How to influence a child's subconscious in a dream. Subconscious and sleep

But if we are to be precise in the use of words, sleep and dream, then it is still worth separating them. Since sleep is still a physiological concept and implies the actual process in which our muscles are relaxed, the heart rhythm is calm and breathing is measured. This is the so-called slow-wave sleep.

Paradoxical dream

But there is also rapid or paradoxical sleep, also called REM sleep (rapid eye movement), thanks to which we can observe a variety of images, which for many develop into rather original plots. With this type of sleep, the pulse increases and the eyes under closed eyelids make rapid movements, hence the name REM.

It is during this period that we see dreams, when our consciousness has no power over us and our subconscious acts as a guide.

Many people tend to regard their dreams as nothing more than original video pictures that mean nothing and are not worth paying attention to. But dreams, at their core, are one of the tools with which our subconscious can send us certain signals and warnings that we usually do not notice while awake, when we are constantly busy with something.

And if you don’t pay attention to the signals that our body gives us, then later, when the problem turns into a disease, it will be much more difficult to fight it.

Sources of internal problems and diseases

After all, our illnesses and problems arise because we do not know how to understand and accept the problems of our physiology or psyche. This is where addictions begin to develop, physiological problems can affect the stomach, heart and other organs, and psychological problems with appetite, insomnia and other anxiety states.

When some specific problem begins to brew inside us, the subconscious, like a caring guardian, tries to reach us in a variety of ways. These could be premonitions, dreams, some kind of internal sensations that cannot be explained logically (like, that’s all it seems). And the more we don’t notice them and ignore them, the more we aggravate the problem, which develops into a disease.

In order to avoid this, we need to try to establish contact with our subconscious, make friends with it and then, thanks to it, we will be able to better recognize our internal conflicts and determine the sources of our hidden problems.

Dreaming as a way to establish a dialogue with the subconscious

As we said above, one of the ways to communicate with the subconscious is our dreams, but they are most often very chaotic and at the same time the images are so confused and intertwined that we cannot understand what they really wanted to convey to us.

But if we make it a habit to communicate with our subconscious, talk to it, ask questions, then the subconscious will not stand aside and will enter into dialogue with us. It is clear that this is not a conversation in the literal sense, otherwise we will simply be misunderstood and will doubt our adequacy.

But if, at least periodically before going to bed, we ask questions that interest us, then the chance of getting answers in a dream is much greater than if these questions are not asked. In order to avoid any serious mental disorders, there is no need to invent some unrealistic characters, it is enough to believe that there is something inside you, be it the soul, the Higher Selves, the subconscious or something else, which knows all the problems that are happening inside us, as in both at the physiological and mental levels.

Learning to understand the answers of the subconscious

In order to establish a dialogue with the subconscious, there are various practices, but we will not delve into this topic yet. At the first stage, we need to at least learn to listen and hear our inner voice.

To do this, it is useful to use one of the practices of remembering dreams, write down or speak out your dreams, so that later you can analyze them, and perhaps you will notice that there were some signals and warnings in them. Take your dreams seriously, but don’t live by them, since they certainly won’t replace real life, but they are quite capable of helping solve problems.

The answers of the subconscious through dreams can be attributed to the mental part of the body, but answers at the level of physiology can be received in the real world, and not in the kingdom of Morpheus. To do this, it is enough to ask a question and offer answer options; the answer can be any reaction of our body and body, such as tingling, a feeling of warmth or cold, and other sensations that we can feel at the physiological level.

What is the meaning of this nightly failure of meaning? All these questions were answered by Vladimir Kovalzon, Doctor of Biological Sciences, chief researcher at the Institute of Ecology and Evolution. A. N. Severtsova.

More than 3,000 years ago, scientists in Ancient India intuitively came to the conclusion that the soul can exist in three states: waking, dreamless sleep and dreaming - a unique state that is unlike anything else.

Until the 19th century, European science argued that sleep is an analogue of death. According to Europeans, at night the soul flies out of the body and performs all those feats that we perceive in the morning as a dream. There were a lot of superstitions that called for sleeping children to close their mouths, otherwise their souls would fly out and not find their way home. One of the superstitions was, I must say, very pleasant: they tried not to wake up sleeping people, so that they would not inadvertently wake up without a soul.

But in the 20th century, science put everything in its place. The Hindus were right! Throughout our lives, our brain never stops functioning for a second. It just works, as the Indians said, in three different modes: wakefulness, dreamless sleep and dreaming sleep. While living only in a coma or under anesthesia, this work can be temporarily suspended. Or after death - forever.

Sleep recording

Unfortunately, it is still impossible to record the dream that a person sees and release this “movie” for distribution. Or better yet, a collection of TOP 100 craziest dreams! But no. For now, we can only record how the brain works during sleep. This is done using a positron emission tomography (PET) or functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) machine.

