fifth cell is flooded with water. On the sixth - Humpty Dumpty. The seventh cell is overgrown with forest.

I started thinking about the quest in advance. Each level corresponded to an encounter with a specific character, so to begin with, I created several levels and inserted images of the Black Queen, Tweedledee and Tweedledee, Humpty Dumpty and others. Thus, clarity appeared, and when I launched the quest on the site, I now immediately understood where which task should be inserted. After that, at each level I added the words of the heroes and the task itself. I wrote in separate columns what will be displayed for correct and incorrect answers.

Before the quest started, I gave the children a regular sheet of A4 paper and scissors. The task was to get through it. Of course, the task was difficult for the guys, because the paper had to be cut in a special way. That is why, after several attempts, I showed them how to do it. Then each child crawled through the resulting paper ring, symbolizing passage through the Looking Glass.

After this, the guys received a phone on which the DrQuest website was already open.

Having gathered and gone outside, the boys and girls began to look for the mirror book, which was taped under the bench.

In the explanations for the level there was a note: “Decipher the letters from the book and put them into one word.” The kids didn't even need a mirror to complete this task. But first they started writing letters from the end of the book, so they had to be told to start from the other side.

In this extraordinary country, instead of bees, elephants flew around Alice; on the train in which Alice found herself, passengers presented tickets the size of themselves.

She hinted that this would be resolved differently. Here the youngest participant pushed everyone to the right idea, showing that there were “holes” in the numbers. Having checked the number of “holes” in the numbers and the number in the second column, the guys typed “2” in the answer, which was the correct answer.

“The egg, however, kept growing and growing - something human gradually began to appear in its appearance. Coming closer, Alice saw that it had eyes, a nose and a mouth, and after taking a few more steps, she realized that it was Humpty Dumpty himself".
