Preparation for the holiday. Useful tips

At our school, a foreign language is studied from the 2nd grade. For first-graders, game classes are conducted as part of additional education.

The emotionality and positivity of the majority of younger schoolchildren, their expectation of something magical and beautiful, are favorable opportunities for holding school holidays. Immersing the regular educational process of 1st and 2nd grade students in the joyful atmosphere of preparation for the holiday and its anticipation makes the educational process more attractive. Very often our preparations for any holidays and matinees are too businesslike in nature. This happens for many very good reasons. The lack of time for rehearsals is dictated by the sincere desire of the teacher to pay as much attention as possible directly to teaching literacy, solving examples and problems. But we must try to make sure that Preparation By the holiday I've already become holiday. It is with preparation and ours will begin holiday. At the request of the teacher, this may take a month or more. You can bring a mysterious letter to the class and joyfully inform first-graders that soon, right after the Primer holiday, special guests will come to them. You can prepare gifts for guests: cards, poems, songs. It is necessary to take care of a suit for receiving guests. Second-graders can be told that soon they will go on a visit, but not in the usual way, as they go to visit with their mothers and fathers, but this will be a magical trip - a game. You need to prepare well in advance for such an important event. The state of preparation for the Holiday will not in any way harm the educational process and performance in other subjects. The feeling of anticipation for the Holiday will make the school life of elementary school students more joyful, bright, and unforgettable; will help bring together and activate the team of parents and teachers. Be sure to make a Calendar counting down the days until the Holiday. Using this Calendar, it will be more pleasant for second-graders to learn numerals and the names of the days of the week in English.

Goals and objectives of the “Our ABC” Holiday:

  • introduce first-graders who are not yet learning English to the letters of the English alphabet and some words;
  • teach to see similarities and differences in the graphic representation of letters of the English and Russian alphabet;
  • develop interest in learning a foreign language;
  • develop children's individual abilities;
  • create a desire to improvise;
  • encourage creativity both in preparing a costume and in playing one’s role;
  • create a joyful mood from preparing for and participating in the event.

Preparation

Preparing for such a Holiday is no less important and festively exciting than the holiday itself, and in a number of educational aspects, even more important. You need to start preparing for the Holiday long before second-graders master the last letter of the English alphabet. I usually show the children photos of the previous year's holiday in advance. This creates a special mood and interest that contributes to the joy of anticipation of something beautiful. In this mood of expectation of a miracle, the primary school teacher himself should be pleased to conduct other lessons, because preparation can cover many subjects of students: work, drawing, reading, music, and, if desired, other subjects. The holiday is held when first-graders have already learned the Russian alphabet and held a Primer Festival, in which each of the children played the role of a letter of the Russian alphabet. Second-graders at this time were already familiar with the letters and sounds of the English alphabet. In the mood of joyful anticipation of the holiday, learning is more productive, better quality, and the motivation of the younger student develops and increases.

Suits

The teacher distributes the roles so that each student plays the role of a letter. Perhaps some of the first-graders will even have to play two roles if we are talking about letters of the Russian alphabet, of which there are more than the number of children in the class. This issue can also be resolved by drawing lots to avoid a dispute. Each first-grader should have a free-form headband depicting a specific Russian letter.

alphabet. Each second-grader has a headband of any shape, but with the image of “their” letter of the English alphabet (if the number of second-graders is greater than the number of letters of the English alphabet, you can offer to play the role of the little sister of the capital letter - a small letter). Children can make these headbands of various fancy shapes for themselves for the holiday during labor lessons or in an after-school group. Letters of the same spelling should be offered their own blanks of the same color, which the children themselves will glue to the headbands, without focusing the children’s attention on this. This is done to make it easier for similar letters to find their pair later.

Each participant of the holiday has a train in the form of a cape, cloak or veil. Typically, children willingly add their own creative additions to the image: gloves, a wreath, a flower, a book, a handbag, a briefcase, a photograph, etc. The main thing is that the names of their objects begin with the letter whose role the child plays. For first-graders - letters of the Russian alphabet, and for second-graders - English.

During the drawing lesson, each child began to invent and draw their own image, and they could finish the drawing at home. The created images (classmates were partially aware of only the version of the headband that was made in the labor lesson) were kept secret and discussed only with parents and the teacher. This way, children will be able to surprise each other and the teacher with their unique images at the Holiday.

Scenario plan holding the Holiday

1st grade students are already sitting on chairs in a semicircle. They are letters of the Russian alphabet. 2nd grade students will take turns going out and sitting on the chairs opposite. While they are on the sidelines, behind a screen with a picture of a red double-decker bus. While “on the bus” and waiting to get off, the artists observe what is happening. Each of them holds in their hands an object whose name begins with its letter. In the center of the hall is a Magic Tree, on which each letter of the alphabet will hang its own item. The magic tree can be cut out of cardboard or drawn on a large poster. Hosts of the Festival - Mr. ABC and Auntie ABC , 4th grade students.

This first Celebration is held in Russian. The greeting, some words, letters and the song “ABC” will be heard in English.

Mr. ABC, getting off the red bus: Good morning, children! Good morning, missis! I am Mister “ABC”!

Aunt ABC: Hello! Mister ABC! We, the letters of the Russian alphabet, have only recently become acquainted with each other; we have recently learned to write ourselves and others in Russian! Could you talk to us?

Mr. ABC shrugs.

ABC: Oh, so you don’t understand Russian?

Mr. “ABC” /pronounces with a slight accent/:

As much as I don’t understand this, I really understand everything! I know several languages, like all modern people. This is necessary in our life. Okay, let's talk Russian today, and when the guys get older, learn the alphabet and a lot of English words, then we'll speak English!

ABC: Agreed! Look, Mr. ABC, these are letters of the Russian alphabet. They greet you to make it easier for you to speak Russian.

Mr. ABC: Thank you! It will be useful and pleasant for me and my Letters! /the letters on the bus wave and nod, expressing their approval./

The letters of the Russian alphabet stand in turn and greet Mr. “ABC”: they clearly name their letter, waving their hand, making a bow. Like that:

Letter A: Greetings, friends! My name is the letter A. The word Bus you arrived on begins with me!