The devices record which areas of the brain are activated at which times of sleep. If during the period of slow sleep the activity of all zones is moderate, then by the REM sleep phase the cortical zones responsible for vision (we see a picture) and emotions (we actively experience joy, sadness, excitement, disappointment, etc.) wake up. At the same time, the areas of the cortex responsible for feeling yourself and controlling your own actions are completely disabled.

How did it happen?

How did a person learn to “turn on” such an exciting movie at night? And why do we need this? Scientists put forward many theories. One of them – neurocognitive – is currently leading in popularity. It says: the ability to dream is a random collision of two evolutionary streams.

First - . After all, in the process of evolution of species, sleep evolved along with them. Animals sleep differently than we do: humans spend 20-25% of their total sleep in REM sleep, ferrets spend 40% of their time in REM sleep, and dolphins and eared seals generally sleep with one hemisphere of the brain, while the other is awake.

The second branch of evolution is the evolution of our four-dimensional images. We are accustomed to thinking that we live in a three-dimensional world, but there is also time - and this fourth dimension in dreams is very important.

And when we reached a certain level of development in the ability to sleep and the ability to perceive four-dimensional images - bang! These two skills collided, and the brain began to turn on at night to show us movies.

What's the point?

The question has been troubling humanity since ancient times. And since that time, there has been a certain set of people who make money from this fortune-telling. Dig on the Internet and get a bunch of new knowledge: you dreamed about the sea - you get pregnant, you dreamed about a spider - expect guests... Is this true?

Psychologists have been studying this problem for a long time. One of the most radical dream interpreters was Freud. His interpretations of what his patients dreamed cannot always be retold in polite society.

According to modern science, Freud was absolutely right that our subconscious, with the help of images, communicates to us (consciousness) its impressions of life.

Everything that we have ever seen, heard or felt is stored in our subconscious, although we have already forgotten about it a hundred times. Oddly enough, events that amazed, shocked, or still torment us with their unresolved nature can also be blocked in the subconscious. If, with the help of a competent psychologist or psychotherapist, you decipher these “letters” from the subconscious, you can get rid of many complexes, fears and anxieties.

Freud was wrong in that he tried to interpret images in relation to all people on the planet. In fact, dreams are individual, each has its own system of images.

AiF "PRO Health" recommends: books by Michel Jouvet "Castle of Dreams" (Vek-2 publishing house, Fryazino, 2006) and "Dream Thief" (Vremya publishing house, M., 2008), works of fiction written by one of the leading French sleepologists - scientists who reveal the secret of sleep, as well as the recently published popular science book by Peter Sporck “Sleep” (Publishing house “BINOM - Laboratory of Knowledge”, M., 2011).

Sleep speed

– This is the phase of sleep characterized by active brain activity. One of the signs of REM sleep is rapid movements of the eyeballs (hence the name of this phase). In 1953, Nathaniel Kleitman and Eugene Aserinsky from the University of Chicago proved that REM sleep is directly related to dreaming - it is in this state that we watch our exciting night movies.

REM sleep accounts for 20-25% of total night sleep. It alternates with slow-wave sleep, when brain activity is minimal. During the night, the cycle of fast-slow sleep is repeated 4-6 times. With each repetition, the duration of the REM sleep phase increases. Thus, the first phase of REM sleep at night lasts 10-15 minutes, and by the morning it can reach 40 minutes.

Those that you dream about at night during REM sleep, as a rule, are not remembered. But if you sleep too long, the REM sleep phase lengthens, and dreams become viscous and painful. These are the ones we, as a rule, remember.

Paradox

Quick sleep for life...

American scientists conducted a cruel but revealing experiment. They put the rats on a carousel, which, with its non-stop movement, completely deprived the animals of the REM sleep phase. At the same time, thanks to humane and careful “inhibition,” the rats did not experience stress. Two weeks later, the rats developed an autoimmune disease, leading to sepsis - blood poisoning. The animals died calm. Simply from the lack of REM sleep, they started a self-destruction program.

...or for depression?

Danish scientists have developed a non-drug treatment for depression. A person goes to the hospital, where he is woken up at a certain time at night, thus depriving him of the REM phase of sleep. Plus, the person is irradiated with light of an individually selected spectrum. And voila – no more depression! The fact is that depression (even clinical depression, in which a person physically cannot feel happy because he does not produce enough of the “joy hormone” serotonin) is directly related to the REM sleep phase. No REM sleep - no depression. Therefore, most strong antidepressants deprive a person of REM sleep.

A person can die without REM sleep, or they can live happily ever after, having recovered from depression. This is why REM sleep is also called paradoxical sleep.

