Minimum pension when it was in the year. Social benefits and pensions – what will change? Which is more profitable: a pension from the capital or the region?

As you know, a disabled person can be awarded 3 types of pensions - state, social or labor. In some cases, which I will discuss below, it is possible to choose the most profitable option for yourself. Therefore, first let’s talk about the types of these pensions, and then about the size of the social pension in 2019.

Types of pensions and persons who may be assigned one or another type of disability pension

A labor pension is assigned to a disabled person of group I, II or III when he has at least a minimum work experience. Even 1 working day can be considered this length of service, provided that the organization paid insurance premiums for the employee. In this case, the disabled person gets the right to choose. If the labor pension seems more attractive to him, then he can submit documents for its registration. Well, if it seemed unsatisfactory to him, then he can apply for a social or state pension, of course, if he has the right to do so (although a disabled person has the right to a social pension in any case).

This type of pension is awarded to military personnel, participants of the Second World War, persons awarded the badge “Resident of Siege Leningrad” and persons affected by man-made and radiation disasters.

The social pension is assigned to disabled people who have no work experience and have not been insured in the pension insurance system. This category of citizens includes:

  • Disabled people of groups I, II and III;
  • Disabled since childhood;
  • Disabled children.

That is, if you do not belong to the category of citizens eligible for the 1st and 2nd types of pensions, then you will be assigned a social pension.

Amount of social disability pension in 2019

According to Rossiyskaya Gazeta, the social pension will be increased from April 1, 2019 by 15.2%, and according to my calculations its size will be:

  • Disabled children and people with disabilities from childhood of group I – 10 376,86 rub.;
  • Disabled people of the 1st group – 8 647,51 rub.;
  • Disabled people of group II – 4 323,74 rub.;
  • Disabled people of group III – 3 675,20 rub.;
  • Disabled people from childhood, group II - 8 647,51 rub.

The total number of pensioners in the Rostov region receiving pensions through the Pension Fund is 1 million 276 thousand Human. Of them 1 million 47 thousand people- recipients of old-age labor pensions, 94 thousand people- recipients of a disability pension, 55 thousand people- recipients of a labor pension in the event of the loss of a breadwinner. • The cost of living for a pensioner for establishing social supplements to pensions in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation is determined on the basis of the consumer basket in the region, statistical data on the level of consumer prices for food, non-food goods and services, as well as taking into account expected inflation.
  • It is important to remember that in order to establish social supplements to pensions for non-working pensioners, when calculating the total amount of material support, all types of pensions, monthly cash payments (including the cost of a set of social services), additional material support, as well as other measures of social support in monetary terms (with the exception of support measures provided at one time).
  • Don’t forget to look at the comments; perhaps the pension news from the regional press will be more relevant than those presented. Thanks for understanding
  • The minimum pension scheme for the regions of Russia is quite large, be patient, but you can find out the size of the minimum pension from your friends.

A little poetry or thoughts? It’s up to you, experienced pensioners, to decide.

Or here’s another one for connoisseurs:

How little a person needs a lot.

(Alexander Andreevich Primak (May 9, 1952, Baku) - lawyer, lawyer, member of the Moscow Bar Association, poet, member of the Union of Writers of Russia)

What does the minimum pension amount consist of?

When you contact the Pension Fund at your place of residence to index the minimum pension, to calculate its value, your following cash receipts will be taken into account, see the diagram. And only if their amount does not exceed the pensioner’s subsistence level, will your pension be recalculated to the pension minimum.

How is the minimum pension determined?

In Russia, a pensioner cannot receive a pension below the subsistence level. Previously, to receive additional payments to their pension, pensioners did not have to contact the pension fund; the calculations were carried out by employees themselves. But starting from 2010, in order to receive an additional payment, you must submit an application to the Pension Fund at your place of residence, where you provide the necessary data. At the same time, apart from a passport, in theory, nothing is needed; all materials for calculating the minimum pension should be stored in the pension fund.
As for pensions or, more precisely, the amount of social supplements to pensions for children in the event of the loss of a breadwinner who are under 18 years of age and pensions for disabled children, in this case the pension is assigned at the time of receipt of the right to it.

Thus, pensioners have the right to receive a minimum pension not only at their place of registration, but also at their place of actual residence.

We think any pensioner knows this aphorism, but I just wanted to remind you that although it is a little sad, it allows you to think for a moment.