Letter B: My name is letter B. Your bus says: “Bi-bi-bi” - this is my letter! / and so on all the letters /

When all the letters of the Russian alphabet have introduced themselves, Mr. “ABC” also introduces himself in response: he bows, pressing his right hand to his chest and placing his left hand behind his back

Mr. ABC: Now I will introduce you to my letters of the English alphabet. They came to you on a red English bus straight from London, the capital of Great Britain! They can speak several languages too! They can also speak Russian, which they have relatives in! With their presence they decorate the alphabets of other languages. So! Ask!

Second-graders, playing the roles of the Letters of the English alphabet, will come out one after another to the music from behind a screen with a picture of a red bus and, having introduced themselves, sit in the seats assigned to them on the opposite side of the class, located opposite the first-graders - the Letters of the Russian alphabet. At this time, any melody without words from the educational disk “ENJOY ENGLISH-2” can sound in the background music. Each child – a “letter” – will hold in his hands and imagine his own object, the name of which begins with this letter, will invite first-graders to pronounce the word in English and Russian, then hang this object on the Magic Tree and beautifully write down his name on the board. letter. It is very important to create such a mood for children that they can improvise without repeating each other’s movements, facial expressions, and gestures, so that everyone is unique in their play.

Here are some examples of how “letters” can represent themselves:

Letter A: Hello! I am the letter A!

Hello! I am the letter A! I have an apple in my hands, because the word “apple” in English begins with my letter “A” - APPLE. Let's say it all together in English and Russian: APPLE - apple! / hangs his apple on the tree, and beautifully writes his letter on the board. The children repeat the word in chorus. This will be done by each subsequent letter/.

Letter B: Hi! I am the letter B!

Hello! I am the letter B! Look how beautiful my briefcase is! The word “briefcase” is BAG and begins with my letter B. A bag can also be called the word BAG. Do you remember? Let's say together: BAG – briefcase, bag.

This is roughly how all the students will introduce themselves using the letters of the English alphabet. At the discretion of the teacher, “Letters” may well recite short poems. These verses may not always be memorized by all students by this time, but those who wish to do so should be encouraged to do so. Examples of such poems can be found on the CD UMK “Enjoy English-2” by the authors Biboletova M.Z., Denisenko O.A., Trubaneva N.N. or in books of poetry in English). At the very first English holiday for first-graders, I do not recommend saying a lot of English words and conducting the holiday in English. Practice shows that in this case, children get tired faster, lose interest in the event and lose the ability to remember English letters and words.

After acquaintance and such an introduction, there is a continuation and anticipation of a surprise moment.

Auntie ABC: Now we have all met! How great is this! Mr. ABC, don’t you think that some of the letters of our alphabets are so similar in appearance? Look at each other and compare. Come out in pairs!

All children in both 1st grade and 2nd grade stand up, look at each other, at their headbands and compare spellings. Mr. ABC and Aunt ABC walk side by side and help, if necessary, identify similarities and differences. They need to trace and suggest why such letters of the English alphabet as N, R cannot find a pair (after all, they are similar to the Russian I, Z, but are written in a mirror manner). The letters come out in pairs in the center so everyone can see them. The guys notice that the letters on the headbands of these pairs were written in the same color; there are a few similarities in the costumes. The letters came out: A-A, B-B, S-C, E-E, K-K, M-M, O-O, R-R, T-T, U-I, X-X, U-U .

Mr. “ABC”: Don’t be surprised, some letters of our alphabets are actually written the same. These letters sound differently.

The “letters” pronounce themselves so that you can remember and feel their different sounds.

Aunt ABC: Dear letters, identify yourself again, then go to the board and sign up in pairs.

Mr. “ABC”: How many pairs of similar letters have we formed?

How many letters have not found a pair?

Auntie ABC: How many letters are there in each of our alphabets, count them?

Who wants to write down these letters?

Mr. ABC: Guys, come to our Magic Tree! Let's remember how to call these items in English that were brought to us as a gift. Letters of the English alphabet? What letters did these words begin with? What were those words? Let's take each item one by one and say its name in English. Pass the object from hand to hand to each other, saying the word.

Typically, at such a holiday, first-graders remember more than half of the words, and second-graders consolidate their knowledge of all familiar words.

Auntie ABC: Dear Letters of the English alphabet! We have a surprise for you: we have prepared a song. Listen and remember!

/To the melody of “Songs about a Smile,” the letters of the Russian alphabet are sung very well, and first-graders remember the Russian alphabet better./

Mr. ABC: We have a song for you too! Listen!

“Song ABC” is on the educational disks for the teaching materials of the authors M.Z. Biboletova, O.A. Denisenko, N.N. Trubaneva. “ENJOY ENGLISH-2, 3”. Second graders are having fun singing the song. You can keep the soundtrack on and invite the kids to sing this song together a few more times and dance while they do it. You can include “in support” the phonogram of the children’s choir performing “ABC Song”.

Mr. ABC: Well done! Good! Very good! Well, it's time for us to return to England on our red bus. Please accept postcards from us as souvenirs.

Second-graders - Letters of the English alphabet - give first-graders postcards on which the entire English alphabet is written, one letter-giver and a word for this letter with a picture. First graders also give their cards. When leaving, everyone sings the English alphabet song “ABC”.

Auntie ABC: So the meeting with our new friends – Letters of the English Alphabet – has ended. But let the Celebration of Friendship of our alphabets: Russian and English always continue. We will learn letters, words and write letters to each other!

I have no doubt that my colleagues have their own invaluable experience in preparing and holding similar holidays for children as part of learning English. I gladly shared mine, because I consider junior schoolchildren the most sincere and grateful audience, worthy of the best Holidays and festive preparations for them.

You should start preparing for the holidays ahead of time. Preparing for the holiday is no less interesting than the holiday itself.

It is necessary to determine in advance who is responsible for what. This applies to decorating the house, holding games, the festive table, musical arrangement of the holiday, as well as preparing prizes. You can, of course, buy everything you need in a store, but it’s much more interesting to do something with your own hands.

Preparations for any holiday can begin with each family member preparing 2-3 prizes for games. This is done in secret from each other, packaged in such a way that it is unclear what is there. Then all this is given to the one who will conduct the games, the so-called host, and he, in turn, uses these prizes for their intended purpose during the holiday. For example, we list what can be used as prizes: any knitted items - scarves, socks, mittens, slippers, napkins, etc.; beautiful boxes, caskets made of cardboard and then used to store small items; aprons and potholders for the kitchen; newspaper holders, pockets that can then be hung on the wall in the hallway - for combs, brushes, keys. The little ones draw pictures, sculpt, and make appliqués from postcards. The main thing in this matter is imagination and the desire to please each other.