A person spends about eight hours every day, that is, about a third of his life, sleeping. This law of nature applies not only to people, but also to the animal and plant world. We are talking here about the divine will, and there is a lot of truth in the words: “The Lord gives a person in a dream what is due to him.”

We often come across the opinion that sleep serves to replenish reserves of strength that have been depleted as a result of the efforts of the day. This opinion can be accepted only with certain reservations. After all, in a dream, all vital organs, such as the heart and lungs, continue their activities. Food taken before going to bed is digested and distributed. The skin continues to evaporate body moisture and hair grows as much as fingernails and toenails.

The subconscious is never at rest. It controls all vital functions. Yes, after all, in a dream the healing process takes place faster than in wakefulness, because it is not disturbed by conscious thinking. And how many answers are given to people already in their dreams.

Human consciousness is too busy with the difficulties, troubles and demands of everyday life. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to regularly disconnect from the stunning flow of sensory impressions and conduct quiet dialogues with the wisdom of the subconscious. At the same time, the one who asks in prayer for reliable guidance, strength and greater prudence in all matters of life will be able to find a way out of all difficulties and cope with all everyday problems.

Conversely, prayer can be defined as a form of sleep, because here we are also talking about regular deepening into oneself, which, on the other side of the world of feelings and chaos of the day, opens the soul to the influence of the power and wisdom of the subconscious.

If a person sleeps little, he becomes irritable, moody and prone to depression. It can be considered proven that to maintain human health it is necessary to sleep at least six hours. For most people, even more sleep is necessary. Anyone who believes that a shorter sleep is enough for him is only deceiving himself.

Leading medical experts who have devoted themselves to studying sleep and the effects of sleep deprivation have discovered that severe sleep disturbances often lead to nervous breakdowns and illnesses. After all, sleep restores reserves of mental strength and is a source of vitality and cheerfulness.

Robert O'Bryan, in the article "Maybe You Need More Sleep?" published in Reader's Digest, reports on one experiment: "Over the past three years at Walter Reed Army Hospital and also at a research center in Washington Sleep research experiments were conducted on more than 100 soldiers and civilians who volunteered to participate. Participants in the experiment were deprived of sleep for four days. Thousands of medical tests have revealed behavioral disturbances and personality changes. Scientists were able to draw amazing conclusions about the secrets of sleep.

We now know that an overtired brain seems to have such an overwhelming need for sleep that it sacrifices everything else to sleep. After just a few hours of lack of sleep, disturbances in consciousness occurred three to four times per hour, which can be described as “microsleep.” As in a real dream, the heartbeat slowed down and the eyes closed. The short sleep lasted only a fraction of a second each time and was filled with dreams, or there were no memories of them.

The longer the subjects were deprived of sleep, the more often and longer they had disturbances of consciousness, which lasted two to three seconds. Even if the subjects were to fly a plane in a severe thunderstorm, they would not be able to resist this enormous ability while asleep. No one can be an exception here. Perhaps you yourself have ever been overcome by sleep while driving a car.

Sleep deprivation had a devastating effect on the ability to think and perceive. Many subjects were not even able to follow the directions they were given during a particular activity. They were completely helpless in the face of a situation in which they had to, taking into account various factors, draw the right conclusion and act accordingly. While driving a car, they would not be able to avoid a collision, taking into account their own speed, the speed of the oncoming car and the characteristics of the road.”

The conscious mind is capable of deducing the correct decision from known facts; The subconscious, however, reveals many deeper and broader connections, which is why its advice and warnings should be taken, as in this case, very seriously. Prophetic dreams are another opportunity for the subjective mind to become understandable to us and tell us something. Often the subconscious mind chooses for its messages the voice of a person whom we trust infinitely in our waking state. There are cases when pedestrians on the street thought they heard the warning cry of a loved one, and they stopped dead in their tracks, thus avoiding certain death from a falling object.

Dr. Rinet, head of the department of psychology at Duke University, has collected extensive evidence that many people around the world have foreseen future events or received a warning in exceptionally vivid dreams about the misfortune that threatened them and were thus able to avoid it.

Always remember that the future - that is, the result of your habits - is already present in your mind in the present, unless you change the course of events through successful prayer. Likewise, the future of a country is contained in its collective subconscious. The events of tomorrow are already present in your subconscious today, and people with a particularly highly developed ability to anticipate can foresee events in the more distant future. There are no plans that cannot be changed. Your own mental attitude determines your destiny. Man reaps what he sows.
Robert Louis Stevenson, in one of his books (Across the Plains), devotes an entire chapter to his experiences in a dream. His dreams were exceptionally vivid, and he had a constant habit of giving his subconscious detailed instructions every evening before going to bed. Most often, he gave him instructions to develop material for new publications in a dream.

