It is impossible to work with something without feeling it through your senses. Energy is a thing, as a rule, intangible, but you need to feel it somehow. The perception of energy is separate system(or several systems) of perception that are present in a person from birth, but which we abandoned due to various reasons in childhood.

When a person understands that this actually exists, when he notices its manifestation, begins to sort the perception of energy into components, then these systems gradually turn on.

Here it is very important to separate glitches and “cartoons” from reality; this requires feedback from other people, changes in sensations in the body, i.e. a real connection close to objectivity, so that the result corresponds to the expected, is reproducible and can be confirmed by other people. If this does not happen, methodical work on developing various kinds of glitches can lead to a mental hospital.

As mentioned, directly perceiving energy as a separate perceptual system does not usually work, so the exercises below focus on perceiving energy primarily through the kinesthetic system of perception or sensation in the body. As practice shows, when tasks are performed correctly, everyone receives tactile sensations. Someone can smell it, taste it, someone can see it, etc. If you perceive it in any other way, that's very good.

You also need to understand that the perception of energy is not tied to the physical senses; it is initially projected onto the familiar systems of perception. Later, with regular practice of working with energy, extrasensory perception appears, and the perception of energy gradually becomes habitual and not tied to the sensations of the physical body. In addition, clairvoyance, empathy and other interesting abilities that are inaccessible to most people may appear.

First, you need to strengthen the tactile sensitivity of the body, fill it with your attention.

Exercise 1. Increased concentration

This exercise is best done before all exercises to improve the quality of sensations.

Having felt the whole body, consciousness, sensations outside the body (if any), collect them in the center of the head, collect consciousness, body sensations, perception at a point in the center of the forehead, 4-5 cm behind the frontal bone (ajna chakra). Then let go of the sensations.

Exercise 2. Increased sensitivity of the body.

Sit up straight, comfortably, with your body relaxed. Let go of thoughts, images, emotions, they are not needed. Concentrated on the breathing process. Inhale - exhale...

After doing this exercise, you will notice that some of the discomfort in the body, tension, and muscle tension has gone away. With regular practice, the processes occurring in the body improve, it rejuvenates, becomes more flexible and obedient. Energy exchange in the body improves.

Exercise 3. Increased sensitivity of the palms.

Rub your palms a little, lightly massage the points on the fingers between the nail and the phalanx on each finger, the indentations between the rays of the hand.

For extreme sports enthusiasts, we can offer the following: Place 5 matches on the table and grab the ends with your fingers so that each match is between the same pair of fingers of both hands. One match rested on the pads of the thumbs, the other on the pads of the index fingers, and all 5 matches rested their ends on the fingers and hold it like that. It is difficult to do this without training, but the sensitivity of the hands develops greatly, and it will be needed in subsequent practices.

Exercise 4. Creating a clot of energy.

This exercise should be done immediately after the previous ones, when the sensitivity of the hands and body has been developed.

Place your hands in front of you, palms opposite each other at a distance of about 20 cm, and form a ball between your palms with your attention. Next, as you inhale, feel how your energy begins to flow from the solar plexus into your hands and accumulate in your palms (something has flowed in your body from the solar plexus into your palms). As you exhale, direct it into the ball between your palms, gradually tightening it. Gradually, some new sensation will appear between the hands, perhaps density or something soft, warm or cold. Continuing to pump, calibrate the sensations, isolate its components, highlight them. When the sensation becomes stronger, with intention, compact this clot and make it stable. When you stop pumping, feel it with your palms, exploring the sensations. Ask someone to feel it too, after increasing the sensitivity of their hands and describe the sensations.

Here it is important to ensure that the other person feels the clot you created. Without this, I do not recommend moving on to the next exercises.

In the future, you should regularly practice this exercise, complicating it: create non-round clumps (cubes, pyramids, figurines, etc.), give them different qualities and properties (softness/hardness, lightness/heaviness, heat/cold), different colors, etc. The exercise is simple, but very important for the development of sensory skills and energy management.