Table decoration depends on the type of holiday. If it's a birthday, it's very good to cover the table with a bright, plain tablecloth and give each guest napkins in the same color. If this is the New Year, then there is no limit to your imagination: it can be garlands along the edge of the tablecloth, or New Year’s compositions. Almost any holiday will be decorated with fresh flowers, which can be placed on the table in small vases.

Of course, the main place in a family holiday is given to the feast. But it can also be fun. One spectacular dish with a surprise hidden inside - and your loved ones will immediately feel the festive mood. Be sure to play at the table. Competitions for the best toast or joke will brighten up the gatherings well. Don't sit at the table all the time, dance, or even better, play.

Home decoration

Decorating your home is a very enjoyable activity. Each holiday requires a special approach to this matter. On a birthday, you can decorate the room with posters, specially made wall newspapers dedicated to the birthday person, garlands and, of course, balloons. The New Year allows your imagination to run wild: garlands, shiny Christmas tree decorations, bright bows, beads, tinsel, streamers, various compositions made from natural materials, spruce or pine branches, pine cones, candles and a festively decorated spruce will solve the problem of the New Year's interior and help turn your home into a country fairy tales

New Year's composition from branches

Gather dry branches into a bundle, holding them slightly with your hand, twist them in a spiral and tie them just above the middle with decorative braid. Lubricate the branches with glue and sprinkle them with crushed foam.

Tree of cones

Such a tree can replace a traditional Christmas tree. Glue pine cones and small Christmas tree decorations onto a cardboard base in the shape of a cone. Place the resulting tree in a regular flower pot. Decorate the edges of the pot with dry leaves and rowan bunches.

Festive composition

Cut a circle the size of a pie plate out of cardboard and cover it with colored paper or bright fabric. Secure the candle in the center (by melting its bottom or screwing in a screw). Place artificial Christmas tree branches and flowers around the candle. Along the edge of the composition, glue pine cones, gilded with paint, or birthday candles and “gifts” (foam cubes in beautiful wrapping paper, tied with braid).

Preparing for the festive feast

Menu planning

When compiling a menu for a festive feast, you must first of all take into account the tastes of the invited guests. The menu includes dishes from a variety of products, for the preparation of which various methods of heat treatment will be used, so that each of the guests can choose a dish to their taste. You should not plan a large number of appetizers and salads in advance; it will be enough to provide 3-4 appetizers of fish and meat products, 2-3 salads, 2-3 appetizers of vegetables, cheese or mushrooms.

Features of the seasonal menu

Many dishes are seasonal and have a limited shelf life. That is why it is not recommended to serve salads and snacks with mayonnaise or sour cream, jellies, gelled dishes, pates on summer holiday tables - they will quickly lose their appearance and deteriorate. During the spring-summer holidays, the menu should not include salted and pickled mushrooms, boiled fish appetizers, or pickled vegetables. In addition, when creating a menu and setting the table, you must take into account the characteristics of national and ritual cuisines, if your guests have anything to do with this.

Planning cooking times

Housewives should not forget about the time spent on preparing and decorating dishes. Therefore, it is a good idea to include in the menu not only complex, but also simple dishes from ready-made meat and fish gastronomic products. When calculating the amount of products needed for a festive feast, the hostess must proceed from one important rule: the wider the planned assortment of cold appetizers, main courses and side dishes, the smaller the weight of one serving should be provided per guest.

Assortment of festive table dishes

When selecting an assortment of holiday dishes, one should not forget about the compatibility of certain products with each other. For example, if fish is preferred in the assortment of cold dishes, then it is advisable to prepare hot dishes from poultry or meat.

As a rule, at festive feasts the first liquid dishes are not served; exceptions may be those holidays where the feast lasts for 2-3 days (New Year, wedding, etc.). In this case, it is better to have ready-made broths or prepare a liquid dish from the products left over from the main table. For desserts, you can use various homemade sweets, pies, cakes, and fruits.

Preparing for table setting

Having determined the number of seats at the table, chairs are placed, leaving a passage for table setting. Tables are covered with tablecloths: white tablecloths are recommended for a wedding table, green and white for New Year's Eve, and cream with a golden hue for a golden wedding. For a youth group, pink, blue, light green tablecloth colors are recommended, and for special occasions - red colors in combination with yellow and gold.

Any tablecloth is laid on the table so that the ironed fold runs along the center of the length of the table, and the tablecloth itself does not hang down on the sides below the seats of the chairs. A table covered with a tablecloth is evenly decorated with flowers, placing them in low vases or laying them out on the tablecloth along the entire table in the form of a garland. White or red flowers are recommended for a wedding table, and for other holidays - depending on the theme or taste of the hostess. On New Year's Eve, coniferous branches, shiny garlands and other decorations are used to decorate the living room and festive table. It is impossible to remove vases with flowers or garlands when setting the table further due to the fact that all the snacks do not fit on the table.

Rules for decorating holiday dishes

Festive dishes, unlike everyday dishes, should be beautifully decorated. In this case, the food should not be too covered with decorations and garnishes. Decorations for various dishes are made mainly from fresh and canned vegetables or fruits. To decorate the dish, it is advisable to take vegetables that contrast in color: fresh or canned cucumbers, green peas, multi-colored sweet bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, radishes, raw or boiled carrots, hard-boiled eggs, etc.

Vegetables with coloring juice (for example, beets) should only be used to decorate those salads and appetizers in which they are included. All of the above products look very impressive in combination with onions, fresh parsley, basil, mint, dill, cilantro, and celery.

Salads or appetizers can be placed in vegetable baskets or shortcrust pastry tartlets, which are then placed on a dish. This dish design looks very original.

In order for everything to work out successfully at the holiday, you can first try to make such decorations for a regular family lunch or dinner, and then use the option you like best for the celebration.

To prepare holiday salads, you can use not only fresh, but also salted, pickled, and pickled vegetables. To decorate salads, use beautifully cut pieces of the main products from which the salad is prepared, as well as beautifully cut slices of fresh, salted and pickled vegetables, slices or slices of hard-boiled eggs, olives, green lettuce, sprigs of parsley or celery.