Anyone who suffers from insomnia can apply the following prayer with great success. Repeat before going to sleep calmly and with feeling: “My toes are relaxed, my calves are relaxed, my abdominal muscles are relaxed, my heart and my lungs are relaxed, my brain is relaxed, my face is relaxed, my eyes are relaxed, my whole body and my whole brain relaxed. I willingly and joyfully forgive everyone everything and with all my heart I wish every person harmony, health, peace and all the blessings of life. I am at peace with myself and with the world, I am full of clear and joyful peace. I am in peace and security. Deep silence reigns around me and deep peace fills my soul, because I feel that God is very close. My thoughts are filled with love and give me healing. I wrap myself in a blanket of love and fall asleep, full of good intentions towards all my loved ones. My peace and tranquility will not be disturbed all night, and in the morning I will wake up full of cheerfulness and love. Love has erected a protective wall around me. I am not afraid of trouble, because You are with me. I sleep in peace, I wake up in joy and - in Him and from Him I am and live.

Make the most of your sleep:

  1. If you are afraid of oversleeping, then tell your subconscious the time when you want to wake up, and it will wake you up. He doesn't need a watch. Do the same with all problems, because your subconscious mind will cope with all difficulties.
  2. Your subconscious never sleeps. It always works for you. It controls all vital functions. Make peace with yourself and with all your loved ones before going to bed, and everything will be fine.
  3. In your sleep you will be given advice, perhaps in the form of a dream. Also, healing powers flow through you unhindered during sleep, as at no other time, so that in the morning you wake up refreshed and rejuvenated.
  4. If you are haunted by the troubles and difficulties of the day in your sleep, then relax your mind and turn your thoughts, wisdom and insight of your subconscious, which is constantly ready to react, to your cry for help. It will bring you peace, strength and confidence.
  5. Sleep is of utmost importance for mental peace and physical health; lack of sleep causes irritability, a feeling of exhaustion and mental imbalance. You need eight hours of sleep.
  6. The latest medical research has shown that insomnia is often the first step to nervous disorders. Sleep is a source of cheerfulness and vitality.
  7. An overtired brain experiences such an overwhelming need for sleep that it sacrifices everything else to sleep. Many who have fallen asleep while driving their car can confirm this - if only they survived.
  8. Lack of sleep often leads to poor memory and poor physical condition. Anyone who is overtired is no longer capable of clear thinking.
  9. The dream brings advice. Before you fall asleep, inspire yourself that the wisdom of your subconscious mind guides you and guides you in all matters. Then watch carefully to see if you are given a sign as soon as you wake up.
  10. Have complete trust in your subconscious. Never forget that it always serves the good forces of life. On occasion, it speaks to you in the language of your dream or vision. Often the subconscious warns a person in this way, just as it did with the author of this book.
  11. Your habitual thoughts and feelings already contain your future. Believe deeply and tell yourself with firm confidence that the wisdom of the subconscious mind guides and guides you in all matters, that you have all the blessings of life in abundance - and your future will shine in the rays of happiness. Believe this unwaveringly and accept it as a proven fact. Always expect only the best, and only the best will happen to you.
  12. If you have a creative job, then before you fall asleep, turn to your subconscious and affirm with deep confidence that its wisdom, insight and creative power will tell you the ideal solutions. A miracle will come to those who say their prayer with deep faith and firm conviction.

Many people do not deny the fact of the existence of a subconscious system and its use in the process of life. Some even attribute the roughness of their character to the game of the subconscious. But the actual state of affairs suggests that if a person finds willpower in himself and learns to manage his inner world, then inevitable success in life awaits him. Every person needs to learn to control subconscious processes, because it is then that the mind, and not emotions and feelings, will control life. All decisions will be made harmoniously. So, in order to understand how to control the subconscious, you need to understand the basic facts.

What is the subconscious?

The subconscious is not a fictitious concept. This is a very real component of the human body, which is considered even in medicine. It is what helps a person navigate certain life situations. Some people confuse the subconscious with intuition. Throughout his life, a person accumulates a lot of information in his subconscious, which is acquired through the experience of life. Certain thoughts create habits or encourage a person to take some actions, sometimes actions that are unusual for him.

Habits acquired in this way are called psychological skills. They are instilled in a person by parents, acquaintances, and personal experience. Thanks to this, a personality is subsequently formed with his own unique view of the world around him. It is this fact that explains the diversity of opinions and characters of people.