Having learned to create sufficiently powerful clots, you can already have some influence on yourself and others: put a feeling of health or emotion into the clot and mentally give it to the person, so that there is a feeling that the person has accepted this clot. As a result, either a person’s health will improve or their emotional state will change.

How to learn to feel the energy of the body? You can learn this on your own. Moreover, there is nothing complicated about it. Here is a fairly simple exercise that allows you to feel the energy with your hands at home.

So, how can you feel the energy with your hands? Before you begin the exercise, you need to bring your mind into a calm state, as they say, to abandon problems and worries. If you are distracted by extraneous thoughts during the exercise, this may prevent you from achieving the desired result.

Initial position

Sit down, take it comfortable position, make sure you are comfortable and not thirsty or hungry. You can sit at a table or in a soft chair, on a sofa.

Place your hands on your elbows, raise your forearms up, palms approximately at face level or slightly lower, bring your palms together. It is most convenient to perform the exercise at a table - you can place your elbows on the tabletop. If you are sitting in a chair or on a sofa, place your elbows on your hips. First, practice taking this “starting position” correctly. If you don’t understand a word, for example “forearms,” look it up in the dictionary.

Learning to feel the energy of the body

When you are sure that you are doing everything correctly, sit in the starting position, rest your hands on your elbows, and clasp your palms together. Focus your attention on your closed palms. Feel how warm your palms are, how pleasant it is at the point of contact. Keep them like this for a while. Now slowly spread your palms a short distance - 15-20 centimeters. Then, with each exhalation, gradually bring them together, moving 2-3 cm. As you inhale, do not move your arms. With each new exhalation, move a little further. Focus on the sensations between your palms. If you are careful, you will feel a slight resistance at some distance between your palms, as if there is something elastic there. As the distance decreases, the “elasticity” will increase. Moreover, sensations will arise in both palms at the same time.

You may not feel anything the first time - it's not scary. Moisten your palms together, hold for a while, then spread apart and try again. Take your time, repeat the exercise several times. You will definitely feel the biofield, it’s simple. In general, the exercise is very simple, but incredibly useful for developing sensitivity to the bioenergy of the body.

Let's diversify the exercise

After you have managed to feel the “elasticity” between your palms being brought together several times, the exercise can be changed. Now move one palm: for example, move your right palm to the side, and leave your left in its original position. And for each exhalation, bring the right one closer to the motionless left one. Feel the sensation of elasticity and warmth growing between your palms again. Change the roles of your palms - now let the right one be motionless.

How to feel the energy

Experiment. Move your palms along different parts of the body: above your head, along your torso, legs. Notice the sensations in your hands and in those areas of the body over which your palms are located. Thanks to this exercise, you can not only feel the energy, but also learn to “read” the energy field of the entire body.

At the end of the exercise, lightly clap your hands - this will remove the concentrated field above your palms.

Note: If, while doing an exercise to develop sensitivity to body energy, you feel painful muscle tension in your hands, close your palms (to collapse the field), then lower your hands down. Let them relax a little. Rest. You can shake your hands slightly.

If you are sitting on the sofa or in a chair and your elbows are pressing on your legs, it is better to move to the table or take a break. Before the break, do not forget to collapse the field - bring your palms together.

Having recreated the vivid perception of this person in your memory, begin to peer into the darkness before your eyes, WITHOUT THINKING about this person. Let all thoughts remain aside. If some thoughts appear in your head, don’t resist them, just don’t pay attention to them - immerse yourself completely in the darkness that has appeared before your eyes.

Imagine that you are moving in this darkness - further and further, not noticing and leaving aside all the stars, flashes and patterns that appear before your eyes. You are only interested in this forward dive. As you move forward, you will see that the darkness ahead seems to be divided by a horizontal line into two planes - try to look through this line. Put all your concentration and attention into getting over it and continuing on your way. Behind this line begins a corridor of light - follow it, and it will lead you to the person you are interested in.

Depending on the strength of concentration, you can feel his state, his mood, and if the concentration was most successful, then you can see and hear this person. At this time he can feel your gaze on him...

After your hands are warmed up, you need to squeeze them and listen to the sensations, feel the pulsation of blood in your palms, and then slowly move them apart.