It is recommended to make decorations, as well as cut salad products and season them with sauce, immediately before serving. If the products for salads for the holiday table are prepared and cut in advance, they must be left in the refrigerator without filling them with dressings, since even short-term storage of dressed and decorated salads worsens their taste.

New Year is one of the most beloved, magical holidays for both children and adults.

This is the most cheerful holiday that gives a powerful positive emotional charge, so it is always the brightest and most memorable. But at the same time, this holiday is intended to solve a number of educational problems.

There is no childhood without holidays.

Explanatory note

It is well known that preschool childhood is a unique period in a person’s life. Preschool is the initial step to personal development, which largely determines a person’s future life path. This is the stage of the initial socialization of the child, the formation of his relationships with society, nature, his own inner “I”, the stage of introducing the child to the world of universal values and culture.

Aesthetic education plays an important role in preschool education. It involves introducing children to different types of art, artistic and aesthetic activities.Aesthetic education through the means of art contributes to the formation of a general culture in children, direction of interests, develops creative and intellectual abilities, as well as attention, observation, perception, imagination, memory, thinking, necessary for subsequent learning and socialization. In addition, aesthetic education contributes to the formation of moral qualities of the individual, makes the child mentally sensitive to the people around him, helps the child master cultural values, develops a sense of love for beauty, enriches his spiritual world, and forms an aesthetic attitude towards the surrounding reality.

One of the stages in the implementation of aesthetic education of preschoolers can be the organization of holidays.

Holidays are bright and joyful events in the lives of preschool children. Combining various types of art, they have a great influence on the feelings and consciousness of children.

Preparing and holding holidays serves the moral education of preschoolers: they are united by common experiences, they are taught the foundations of collectivism; Participation in holidays develops discipline and a culture of behavior in children. By learning songs, poems, and dances, children learn a lot about their country, nature, people of different professions, etc.

The festive atmosphere, the beauty of the room design, costumes, a well-chosen repertoire, the colorful performances of children - all these are important factors in aesthetic education.

New Year is one of the most beloved, magical holidays for both children and adults. This is the most cheerful holiday that gives a powerful positive emotional charge, so it is always the brightest and most memorable. But at the same time, this holiday is intended to solve a number of educational problems.

This methodological development includes materials on preparing and holding the New Year's holiday, tested with children of middle groups (5-6 years old) of the Rostock Early Development School of the structural unit of the Center for Children's Creativity "Kamerton" of the State Budgetary Educational Institution Secondary School No. 1 of the urban settlement. Bezenchuk.

This methodological development is intended to help additional education teachers, preschool teachers, teacher-organizers in organizing and conducting New Year holidays.

Methodological development includes:

Conversation-story “Where Santa Claus lives” (for preliminary work with children);

Holiday scenario;

Application (slide presentation “Where does Santa Claus live?”, video recording of the holiday “New Year’s tricks of fairy-tale evil spirits”, poems, lyrics, music for songs and dances, soundtracks for the holiday).

Theoretical and methodological description

organizing a New Year's party

Preparation for the New Year's holiday is carried out over a long period of time (1.5 - 2 months). The holiday is based on a certain idea that should be conveyed to every child.

This idea runs through the entire content of the holiday. Its development is served by a carefully selected repertoire (songs, poems, dances, dramatizations) and artistic design, taking into account age and individual characteristics.

Preparation for the New Year holiday includes several stages:

  1. Preliminary planning by the teacher of the organization of the holiday. Working with vocal and choreography teachers to select repertoire for the holiday.
  2. Working on the script. Definition of leaders, heroes.
  3. Preliminary work with children to create an emotional mood and activate cognitive activity.
  4. Preliminary acquaintance of children with games, learning poems, songs, new dances.
  5. Rehearsals with the heroes of the holiday, presenters.
  6. Rehearsals with children.
  7. Holding a holiday.

Preliminary work on organizing the holiday includes the selection of literature and Internet sources for writing a script, selection of games, poems, determination of the repertoire for vocals and choreography (together with vocal and choreography teachers working at the Rostock School of Early Development). A repertoire is selected from vocal and choreographic numbers of creative groups of the Central Children's Theater "Kamerton" (usually 1 number each) for the musical decoration of the holiday.

The content of the New Year's scenario is built taking into account the age characteristics of the children, their interests, learned repertoire, and also takes into account which animal will be the symbol of the New Year. It is desirable that the holiday program harmoniously combine different types of arts, collective and individual performance. By complementing each other in solving one topic, they increase the power of emotional impact on children, at the same time, each of them has its own special impact on the child. Taking into account the relatively quick fatigue and excitability of children, it is necessary to correctly alternate different types of their artistic activities.

The holiday always involves the recording of phonograms, so it is recommended to record the phonograms on separate media, sign and number the order in which the phonograms are performed, and of course, enter the sequence of playback of the tracks into the script.

As a rule, the most active and artistic children are chosen as the hosts and heroes of the holiday - graduates of the Rostok Children's School and students of other associations of the Kamerton Children's Center. At the same time, we adhere to the rule of not introducing too many leading characters into the holiday program: the more actors, the worse they play; if the actors have many lines, they begin to languish and interfere with each other (we have four or five people participating in the script and one at the equipment ). Costumes for the characters are selected from those already available at the Kamerton CDT or are sewn specifically for each character.

When preparing for the holiday, it is very important to emotionally attune children to its perception. This is facilitated by preliminary work with children. During classes at the Rostock school, teachers tell children about the New Year holiday, its traditions, characters, they learn poems, songs, dances, games, and make crafts and drawings. It is imperative to think through not only the choice of poems, but also the quality of their performance by children. The teacher’s task is to teach children to read poetry emotionally, without imitating adults. Children love to perform poetry at a festive matinee. But it is impossible to satisfy everyone who wants it in one day. Therefore, it is necessary to schedule the performance of children who are not occupied in other numbers of the holiday program. It is important to remember that for each child there must be a role, albeit insignificant, small, in the script.

The program should be structured so that children have the opportunity to see the entire holiday and participate in the general fun. The holiday should not only be a bright spectacle, even if the script is superbly rehearsed. A child only gets pleasure when he dances, plays, and sings on his own. It is imperative to give children the opportunity to express themselves through a competition, a game, and through earning prizes.