The subconscious doesn't regenerate new ideas or anything like that. The whole point is that a person creates his own subconscious information. Thoughts, feelings, subconscious - in this order the transfer of information occurs. Thus, everything that is reproduced in a person’s thoughts becomes part of the inner world. People program themselves. This quality can be used for yourself with incredible benefit, but otherwise you can get the opposite negative effect. The accumulation of this information is also influenced by the external environment, so a person must carefully select his social circle so as not to subsequently become part of a not entirely favorable company of people. Subconscious attitudes are not so easy to change. Although there are certain techniques that help completely eliminate negative programs.

The initial task of the subconscious is to systematize and filter out unnecessary information. The choice, so to speak, of a rational grain. This happens in the process of transforming thoughts into visual images. The subconscious mind helps a person achieve his programmed goals, which will help him achieve success and accomplish certain desired tasks. The power of the subconscious is quite a powerful thing, which can make a person more resistant to difficulties, thereby making life’s journey easier.

But, despite a number of such positive and important properties for a person, not everyone can use such skills rationally. This suggests that with his thoughts a person can program his subconscious for negative phenomena, which can subsequently lead to disastrous results. That is why it is important to monitor not only your actions, but also your thoughts. Psychologists recommend thinking positively.

If a person constantly thinks that, for example, he cannot start a family. After some time, thoughts move to the programming stage and the person’s desire to have his own family completely disappears. And already in the course of even a serious relationship, he avoids the family, psychologically pushing away his partner.
This is how, with simple actions, a person can harm himself and completely destroy his life.

Functions of the subconscious

For many, it will be a discovery that the work of the human body is determined by the functions of the subconscious. For a more visual representation, the human body can be compared to some large production facility that employs a huge number of people. Thus, the subconscious is the large working class that carries out the necessary processes for the normal functioning of the enterprise. Consciousness and subconsciousness are in close cooperation. The role of consciousness is to set global goals, that is, it is the director of the enterprise.

In addition, you can find other ways of comparison. For example, the human body in its properties can be similar to a kind of computer. The human consciousness acts as a kind of programmer who is able to install certain programs and other components for the normal operation of the machine. But the subconscious mind ensures the operation of these programs, their reliability and the precise execution of the necessary tasks. Only when consciousness and subconscious form a harmonious tandem can a person be happy.

The functions of the subconscious mind are quite simple to understand. They are, first of all, aimed at systematizing and storing the necessary information in the human brain. If you develop his capabilities, you can come to the conclusion that it is simply unrealistic to limit them; a person can remember everything he needs. It is a known fact that by the 21st year of life an individual is able to accumulate an incredible amount of information in his head, which is several hundred times greater than the volume of the large Encyclopedia Britannica. But the problem is that many do not know how to use this gift of nature and how to apply this or that knowledge at the right time. Working with the subconscious can take a person to a different level of life.

Scientists have conducted studies in which they have found that a person in a state of hypnosis can depict any events in his life in great detail. But older people can even tell what happened 50 years ago, and the details will not be omitted. Such an experiment once again proves that the human brain is limitless and has amazing capabilities. All the secrets of the subconscious have not been fully revealed, but some points have already been studied.

The presence of such a thing is quite simply explainable. The brain contains a huge amount of information thanks to processes occurring at the subconscious level. In addition, a large number of variable actions are constantly taking place in the brain, for example, rewriting information, building logical chains. Unfortunately, man has not yet reached the point of managing such phenomena. This is quite simple to explain, because the process of assimilation of information and its systematization has not yet been fully studied. All the secrets of the subconscious have not yet been revealed.

The process of subconscious transformations is very complex. One of the most important functions is the homeostatic process. For example, this includes human body temperature. It is the subconscious that maintains it at a level of 36.6. The subconscious mind controls the process of breathing and heartbeat. Thanks to this, a person is maintained in a normal and stable state. The nervous system operates autonomously, supporting chemical metabolism and many other processes. Thanks to such well-functioning work, the body feels comfortable and continues its vital functions.

The balance of the body is maintained by other functions; this also happens in the sphere of thinking. Your subconscious mind has the ability to remember the most comfortable conditions you have ever experienced. Based on these conditions, our body strives to return to that comfort zone again. If a person tries to go beyond it, the body begins to react not quite correctly, discomfort is felt both on the physical and emotional levels. This only means that the person’s subconscious has turned on its old functions and is trying to return to a state of complete comfort.

Any new sensations for a person, both physically and emotionally, can cause inconvenience, a feeling of awkwardness and fear. Such feelings can manifest themselves, for example, when looking for a new job, passing the first exams, meeting new strangers, or trying to establish a connection with the opposite sex. This is exactly what the whole palette says that a person needs to get out of his comfort zone, but the subconscious, unfortunately, does not allow this to be done, because of this nervousness and a feeling of discomfort arise. To avoid such phenomena, people should learn how to control the subconscious.

Human development depends on the activity of the subconscious

The comfort zone can become a kind of trap. This is especially true for creative and imaginative people. After all, a flight of thought is required here. Sometimes it is useful to endure physical stress. The calm and measured fluidity of life is truly the hell of a creative person. Those people who decide to become leaders need to leave their comfort zone. A person gains new experience, new skills that will later help him. But over time, all this again enters the comfort zone.

Let’s say if they decide to promote you up the career ladder or force you to make an expensive purchase, you will feel discomfort and inconvenience for some time. In general, this process leads to the fact that a person builds a new comfort zone for himself based on the rules that are necessary to achieve a certain goal. If a person cannot overcome these feelings, then it will be almost impossible to build a new comfort zone, but if he copes with this test, then, in the end, he will gain new knowledge, experience, as well as a new comfort zone that expands his capabilities .

If someone has set a goal too high for themselves, then they need to be prepared for a long road. He will need to learn to let go of stereotypes and remove labels. And this process takes time. This is working with the subconscious.

The main rule is that a person must formulate a goal for himself. Moreover, this goal should be similar to a law that he will constantly scroll through in his thoughts. It is thanks to this that this goal will be written down, so to speak, on the subcortex. A person will gradually begin to believe in this, and soon events will begin to come true. The power of the subconscious will itself push you to take the right actions that are necessary to achieve a certain goal. A person will become sensitive to the information that needs to be obtained in the process of achieving a goal, and then he will actually embody a greater goal in his ordinary life.

How does the subconscious mind work?

As previously stated, the subconscious mind is truly an amazing tool. It is this that can influence all areas of life. But how does this happen? If you understand this issue, you can understand how to change the subconscious.
A person constantly builds some of his own internal beliefs and principles. Thus, its development or degradation occurs. Consciousness independently attracts to itself the factors of interest in a person’s life, forces him to get acquainted with those people who correspond to his principles and beliefs, and much more. The surprising fact is that whether a person believes in it or not, the subconscious will still exist. This does not depend on the desires of people or on their social status. This law is in effect constantly. All troubles in life will happen only thanks to beliefs, because the subconscious can do anything - make a person happy or lead to problems. For example, if he is convinced that he is doomed to poverty, then this is exactly what will happen. We need to start with the world and help change the outer shell. Starting with the latter makes no sense. There will be no changes. Situations will be repeated until the internal deep causes are eliminated. Therefore, it is very important to know how to control the subconscious. It must initially be programmed correctly. In order for life to be harmonious in all areas, it is necessary to study the world around you. That is, thoughts must be literate and combined with real events. In this situation, a person will be able to achieve well-being by changing not only the world around him, but also by changing something in himself. will give you the opportunity to get what you want, improve yourself in some way and help other people.

Concentration of the subconscious

Not every person knows how to control the subconscious, although many have heard about it more than once. Not everyone understands its nature and methods of use. Its power is limitless, and scientists have long proven this. If a person has learned to control his own subconscious, it means he has received additional vital energy that will help him later. Having learned to control his own subconscious, he can direct his life in the direction that he needs.

There is a wonderful book “Techniques for controlling the subconscious mind” (Murphy Joseph). The author reveals in it the secrets of such a concept as “mental treatment”. This term has several interpretations. Firstly, by changing his subconscious, a person can change his essence. The author says that all people’s problems lie in unfulfilled desires. A person is deeply worried about the fact that he did not achieve results, his plans did not come true. In this case, you should not count on life in harmony. Secondly, mental treatment also means improving a person’s physical health.

Subconscious Control Methods

The subconscious can do anything, a person just needs to set it up correctly. Many people want to receive some specific recommendations on how to do this. There aren't many of them. Below are some of the subconscious mind control techniques:

  1. Before going to bed, you need to give your subconscious a task - to solve the problem that is bothering you. The thought form accepted by truth travels from the brain to the solar plexus and ultimately materializes.
  2. You should not limit your subconscious to traditional methods. You need to think big.
  3. You should not react deeply to painful sensations in the body. You need to trust fate.
  4. Before going to bed, visualize the fulfillment of your desire several times. Thoughts, feelings, subconscious - all these are links in one chain.

Abilities of the subconscious system

The subconscious is often compared to a computer into which certain types of programs can be inserted. This is how inner conviction and thought regeneration occurs. As for the formation of human habits, their regeneration occurs due to the repeated repetition of certain formulations.
Having formed certain psychological habits, a person begins to gradually move towards the goal. In this process, he acquires certain beliefs, new views, exactly what he needs to perceive the environment in a new role. The subconscious system regenerates certain tasks through visual and mental images. It is these aspects that are necessary for a person to receive such a mindset for success.