In order for the holiday to be carried out perfectly, rehearsals are required, which take place separately with the presenters and heroes, and separately with the children. The words of the presenter, congratulations, performances by children from other associations, surprise moments, children should see and hear only at the holiday. Then this material arouses their interest, attention, and desire to take part in the holiday.

The holiday script is drawn up by the head of the Rostok ShRR. Its discussion must be carried out with a team of teachers working at the school, and they not only get acquainted with the scenario, but also distribute roles and responsibilities among themselves: who will prepare the attributes, costumes, room decoration, etc. An important role is given to the presence of teachers at the holiday together with children. They must not only know the program well, but also be able to quickly respond to unexpected random changes. They carefully monitor how the children perceive this or that performance, sing along with them, prepare attributes, costume details, change the children’s clothes on time, help them, if necessary, during games and dances.

An important point when holding a New Year's holiday is the decoration of the hall. You cannot hold a matinee in an undecorated room; decoration gives positive emotions and generally works for the holiday. Inventiveness, creativity in decorating the hall, lobby, preparing costumes and attributes for individual performances of the holiday attract the attention of children, fill their hearts with a feeling of satisfaction and joy. A special place in the design should be given to the main character of the New Year holiday - the Christmas tree. She should be brightly dressed up, decorated with garlands (usually the New Year's scenario includes the moment of lighting the lights on the Christmas tree). The Christmas tree should not be installed in the center of the hall, since children should see what is happening every minute and the tree should not interfere with this.

Only compliance with all the recommendations described above will make the holiday emotionally bright and unforgettable for both children and their parents.

Story - conversation “Where does Santa Claus live?”

The teacher accompanies his story with a presentation.

Teacher: Russian Grandfather Frost lives in an ancient Russian city called Veliky Ustyug (slide 1).

The house of Father Frost is located in a pine forest on the banks of the Sukhona River, not far from the city of Veliky Ustyug. This house is large and built of wood, one might say that it is not a house at all, but a real mansion (slide 2).

And Santa Claus will know about all your wishes when you go to bed.

He has a bed with a large and a small feather bed. There are seven pillows on it, exactly as many as the days of the week: for Monday - a small pillow, and for Sunday - the largest (slide 8).

Of course, everyone would be interested to know in which room Santa Claus keeps gifts for children. But no one knows this. This is a sealed secret.

Santa Claus has assistants, these are fabulous Dwarfs who help him prepare gifts for all the children (slide 9).

At the end of December, Father Frost leaves his home in Veliky Ustyug and heads to Moscow to light the main New Year tree of our country (slide 10).

During the New Year and Christmas holidays, Santa Claus does not sit still. In Veliky Ustyug, Father Frost loves to organize receptions and folk festivals (slide 11).

Santa Claus remembers everyone and will certainly bring everyone a gift under the Christmas tree on New Year's Eve (slide 12,13).

Santa Claus is a big entertainer. Loves when kids have fun and play. Let's play with you too(physical education is held).

In our warm boots

We'll stomp around a little.

We will also warm our hands and

Let's clap quickly.

We put on mittens

We are not afraid of blizzards.

We became friends with the frost,

Like snowflakes swirling.

Teacher: Guys, tell me, how do you celebrate the New Year in your families?

Maybe you have family traditions?(Children's answers: they give gifts, go to visit, send greeting cards, parcels, letters, congratulate by phone, etc.).

Teacher: Why do you think people give each other gifts?(Children's answers).

Teacher : Guys, what gift would you like to receive from Santa Claus?

(children offer gifts for themselves).

Teacher: What do you think, can we order gifts for Santa Claus not for ourselves, but for someone else? Who would you order gifts for? ( children answer).

Teacher: Do you think all the kids have the opportunity to write and send a letter to Santa Claus? Of course not. After all, some have no parents, some are in the hospital, and some children live in a country where there is a war and the post office does not work. What would you order for Santa Claus for these children?(children's answers).

Let's ask Santa Claus to give gifts to all the children in the world and make sure that wars stop and children are happy.

Draw what you want Santa Claus to give to the children on your behalf. And we will put your drawings in a large New Year's envelope and send them to Santa Claus.

The children draw, and the teacher asks questions: why do you want to give this particular gift?

Reflection:

What new did you learn today?

What was the most interesting thing for you?

And the rest is all mine, of course!

Presenter: Grandfather Frost, you and Snegurochka have some strange New Year’s greetings, don’t you guys?

Cat Basilio: Well, I’ve become old, I’ve forgotten how to congratulate...

Presenter: Have you forgotten how to light the Christmas tree?

Cat Basilio: No, guys, I haven’t forgotten, we’ll be there in a moment.

(Takes out matches and strikes).

Presenter: No no! You can not do it this way! You'll start a fire! The Christmas tree is lit with magic!

Cat Basilio: Oh yes, yes... Magic. How did I forget that...

Basilio the cat and Alice the fox(together) :

Let's say together: “One, two, three! The trunk of the Christmas tree, burn!”

Presenter: What do you? What are you doing? Guys, should the trunk of the Christmas tree be on fire?

Children: No!

Cat Basilio: What do you think should be on fire, a stand or something?

Presenter: Guys, what should Santa Claus light on the Christmas tree?

Children : Flashlights, lights!

(music plays (track 6) , the real Santa Claus and Snow Maiden enter).

Father Frost:

With song, dance, round dance!

Congratulations to you guys

Let's celebrate the New Year with songs!

Presenter: Wow! This has never happened to me before! We have two Santa Clauses and two Snow Maidens at our holiday! Guys, which of them are real?

(the children speak, and Basilio the Cat objects).

Cat Basilio: Like this? It’s not true, but I tell you... I am the wizard Santa Claus, I have a ruddy nose!

Fox Alice: Guys, tell me that I am the Snow Maiden.

Presenter: Don't worry, dear guests! We will now find out who the real Father Frost and Snow Maiden are. Look, our Christmas tree is not sparkling with lights yet. And whoever helps us do this will be the real Santa Claus.

Father Frost: Let me take care of this matter.

We will fix this problem, we will make the Christmas tree burn!Let's say together: ONCE! TWO! THREE! Shine Christmas tree!

(they shout 3 times, the lights in the hall go out, the Christmas tree lights up to the music(track 7)

Presenter: Guys, have you guessed who the real Father Frost and Snow Maiden are?