Tasks of the subconscious

The unconscious part of the human mind has a rather difficult function - this is the systematization and interpretation of certain data that is laid down in the process of thinking and visualization. The subconscious mind is obliged to help a person receive exactly those desired thoughts and images that he imagined. But, in addition to this, it also helps a person control the functioning of all internal organs and vital systems; this process is also incredibly important.

Possible difficulties

The problems that a person may encounter is a lack of knowledge to correctly form their own thoughts. People can fix in their subconscious something completely different from what they want. This happens because the unconscious reaction cannot determine whether the thoughts are good or bad. Therefore, he perceives everything as truth. In this situation, you need to be very careful not to introduce destructive thoughts into your own unconscious reflexes.

How to deal with problems?

To overcome the destructive effect of thought, you must first understand why a person programs himself for failure. If he can cross this border, he will receive truly invaluable knowledge that will open a lot of doors for him. First of all, you need to accustom yourself to think positively in any situation, to find positive aspects even in the most hopeless situations, so as not to send negative energy flows into your own unconscious system.

Georgy Sidorov offers effective ways to change the paradigm. “Managing the Subconscious and Exiting the Matrix” is one of the best seminars that provides techniques for working with your inner world. Many other authors in their works also reveal implemented practices for controlling the subconscious. Valery Sinelnikov’s book “Secrets of the Subconscious” will help you believe in yourself, confront difficulties, get rid of guilt, learn to forgive, eliminate depression and become a truly happy person.

  • Guide to good sleep
  • The subconscious is the repository of all our beliefs, which, in turn, influence the way we live. Sleep time is the best time for you to influence your subconscious, because it is at this time that your consciousness, which is an obstacle to instilling new beliefs, is fast asleep. So, if you want to change your lifestyle, you need to change your beliefs, and the easiest way to do this is while you sleep.

    How to use sleep constructively?

There are several ways in which we can use our sleep constructively:

Repeating affirmations in a conscious state as you prepare for sleep. Continue repeating the affirmations until you fall asleep. As you fall asleep, your subconscious mind will begin to process your affirmations more efficiently. Every day your affirmations will sink deeper and deeper into your subconscious, slowly but surely working on your beliefs. After a few months, when your subconscious mind becomes dependent on your affirmations, it will begin to lead you, in seemingly disconnected steps, towards fulfilling your affirmations. And all this will happen without the participation of your consciousness or intentional actions on your part.

Visualization before bed. Visualization is the most famous way to achieve your goals and realize your desires. When you go to bed, simply close your eyes and relax your body. Start visualizing your desires and goals. If you visualize during the daytime, you will need to move in and out of trance. At night, you do not need to leave this state. Your subconscious mind accepts your visualized images like affirmations, and also, after about a few months, begins to act. If you fall asleep too quickly during visualization, try visualizing while sitting in a chair. After about 20 minutes of the visualization process, go to your bed in the same sleepy state and continue to sleep. So, your subconscious mind will take note of the visualized images.

Using audio recordings: One of the best ways to influence the subconscious mind is to listen to audio recordings while sleeping. Record your affirmations on audio media and turn on the player before bed. As stated above, during sleep, your consciousness turns off. Thus, during the entire period of your sleep, the subconscious will be under the influence of your affirmations, gradually changing your beliefs. Soon after this, you will begin to notice changes.

    Problem solving

Dreams can be a very effective tool for solving problems. Throughout history, there have been cases with different people when insoluble problems were miraculously resolved with the help of sleep. Breaking their foreheads against problems, these people lost all their strength and fell asleep, and then the subconscious came to their aid, miraculously solving the most insidious problems for them. Let's give a couple of examples of this wonderful process!

    Sewing machine

In 1845, Elias Howe invented the sewing machine, but only after some effort. He was faced with the following task: the needle must pass through the fabric with the thread, and at the same time return again with the thread, without creating confusion. His machine did not want to sew. And no matter what Howe did, trying to solve this problem, all his attempts failed. And so, one night, after a long and difficult work on the problem, he went to bed. That very night he had a dream in which he was captured by a forest tribe. The natives danced around him and pointed spears in his direction. There were holes at the pointed ends of their spears. Waking up, Howe realized that he had found a solution to the problem. He discovered that a sewing needle with a hole at the end could catch the thread after it had passed through the fabric. The car is now fully functional!

    Structure of benzene

The German scientist Friedrich August Kekule was a very famous person in the history of organic chemistry. Not once, but twice, Kekule's dreams led him to solve problems. And in his own words: “I dozed off, and behold, atoms began to frolic before my eyes. They constantly appeared before my eyes, but until that time I could not discern the nature of their movement. Now, however, I clearly saw how two small atoms united in pairs, how one large atom hugged two smaller atoms, how an even larger one held three and even four smaller atoms. The entire structure began a dizzying dance. I saw how the larger atoms formed a chain, carrying with them the smaller ones at the ends of the chain... and at that moment, the cry of the conductor woke me up, dispelling my sleep. Next, I spent part of the night sketching the images from the dream onto paper. This was the beginning of structural theory."

Later, Kekula had another dream, which helped him discover that benzene molecules, unlike other known organic compounds, had a ring structure, not a linear one. About this dream he said:

“I sat at my desk, but the work never moved forward, my thoughts were again elsewhere. Having dozed off, I again saw atoms frolicking before my eyes. This time smaller groups were somewhere in the background. My mental vision became somewhat brighter as a result of repeatedly viewing these types of visions. Now I could make out larger structures, long rows sometimes beginning to make snakelike movements. But look! What was it? One of the snakes grabbed its tail and twirled mockingly before my eyes. I woke up with lightning speed and this time spent the rest of the night developing the latest hypothesis.”

An excited Kekule once said to his colleagues: “Let’s learn from dreams!”

You can use sleep to solve your own problems. How to do this in practice remains a question. Most likely, a problem that occupies your consciousness for too long goes to the subconscious level, which, in turn, offers a solution in the form of hints in a dream. Guide to good sleep

Most people struggle with sleep problems at some point in their lives, especially during periods of anxiety or when we are stressed for any reason. In order to avoid this, except in extreme cases when insomnia is caused by illness, it is not at all necessary to take sleeping pills. Even a few simple changes to how we approach our sleep can have a positive impact on the quality of our sleep.

In this article you will find a small guide to help you fall asleep. But I want to draw your attention to the fact that if you have health problems, are overweight, are a chronic alcoholic, or are tormented by your conscience for a serious act, this guide is unlikely to help you. Above all, do not eat or drink anything suggested below if you are in any doubt about it.

    Guide to sleep

    • Get ready for bed a little earlier in the evening than you usually do. Your bedroom should be dark and quiet. Avoid strenuous or strenuous exercise before bed or playing computer games. Think about how our ancestors went to bed - they finished their "working day", had dinner and, perhaps, first frolicked in a pile of hay, then it got dark and they fell asleep. These patterns are built into our DNA. Think about your lifestyle, especially what you have been doing since waking up this morning.
    • It is advisable to eat carbohydrates before bed. Among them are potatoes, rice, pasta, oatmeal, bread and other products. Remember that there should be twelve hours between your dinner and breakfast, but if you are hungry while you sleep, it is unlikely to improve the quality of your sleep.
    • Drink warm milk with a spoon of honey before bed. Alcohol is only a temporary “remedy”; it cannot be considered a permanent cure for insomnia. Also, carbonated drinks, drinks with various additives, energy drinks, coffee and strong tea do not contribute to normal sleep.
    • While in bed, try the following relaxation technique: Start with your face. Relax your jaw. Make sure your mouth is slightly open. Focus on relaxing your face. If you feel anxious about anything, you will experience tension, which will greatly interfere with sleep, so relax all the muscles in your face. When your face is completely relaxed, begin to imagine all your worries going away. Imagine how they move far, far away from you, until they disappear. Use your imagination, let your problems be in the form of small clouds or bubbles. They all go and disappear. Make sure your face is relaxed, especially your jaw and forehead, with your mouth slightly open.
    • Start working on other parts of the body, toes, ankles, knees and so on. Relax every part of your body. Visualize all remaining tension flowing out of your body through your toes, hands, and the top of your head. Imagine it and try to feel it. Imagine a slight tingling sensation in your toes and hands while all your tension melts away. Feel your body relax. You must focus on all these sensations, focus on the feelings arising in your body. Feel how quietly your heart beats. Feel your breathing slow down. Feel more and more relaxed.
    • If you still can't fall asleep, check your breathing. Your breathing should be slow. Focus on slowing your breathing, this will help it actually slow down. Breathe from your throat, then your chest, then your stomach. Avoid "trying" to breathe. Let your body do this for you, because it is truly capable of doing this without your participation. Exhale completely. Use words, imagine them, but don't say them, to help slow your breathing - inhale "love", exhale "peace" or whatever meaning suits you. Imagine words and sounds passing through your mouth.
    • Think purple. Imagine it before your eyes. Other colors may pop up, however, aim to evoke purple. Relax in purple waves.
    • Keeping your eyes closed, turn them upward, as if towards your forehead, three times at any pace. The fact is that when you fall asleep, your eyes automatically turn upward. It's likely that by doing this consciously, you're triggering some sleep-inducing chemicals.

If you still can't fall asleep, repeat steps four through eight. Although, usually, unless you have a serious sleep disorder or it is just a passing insomnia, there is no need to take the eighth step.