Children: Yes!

Presenter: Who is this? Well, let's see...(takes off his suits).

Oh, fathers, Basilio the Cat and Alice the Fox!

Fox Alice: Take away the last, leave us naked, poor, unfortunate things! (turns out his pockets)

Cat Basilio: Celebrate, celebrate!

And we will go and die of melancholy, what do you care about us, you feel good, you have fun, but we will somehow! Come on, Alice, let's go freeze under the bridge on New Year's Eve!

(leave the hall)

Presenter: Oh, guys, how bad it turned out. Let's invite Alice the Fox and Basilio the Cat to the holiday.

Basilio, Alice, stay with us for the holiday! Let's have fun.

Sing songs!

Let's dance together and celebrate the New Year together!

Song "Santa Claus"(track 9)

(children stand in a round dance and sing a song)

Presenter: Did you like the way the children sing, Cat and Fox?

Cat Basilio: Oh, come to think of it, we can dance!

(music plays (track 5) , the cat and the fox are dancing, stepping on each other’s paws, quarreling)

Snow Maiden: Hush hush! Why fight? Look better how the guys dance.

Dance “Kolobok” (track 10)

(Father Frost and Snow Maiden go to the Christmas tree, all the children perform a dance, then sit on the chairs)

Father Frost: Well, my dears, perhaps your children can teach you how to dance.

Fox Alice: Why are we all the first to perform, so let them start!

Cat Basilio: Yes. Yes. Let them do it themselves!

Fox Alice: Let them read poetry!

Presenter: Guys, come out and read poetry to the guests.

Children read poetry.

1 child: We'll all be spinning

A friendly round dance.

Congratulations mom and dad

Happy New Year.

2nd child: Let's call now loudly

Grandfather Frost.

He will bring gifts

Dolls, locomotives.

3rd child: I'll hang it on the Christmas tree

Glass ball.

Let Santa Claus see

What a beautiful tree!

4th child: Christmas tree, Christmas tree, New Year.

The children lead a round dance.

The holiday is just around the corner,

All the fun for the kids.

5th child: New Year is coming to visit

The kids are very happy.

Santa Claus, get the gifts

From a huge bag!

6th child: The tinsel is shining again

The holiday is in a hurry to visit us,

Let's start singing songs,

Celebrate the New Year together!

Father Frost: Well done boys! You made me very happy!

The cat and the fox are offended.

Fox Alice: Look at these boys!

And the girls are a match for them too!

Talkers, imagineers, braggarts!

They definitely need to be punished!

Cat Basilio: We'll pick colored light bulbs from the Christmas tree,

And let them have fun in the dark!

Let’s also take carved snowflakes,

Let's grab those balls from the tree... (run up to the tree)

Father Frost: Robbers, vagabonds! Shame on you

Steal toys from kids!

Even if it’s a holiday, you’ll have to see them

Leave without tails and without ears!

(Cat and Fox grab their ears and tails and run away from the hall)

Snow Maiden: Nothing in the world can ruin the New Year for us!

Let the children have fun!

Grandfather Frost, look how many fairy-tale characters came to our Christmas tree (points to the children)!

Presenter: Look, dear guests, what kind of dance the guys have prepared.

(Father Frost and Snow Maiden go to the Christmas tree)

Dance "Frosts"(track 11)

Father Frost and Snow Maiden go to the center of the hall, the children stand in a circle.

Father Frost : You made me happy, old one. Well done!

Make way, people! Santa Claus will dance!

Eh, I’ll stamp my foot and stamp the other!

Music sounds (track 12) , Santa Claus leaves his staff at the Christmas tree and dances with the Snow Maiden.

During the dance (from behind the screen under the tree), Baba Yaga appears, steals Santa Claus' staff and again hides behind the screen.

Father Frost. Oh, where is my magic staff? I can’t live without a staff!

Santa Claus runs out of the hall.

After this, Basilio the Cat and Alice the Fox come out on one side

and Baba Yaga from behind the screen)

Baba Yaga. Oh, where did I end up?

And people are sitting around and looking at the tree!

Cat Basilio (Baba Yaga): What kind of miracle is this? And where did it come from?

Baba Yaga: You yourself are a miracle! I'm a beauty

Why don't you like my appearance?

Look, ask the kids who I am

They certainly know!

Children: Baba Yaga!

Fox Alice: Grandma, what a failure! We didn't take anything from the guys!

I'm almost crying out of frustration

...And it’s all this guy’s fault!!!(points to Cat Basilio)

Cat Basilio: Who? I? Ah, the red-haired cheat! I'll kick you now!

Fox Alice: Just try to swing, you will lose your last eye!(they run away quarreling)

Baba Yaga: Enough, enough, because now is not the time

Something to share between us, friends.

While Santa Claus is dozing behind the Christmas tree,

We need to get gifts quickly!

Snow Maiden . Oh, what are you doing here?

Baba Yaga: I will enchant the icy Snow Maiden in a magical moment...

(He hits the staff, turning the Snow Maiden into a snowflake (the Snow Maiden “flies away” behind the screen while spinning) and hangs it on the Christmas tree(track 13)

Baba Yaga: Hooray! One-zero in my favor! Let the Snow Maiden hang here.

Santa Claus: (enters the hall) Where is my staff?

Guys, haven't you seen it?

(children say that Baba Yaga has the staff)

Father Frost: Ah, Baba Yaga, give me the staff!

I can’t do magic without a staff, how will the children receive gifts?

Baba Yaga, give me the staff now!

Baba Yaga: Will not give it back! Stay without gifts, and I put the Snow Maiden to sleep, ha ha!

Father Frost: Baba Yaga, what a shame!

Who do you want to ruin the holiday for, the children?

I know you are kind at heart.

Baba Yaga: Yes!!! Baba Yaga has nothing, Baba Yaga has no one!

Except for one bone leg!

Well, don't you feel sorry for her?

I'm bored alone, so I play dirty tricks.

Father Frost: And if the guys make you happy, will you give the staff back?

Baba Yaga: I'll look at your behavior!

Father Frost: Can you break the Snow Maiden's spell?

Baba Yaga: If you have fun.

Father Frost: Guys, let's play snowballs with Baba Yaga and the guests?

Snowball fight (track 14)

(teachers pour snowballs into the center of the hall, children and heroes begin throwing snowballs with their parents)

Father Frost: What, Baba Yaga, did you have fun? Break the Snow Maiden's spell!

Baba Yaga: No, break the spell yourself. Let's change - I'll give you a staff, and you'll give me a new New Year's broom.

Father Frost: Here's a festive New Year's broom for you(takes out a decorated broom from behind the tree). Give me my staff!

(change)

Baba Yaga: Eh, strays! ( flies away on a broom to the music(track 15)

Father Frost: I’ll break the ice Snow Maiden’s spell in a magical moment!

(He takes a snowflake from the tree and throws it behind the screen; the Snow Maiden comes out from behind the screen)

Snow Maiden: Grandfather, how glad I am to see you! What, the holiday has already begun?

Father Frost: I'm afraid, granddaughter, it's already ending.

Snow Maiden: It’s a pity, grandpa, I love New Year’s miracles so much...

And I know one wonderful miracle, a wondrous wonder, now I’ll ask the guys about it.

Do you guys know what the symbol of next year is?

Children: Year of the Fire Rooster(from a conversation with a teacher during classes at the Rostock school).

Snow Maiden: Right! Meet the guests of our holiday -Exemplary dance ensemble "Talisman" with dance "Bird Yard"(track 16) .

Father Frost: Well done boys! We and our guests were delighted!

Snow Maiden, I can’t remember where I put the gifts for the guys?

Snow Maiden: Santa Claus, how forgetful you are!

Gifts for the kids are in the snowdrift under the Christmas tree!

Father Frost: Help, Snow Maiden, give gifts to children in such bright boxes.

(distributing gifts to children(track 17)

Father Frost: I wish you to grow and not be bored, not to upset your parents too much,

Well, next year I will come to visit you again!

Snow Maiden: The hour is coming, the hour of parting,

Let the Christmas tree live in your memory!

Let's say to each other: “Goodbye!”

Together Santa Claus and Snow Maiden: See you again in the New Year!

(track 18)

Presenter: Dear guys, come up to the Christmas tree - Santa Claus and Snegurochka want to listen to your poems and take a photo with you.

New Year's songs are played, children optionally read poems learned with their parents to Santa Claus, and take pictures with the heroes..

Conclusion

A holiday in preschool age is an important part of a child’s life. This is a joyful event that allows him to relax, have fun and at the same time spiritually enriches him and encourages creativity.

The purpose of the holiday is to please, amuse children, enrich them with memorable impressions, provide information about living and inanimate nature in an interesting, fascinating form, and tell instructive stories about the relationships between its most diverse inhabitants.

Evoking joyful emotions, holidays simultaneously consolidate children’s knowledge about the world around them, develop speech, creative initiative and aesthetic taste, contribute to the development of the child’s personality, the formation of moral ideas (a positive attitude towards the manifestation of kindness, condemnation of rudeness, selfishness, indifference).

The proposed scenario is just one of the options for holding the New Year's holiday. Create, invent, try, but adhere to the following rules:

In any script there must be a prologue, a plot, a development of action, a climax, an epilogue - we must meet and say goodbye beautifully;

Build any event with music and transformation;

Carefully work out all the details: decoration, props - everything should create a festive atmosphere;

Presenters must always be at their best - the emotional mood of the holiday depends on this;

Pre-play all games to clearly know the game mechanics and be confident in the result.

Well-organized holidays have a beneficial effect on the development of children’s mental processes: memory, attention, create an excellent situation for the development of the child’s speech, for consolidating knowledge acquired in various classes, and contribute to moral education.

Work dedicated holiday"Defender of the Fatherland Day" was carried out within one week. An exhibition of works made by crayfish dads “Dad Can” was organized in our garden.

Children of our group to everyone holiday make crafts with your own hands, the holiday of February 23 was no exception. On this day I really want to please my family and friends. The children managed to surprise their fathers and grandfathers.

TO for the holiday of February 23, the children made, with the help of teachers, a wall newspaper with congratulations.

One of the mothers helped with making the poster.

Preparing for the holiday for children in the preparatory school group, dedicated to Defender of the Fatherland Day, united children and adults, encompassed friendship, mutual assistance, love for their native land, the desire to stand up for its defense, thereby cultivating moral and patriotic qualities not only in children, but also in adults.

Publications on the topic:

New Year is just around the corner, and winter doesn’t give us much snow. Signs of winter are snowdrifts, frost, sleds, skates and skis, and of course the New Year. Home.

The guys and I made this model for the 70th anniversary of the Victory. Periodically taking toys to the repair shop, we thought: “What if they are partially broken?

Today I would like to present to your attention a master class of postcards for the holiday of February 23rd. Matinees and thematic classes are being prepared.

New Years is soon! Each of us looks forward to this wonderful holiday in our own way. But the most important thing is that we are all looking forward to this holiday.

On Thursday last week we had a hat festival in our garden. To involve parents in active preparation, my children and I had to.

Preparing for the holiday - photo report Dear colleagues and friends, good day! This year the main director of the New Year's holiday.

The holiday of March 8 is coming soon and we have already begun preparations for it. The music director offered us a script based on Russian.

Many parents want to celebrate their baby’s first birthday in an original way so that both the baby and the guests will enjoy the holiday. Of course, the approach to preparing and holding such a celebration can be radically different.

Some people simply try to observe the traditions and customs associated with the baby’s anniversary, while others like the ideas of themed parties with original paraphernalia, cool treats and fun entertainment.

For those who have decided to organize a grandiose first birthday of a child, we offer a detailed plan for preparing for the event. It can be adjusted to suit your ideas, but the general principle will help you not to miss any little things that could subsequently upset your parents.

First birthday: 2 months before the holiday

Yes, yes, exactly 2 months in advance you need to start preparatory activities.

Some leave the items proposed in the plan until the last minute and end up facing insoluble problems that cannot be solved a couple of days before the holiday.

  • We determine the date of the holiday.

It is customary to set the date of the holiday on the day the baby was born.

But if it falls on a working day, you can postpone the celebration to the next weekend.

According to popular belief, birthdays are not celebrated in advance.

Therefore, even if the date falls on Monday, you should not postpone the celebration to the Sunday preceding it.

  • Make a guest list.

It is advisable to agree with the invitees on the date of the holiday and the possibility of their presence at the celebration.

Perhaps someone is planning a business trip or personal business on the date you have chosen.

Be sure to check how many children will be with adults.

This information will influence the entire further process of preparing for the holiday.

  • Decide on the location of the holiday.

If you planned to spend your baby's first holiday at home, start collecting ideas for decorating the room and table.

When the decision has been made in favor of a restaurant, cafe, or children's entertainment center, call the selected organizations and make a reservation for a specific date.

Believe me, if the date falls during the season of weddings, graduations in kindergartens, schools, finding a place in the last days will be problematic.

  • Order animators, photo or video shooting.

It is better to agree with the holiday organizers in advance so that there is time to agree on all the nuances.

If you decide to take on such events, find out where you can rent suitable equipment.

Child 1 year old: 1.5 months before the celebration

Time flies inexorably, and there is less and less time left for serious preparation.

Moreover, mothers, who usually take on such worries themselves, are distracted by household chores and caring for the baby.

Therefore, we don’t put it off until later, but every day we carry out one item from the proposed plan:

  • We decide on the theme of the holiday.

It is the chosen theme that will help determine further actions related to decorating the room, gifts and outfits.

And let someone think that at 1 year old it is not so important for a child whether he is dressed as a bee or a sailor.

You can choose a truly unusual, well-worn theme that will emphasize the parents’ love for the baby.

  • We buy or order an outfit for a child.

Of course, there will be no problems buying just a beautiful dress or suit for your baby. But if you want to dress up your princess in the outfit of May the bee or the little mermaid, and the boy as a cowboy or sea robber, you will have to think about how to make such an outfit or where you can buy or order it.

If you order online, it may take a month or a month and a half for delivery. Also take into account the pitfalls of ordering online: what if the size doesn’t fit or you simply don’t like the outfit when you put it on your baby.

  • We draw up a wish list and decide on a gift for the baby from the parents.

The gift list will make it easier for your relatives and friends to choose gifts.

We won’t talk about the same type of gifts or simply their uselessness. Of course, it is foolish to expect that the cost of donated items will justify the costs of preparing for the holiday. But it's worth ordering.

It’s a good idea to coordinate gifts with close relatives, such as grandparents, aunts, and uncles.

After all, they can give a rather expensive item together.

  • We make advance purchases.

A week before the holiday, you can buy canned goods, non-perishable foods, drinks, and alcohol.

Child's first birthday: 2 - 3 days left until 1 year

The most emotionally intense days.

You can already feel the approach of the holiday in the air. The soul is solemn and exciting.

After all, this is the baby’s first holiday and mothers inevitably worry about how the child will react to such an event.

  • We check the readiness of the details.

If you have prepared a list in advance of what you want to see at the holiday and how you will decorate everything, it will not be difficult to check the readiness of paraphernalia, props, and gifts.

We collect all decorative elements in one place so as not to waste time searching at the last moment.

  • We post photo albums, wish books, CDs.

Relatives enjoy looking at photographs of the baby, as well as albums where parents recorded all the stages of the first year.

Therefore, do not deprive your relatives and friends of such pleasure.

Take them out of your closets in advance so you don't have to look for them at the last minute or in front of guests.

  • We bring beauty.

Don’t forget about your beloved self and set aside a few hours to visit the hairdresser and get a manicure.

We check all the outfits for the baby, mom and dad.

  • We make purchases of products according to the list, preparations.

Think about what meals you can prepare ahead of time.

Perhaps there are treats on the list that require marinating or allow you to make certain preparations.

This will relieve you of stress on the last day.

Tomorrow is 1st Birthday

Today is the final touches of preparation.

Therefore, we don’t get distracted by the little things, the things we didn’t have time to do, couldn’t do, or missed.

There is no time left for polishing. We cover only the important remaining stages.

  • Cleaning the house.

It is advisable to entrust this stage to your dad or sisters or brothers.

Believe me, they can handle superficial cleaning just fine without female guidance.

Of course, if you haven't planned to decorate your house on the eve of your birthday.

  • We take orders.

If you ordered a cake, gingerbread, collage, balloons or other props, it is on this day that you need to pick them up and bring them home or to the restaurant.

  • We are preparing treats.

We bake a cake if there is no custom baked goods in the plan, and we also prepare salads without dressing them with sauces, marinate meat, arrange sweets in flowerpots, and prepare soft drinks.

  • We check the charging and readiness of the equipment.

Charge your camera, camera, and phones.

It would be nice if there were spare batteries for such equipment.

We check the functionality of DVD, laptop, karaoke. Don't leave it for tomorrow.

And in case of unexpected breakdowns or malfunctions, you can still find a replacement.

  • We decorate the room.

It is advisable to leave this stage until after you put the child to bed.

Let such a holiday be a real surprise for him.

Happy first birthday

And now the holiday has come. After your baby wakes up, congratulate him on his birthday.

You can even give a toy or a bunch of helium balloons as a gift.

But don’t forget that parents are in the final stages of preparing for their 1st birthday.

It is advisable to share responsibilities on this day and invite close friends to help.

  • We prepare hot dishes and salads.

We finish preparing treats for guests, dress salads, prepare meat or fish dishes, decorate sandwiches and snacks.

We arrange the dishes in flowerpots, salad bowls, glasses and be sure to decorate with prepared toppers.

  • We are finishing the preparation of the room, courtyard, table, candy bar.

This is the work that assistants or ideological inspirers can do.

Moreover, installing a table, benches, and hanging garlands will require male help. But it’s better to do the serving yourself or entrust it to a lady whom you can trust with such an important process.

Everything is ready for the holiday. We dress up the baby and welcome the guests.

Happy birthday!

Have fun from the heart and don’t think about the fact that you didn’t have time to do something and suddenly the invitees don’t like something. But if you think that this is where your responsibilities are completely exhausted, then you are deeply mistaken. After all, not only will parents have to control the entire process, but there is also cleaning ahead.

A week after the holiday

The holiday is left behind. Wonderful memories and wonderful photos and videos remind us of him. Share your joy with friends and family.

Why not gather for tea and watch the holiday footage.

And be sure to send all the participants of the holiday the most interesting photos and videos from the first birthday.

As you can see, preparing for your first birthday is not an easy and lengthy process.

But, believe me, if you approach him wisely, he will not be able to turn your life into a series of problems and bustle. And the holiday itself will truly be unforgettable.
